目的编制适用于我国大学生的就业的效能量表。方法在深入访谈和文献综述的基础上,编制出大学生就业效能量表,运用探索性和验证性因素分析技术对568名全日制在校本科生的就业效能的内在结构进行了探讨。结果大学生就业效能主要有3个因素组成:个性自我了解、就业信息与技能和就业应对信心,问卷的各项测量指标良好。结论本问卷可以作为测量大学生就业效能的工具。 相似文献

Social insurance administrative officers’ decision-making skills influence their efficiency at work and their general well-being. At work their tasks are characterised by complexity and a need for order and accountability. Moreover, cases should usually be handled and finalised within the imposed time frames. We investigated skills related to decision-making success among social insurance officers. In total, 118 administrative officers at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (66% response rate) responded to questions on scales and measures relating to cognitive-rational, socio-emotional and time approach features of decision-making skill. In addition, they responded to questions on three scales pertaining to outcomes of everyday decisions in terms of subjective everyday difficulties, tendencies to burnout and depressive symptoms. The results showed that cognitive-rational competence was associated with lower reports of subjective everyday difficulties and depressive symptoms and thereby contributed to the explained variance in decision outcomes. Furthermore, socio-emotional and time approach features of decision-making skills contributed to the explanation for subjective everyday difficulties, tendencies to burnout and depressive symptoms. The results corroborate the basic assumption and usefulness of a broad approach in the definition and assessment of decision-making skills in human service professions in general, and of administrative officers in social insurance agencies in particular. Recommendations for future research and the implications of the results are discussed. 相似文献

目的:分析影响小学教师心理健康水平和职业倦怠的主要因素,评估小学教师心理健康以及职业倦怠现状,探讨提高小学教师心理素质的方法与途径,为小学教师心理健康和综合素质提高提供参考和科学依据.方法:采用心理测评和结构式访谈的方法对某小学114名教师作为样本进行研究,选用SCL-90症状自评量表(90题)、和教师职业倦怠量表MBI-ES(22题)施测.结果:小学教师SCL-90各因子与全国常模比较,在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁三个维度上高于全国常模,值得关注;根据MBI量表的计分和测量标准,小学教师职业倦怠问题有一定的普遍性;小学教师职业倦怠三个维度与心理健康9因子均呈正相关.结论:小学教师在强迫、人际、抑郁方面得分偏高,并可能是引起职业倦怠的影响因素之一,应提高心理健康水平以改善其职业倦怠现状. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to explore the effect of COVID-19 and Ramadan on physical activity (PA) and burnout in teachers and the relationship between them. A total of 57 secondary school teachers from public education centers participated in the present study. They were aged between 29 and 52 years. To determine the effect of Ramadan and COVID-19 on PA and burnout, participants completed the online questionnaires before COVID-19, one week before Ramadan and during the second week of Ramadan. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire-BREF and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey were used to assess PA intensities and burnout, respectively. The data revealed that total PA (p < 0.001, p < 0.05, respectively) vigorous metabolic equivalent of task (MET) (p < 0.001, p < 0.05, respectively), moderate MET (p < 0.001, p < 0.01, respectively) were higher before COVID-19 and before Ramadan than during Ramadan. Regarding burnout subscales, emotional exhaustion (p < 0.001, p < 0.01, respectively) was higher before Ramadan than before COVID-19 and during Ramadan. A lower personal accomplishment was reported before Ramadan than before COVID-19 and during Ramadan (both p < 0.05). In addition, low to high correlations were observed between PA intensities and burnout subscales, except for the correlation between depersonalization and all PA intensities. In conclusion, Ramadan intermittent fasting along with PA was highly recommended for teachers and the general population to improve positive emotions and general health. 相似文献

