昆仑山前洪积─—冲积平原地理环境与地方性氟中毒

新疆昆仑山麓洪积──—冲积平原是地方性氟中毒病区。为了解该地区地理环境与地方性氟中毒关系，我们于１９９０年在有代表性的和田地区进行了调查。调查区内水氟分布明显受地理环境影响，山区水氟低，儿童氟斑牙率低；随着海拔高度下降，水氟和儿童氟斑牙率均上升，呈正相关关系。儿童群体尿氟与氟斑牙率亦呈密切正相关关系。平原低处邻近沙漠处氟中毒病情较重。有些村镇儿童氟斑牙率高于９０％。同一地区地下水氟含量多高于地面水且呈密切正相关关系。该区气侯极干旱，在水氟为０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ时已有氟斑牙流行。目前该地区正在开展改饮地下水的改水工作以控制消化道传染病。为此，应注意水氟含量以防地方性氟中毒病区扩大和病情加剧。

Ulcerative colitis is a nonspecific inflammatory disease of colon, clinically characterized by abdominal pain and diarrhea often with blood and mucus. It can be diagnosed based on the clinical manifestations and the endoscopic findings.
