目的 了解广东省成年人身体活动和静态时间的现状,为制定慢性病相关策略提供科学依据。方法 调查对象来源于2018年中国成人慢性病与营养监测数据。采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法于广东省14个监测点的18岁及以上常住居民中抽取调查对象。采用基于复杂抽样和加权的率的估计方法计算研究对象经常锻炼率、从不锻炼率,采用基于复杂抽样估计的中位数和四分位间距描述研究对象每日静态行为时间。采用基于复杂抽样设计校正的Rao-Scottχ2检验和秩和检验分别分析不同人群经常锻炼率、从不锻炼率和每日静态行为时间的差异。结果 本研究纳入身体活动资料完整的研究对象8 599人。研究对象中经常锻炼者1 547人,经常锻炼率为22.53%(95%CI:18.51%~26.55%),男性高于女性(25.10%vs 22.53%)。研究对象中从不锻炼者6 639人,从不锻炼率为66.97%(95%CI:60.07%~73.88%),女性高于男性(73.92%vs 60.45%)。平均每日静态行为时间为5.63(95%CI:4.78~6.48)h,男性为5.72(95%CI:4.96~6.48)h,女性为5.53(95%CI:4.56~6.49)h。18~44岁、城市、本科及以上文化程度、家庭总收入>7 500元/月、未婚的居民每日静态行为时间较长,分别为6.10、6.01、7.57、6.31、7.45 h。结论 广东省成年人身体活动水平仍不高,静态时间过长,处于较高水平。防控成人身体活动不足的问题的同时也应关注成人静态时间过长的问题。 相似文献

目的 了解广州市城区小学二年级学生的家庭在外就餐现状及其影响因素,并分析其与儿童超重肥胖的关系。方法 抽取广州市12所小学的二年级学生2 206名,进行问卷调查和体格检查。应用logistic回归模型分析家庭在外就餐的影响因素及其与儿童超重肥胖的关系。结果 学生家庭在外就餐≥1次/周者占53.99%。多因素分析显示,独生子女家庭比非独生子女家庭有更高的可能性在外就餐(OR = 1.45,95% CI:1.18~1.78,P<0.001)。与家庭人均月收入<5 000元的家庭相比,收入高的家庭在外就餐的可能性更高(家庭人均月收入为5 000~9 999元:OR = 1.60,95% CI:1.21~2.13,P = 0.001;≥10 000元:OR = 2.22,95% CI:1.68~2.94,P<0.001)。类似,与父母文化程度为高中及以下的家庭相比,父母文化程度为大专或本科的家庭有更高的在外就餐可能性(OR = 1.87,95% CI:1.44~2.43,P<0.001)。而中等营养知识得分的家长较得分高的家长有减少带孩子外出就餐的倾向(OR = 0.75,95% CI:0.59~0.95,P = 0.016)。此外,家庭在外就餐与儿童超重肥胖风险增高存在统计学关联(OR = 1.31,95% CI:1.03~1.67,P = 0.032)。结论 广州市城区小学二年级学生家庭在外就餐现象较为普遍。独生子女家庭、家庭收入和父母文化程度和营养知识水平是家庭在外就餐的影响因素。家庭在外就餐可能会增加儿童超重肥胖的风险。 相似文献

Objective To study the association between early-life factors (including birth weight, method of birth, gestational age, and history of gestational metabolic disorders) and pubertal timing in girls. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select the girls in grades 2-3 and 7-8 from three primary schools and three middle schools in Guangzhou, China from March to December, 2019, and breast development was examined for all girls. A questionnaire survey was performed to collect the information on early-life factors. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to evaluate the association of gestational metabolic disorders, birth weight, method of birth, and gestational age with pubertal timing in girls. The Bootstrap method was used to assess the mediation effect of body mass index (BMI) (Z score) between high birth weight (≥4 000 g) and pubertal timing. Results A total of 1 665 girls were enrolled, among whom 280 (16.82%) were judged to have early pubertal timing. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high birth weight was associated with the increased risk of early pubertal timing (OR=2.12, 95%CI: 1.19-3.66, P=0.008). Nevertheless, no significant association was observed between other early-life factors and pubertal timing (P>0.05). The OR for the mediation effect of BMI (Z score) between high birth weight and early pubertal timing was 1.25 (95%CI: 1.09-1.47), accounting for 29.33% of the total effect of high birth weight on early pubertal timing. Conclusions High birth weight is associated with the increased risk of early pubertal timing in girls, and overweight/obesity may play a partial mediating role in the association between high birth weight and early pubertal timing in girls. © 2023 Xiangya Hospital of CSU.