[目的]探讨工作倦怠与应对方式的关系,为预防和减轻艾滋病医护人员工作倦怠提供帮助。[方法]采用中式工作倦怠问卷(CMBI)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对342名河南省艾滋病医护人员进行测查,用频数统计、相关和分层回归进行分析。[结果]艾滋病医护人员工作倦怠总体检出率达到75.5%,其中,轻度倦怠为35.4%,中度倦怠为32.2%,高度倦怠为7.9%。艾滋病医护人员消极应对方式得分显著低于全国常模(t=3.651,P﹤0.001)。其消极应对与耗竭和人格解体呈显著正相关(r=0.242,P﹤0.01;r=0.144,P﹤0.01);积极应对与成就感降低呈显著负相关(r=-0.340,P﹤0.01)。积极应对对其成就感降低有显著负向预测作用(t=-6.380,P﹤0.01);消极应对对其耗竭和人格解体有显著正向预测作用(t=4.338,P﹤0.01;t=2.215,P﹤0.05)。[结论]应对艾滋病医护人员的工作倦怠问题给予更多关注,并考虑应对方式对其工作倦怠的影响。 相似文献

ObjectiveTo comprehensively review the recent published literature to characterize current trends of burnout and well‐being among otolaryngology trainees.MethodsStudy design: systematic review and meta‐analysis. A comprehensive literature review from 2000 to 2021 of studies related to otolaryngology resident burnout and well‐being, as well as the general topic of well‐being among surgical residents was completed. All included studies were summarized qualitatively. For the quantitative analysis, only articles reporting a Maslach burnout inventory (MBI), modified MBI or Mini‐Z‐ Burnout assessment were included.ResultsTwenty‐five articles were included in the qualitative summary and nine articles in the quantitative analysis. In the qualitative summary, trainees were reported to have increased levels of distress and emotional hardening compared to attending otolaryngologists. Total hours worked per week and female gender were associated with worsened well‐being. Residency program strategies to improve trainee well‐being include program‐sponsored wellness activities, dedicated wellness champions, and assistance with clerical burden. Implementation of protected nonclinical time has been shown to decrease burnout and increase well‐being among trainees. Moreover, formal trainee mentorship programs have also been shown to reduce trainee burnout and stress. In the quantitative analysis, rates of trainee burnout ranged from 29.7% to 86% with an overall trend towards reduced rates of burnout from 2006 to 2021. Utilizing a weighted average, the overall burnout among otolaryngology residents was 58.6%.ConclusionsRates of burnout remain high among otolaryngology trainees. Implementing formal mentorship programs and providing protected time during regular work hours appear to be effective tools to improve resident well‐being. 相似文献

Aims and objectives. To examine the prevalence of aggression against healthcare professionals and to determine the possible impact that violent episodes have on healthcare professionals in terms of loss of enthusiasm and involvement towards work. The objective was to analyse the percentage of occupational assault against professionals’ aggression in different types of healthcare services, differentiating between physical and verbal aggression as a possible variable in detecting burnout in doctors and nursing professionals. Background. Leiter and Maslach have explored a double process model of burnout not only based on exhaustion by overload, but also based on personal and organisational value conflicts (community, rewards or values). Moreover, Whittington has obtained conclusive results about the possible relationship between violence and burnout in mental health nurses. Design. A retrospective study was performed in three hospitals and 22 primary care centres in Spain (n = 1·826). Methods. Through different questionnaires, we have explored the relationship between aggression suffered by healthcare workers and burnout. Results. Eleven percent of respondents had been physically assaulted on at least one occasion, whilst 34·4% had suffered threats and intimidation on at least one occasion and 36·6% had been subjected to insults. Both forms of violence, physical and non‐physical aggression, showed significant correlations with symptoms of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation and inefficacy). Conclusions. The survey showed evidence of a double process: (1) by which excess workload helps predict burnout, and (2) by which a mismatch in the congruence of values, or interpersonal conflict, contributes in a meaningful way to each of the dimensions of burnout, adding overhead to the process of exhaustion–cynicism–lack of realisation. Relevance to clinical practice. Studies indicate that health professionals are some of the most exposed to disorders steaming from psychosocial risks and a high comorbidity: anxiety, depression, etc. There is a clear need for accurate instruments of evaluation to detect not only the burnout but also the areas that cause it. Professional exhaustion caused by aggression or other factors can reflect a deterioration in the healthcare relationship. 相似文献
