Fluid and protein secretion by the submandibular glands of 25-day-old rats were examined and compared in response to three cholinergic and four peptidergic sialogogues at various doses. All cholinergic and peptidergic agonists used were potent sialogogues for the submandibular glands of the weanling rats over the wide range of doses used. The cholinergic agonists, bethanechol and methacholine and the peptidergic agonists, substance P, substance PTyr8 and eledoisin-related peptide used intravenously, acted similarly to each other on the submandibular glands of the rats, late in the natural weaning period, but carbachol and physalaemin had slightly different effects. Of the peptidergic agonists, physalaemin was the most potent sialogogue among four tachykinins tested at the low dose. The types of protein secreted by the submandibular glands of the weanling rats in response to all sialogogues used here were typical of the β-type. These results indicate that all agonists used could mainly stimulate the acinar cells of the submandibular glands of the weanling rats which have already fully developed functionally at this time.  相似文献

Laparoscopic cystectomy and bilateral ureteric ligation were performed on a 52-year-old woman with end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis (HD) for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Her volume of urine production was approximately 100 mL/day. Excisions of the bladder and uterus with ligation of the bilateral ureter were conducted completely laparoscopically. Total operative time was 280 min and the amount of blood loss was 60 mL. No complications were seen perioperatively and no adverse events regarding ureteric ligation arose. HD was performed on the second postoperative day. At a 12-month follow-up, the patient showed no evidence of disease.  相似文献

目的:研究河南产白花前胡的化学成分.方法:采用色谱法分离化学成分,利用质谱、核磁共振等波谱技术鉴定结构.结果:分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为α-D-ghcopyranose-1-hexadeeanoate(1),D-mannitol monohexadecanoate(2),腺苷(adenosine,3),丁酸(butyric acid,4),eleutheroside B_1(5),apiosylskimmin(6),甘露醇(mannitol,7).结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1,2为首次从伞形科植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的 :确认中药白芷的基原植物 ,探讨其栽培历史变化以及有关近缘野生植物的演化。方法 :对已取得的各项研究结果作综合分析 ,并结合历史文献、分布现状等进行讨论。结果 :各项研究结果与历史文献、分布现状等均较为一致。结论 :①中药白芷的基原植物应是台湾白芷。②建议将雾灵当归处理为兴安白芷的变种 ,定名为A .dahuricavar.porphyrocaulis。③对川 (杭 )白芷和祁 (禹 )白芷不应作分类学上的区分。同时 ,还对中药白芷的使用栽培历史和白芷的野生近缘植物兴安白芷、台湾白芷和雾灵当归的演化关系作出了推断。  相似文献

A morphological approach to cell dynamics is usually difficult, since routine preparative techniques for electron microscopy always induce artifacts due to cessation of the blood supply into organs. An in vivo cryotechnique followed by the freeze-substitution method probably reduces such problems. It was applied for examining the pulmonary alveoli of BALB/c mice in vivo. The following ultrastructural features were revealed. (1) A surfactant layer provided a continuous covering to the alveolar epithelium. (2) Pleural epithelial cells, alveolar cells and endothelial cells contained many small vesicles and pits. In the alveolar epithelium, they were often localised near microtubules. (3) Typical lamellar structures in large alveolar epithelial cells were rarely detected. (4) Circulating erythrocytes with various shapes were observed in branching blood capillaries. (5) A close association between erythrocytes and the endothelium was seen at the peripheral alveolar septum. Such ultrastructural arrangements may be appropriate for the physiological functions of the pulmonary alveoli, such as exchanges of gases or materials in vivo.  相似文献

ABSTRACT. We describe a female newborn infant with McCune-Albright syndrome. In addition to the cutaneous pigmentation, she had apparent manifestations of hyperthyroidism and Cushing syndrome since birth. X-ray examinations showed many scattered lucencies in multiple bones. Endocrinological findings were as follows: serum T4 276 nmol/l; free T4 125 pmol/l; TSH <1 mU/l; serum cortisol >2210 nmol/l; plasma ACTH < 10 pg/ml; urinary free cortisol 865 nmol/day; estradiol 0.36 nmol/l. Regardless of treatment with antithyroid drugs and an inhibitor of 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, the patient died of cardiac failure at the age of 4 months. Autopsy findings included a follicle cyst in the right ovary and multinodular hyperplasia in the thyroid and both adrenals. To our knowledge such a severe neonatal form of McCune-Albright syndrome has not been described in the literature.  相似文献

目的 :为确认中药白芷的基原植物提供化学成分方面的资料。方法 :运用高效液相及与标准品对照的方法对 4类栽培白芷 (川、杭、祁、禹白芷 )和 3种近缘野生植物 (兴安白芷、台湾白芷、雾灵当归 ) ,以及另外 2种当归属野生植物 (黑水当归、芷叶白芷 )进行了香豆素类成分的比较分析。结果 :4类栽培白芷和 3种近缘野生植物的香豆素类成分无论在化合物种类还是在含量方面都相当近似 ,而与另外 2种当归属野生植物差别较大。结论 :从香豆素类成分特征来看 ,4类栽培白芷和 3种近缘野生植物可分为 3个类群 ,即 :①川、杭、祁、禹 4类白芷和台湾白芷。②兴安白芷。③雾灵当归。台湾白芷与中药白芷更为接近  相似文献

ABSTRACT. An extreme dwarf 10-year-old boy was described. His clinical features resemble those of isolated GH deficiency type 1A, but the Southern blot analysis showed no gross deletion in the GH structural gene. Endocrinological evaluations showed severe GH and PRL deficiencies, and mild TSH deficiency. The simultaneous deficiencies of anterior pituitary hormones in our patient resemble those of the Snell and Ames dwarf mice and suggest a common etiology. The evolutionary and embryological similarities between GH and PRL imply that mutations at a gene which controls GH and PRL production in somatotropes and lactotropes or at a gene of which product affects the embryological development from a common ancestral cell in the anterior pituitary gland may be a primary defect in our patient.  相似文献

Background: Depression may increase the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease (AD). Recent large cohort studies have also shown that a low plasma amyloid β (Aβ)‐42 level combined with a high Aβ40 level increases the risk of developing AD, suggesting plasma Aβ42/40 ratio as useful for identifying risk of developing mild cognitive impairment and AD. Although several studies have examined Aβ levels in the peripheral blood of elderly individuals with depression, results have been inconsistent. Furthermore, no results have been described for younger depression. Methods: Serum Aβ40, Aβ42 level and Aβ40/42 ratio were evaluated using enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay in 60 patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and 60 healthy controls. The results were analyzed in two age groups (young, <60 years; elderly, ≥60 years). Results: Serum Aβ40 level was significantly higher in young MDD patients compared to young controls (P < 0.001), but it was not significantly deferent in the elderly group. Serum Aβ42 level did not differ significantly in both young and elderly groups. Aβ40/42 ratio was significantly higher in both young (P < 0.001) and elderly (P < 0.001) patients with MDD compared to controls. Conclusions: Serum Aβ40/42 ratio was significantly higher in MDD patients than in controls, and this difference was seen for both elderly and young subjects. This may suggest that even young subjects with MDD undergo pathological changes in the very early stage of amyloid deposition.  相似文献
