外科手术可引起性功能障碍

医源性性功能障碍是指由于药物、外科手术、医院环境等多种原因引起的性功能障碍。由于医疗方法的频繁变化,新特疗法匆忙开展,抗生素滥用等原因,医源性疾病发病率有逐渐增高的趋势。人们在重视原发病治疗疗效同时,同样应该重视和预防外科手术等引起的医源性疾病。时下随着人们对医疗质量及生活质量关注度的日益提高,防治医源性性功能障碍也逐渐引起人们的重视。

异基因间质干细胞输注治疗异染性脑白质营养不良和何勒综合征

异染性脑白质营养不良(MLD)是一种常染色体退行性疾病,由于芳香基硫酸酯酶A缺乏,导致硫酸脑苷酯堆积,中枢和外周神经系统脱髓鞘病变。患者出现严重步态紊乱、痉挛、四肢瘫痪、功能退化,最后丧失全部自主功能。何     

介入术配合中药灌肛治疗输卵管堵塞40例疗效分析

输卵管阻塞约占女性不孕症的1／3，近年来山于放射介入技术的应用，对输卵管近端梗阻有了明显的治疗效果，但对中远段等部位的粘连梗阻的治疗效果差，为进一步提高再通术的疗效，我们向2000年1月至2003年12月对经子宫输卵管造影证实为输卵管中远段梗阻的40例患者钳介入术配合中药灌肛治疔，效果满意，报告如下。
