用Millicell底膜培养皿研究Tourmaline对ECV-304细胞增殖的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的 用联合培养的方法研究Tourmaline对体外培养的人血管内皮细胞(ECV-304)增殖作用的影响。方法 用放置Tourmaline微球的Millicell底膜培养皿与人血管内皮细胞ECV304联合培养。通过细胞形态、细胞融合面积、细胞计数及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的免疫细胞化学等方法观察培养细胞增殖的变化。结果 联合培养24h后Tourmaline组(与对照组比)细胞形态正常,呈铺路石样生长,贴壁细胞覆盖率从(79.50±5.92)%长到(90.17±3.49)%(P<0.05),细胞数增加(16.62±4.14)%(P<0.05),PCNA阳性细胞为(43.50±3.19)%,与对照组比,差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 Tourmaline可通过加强DNA合成,促进体外培养的ECV-304细胞增殖。 相似文献

Dam rats were given lead (0, 0.58, 1.76, and 5.27 mmol/l) containing water ad lib from day 16 of gestation to weaning of the offspring on day 21 postpartum. The pups continued drinking the same lead containing water until the postnatal day 30. At the 30th day postpartum, the pups in each lead treated group were divided into four groups. The first group contains six male pups (PN30M). The second, third, and fourth groups contain six female pups (PN30F, PN60a, PN60b), respectively. The six female pups from control group formed the fifth group (PN60c). PN60a continued drinking the same lead-containing water until the postnatal day 60. PN60b were dosed with distilled water instead of lead-containing water from the 30th day to the 60th day postpartum. PN60c began to expose to 5.27 mmol Pb/l from the 30th day to the 60th day postpartum. The rats in PN30M and PN30F were decapitated on the 30th day postartum, whereas PN60a, PN60b, and PN60c were decapitated on the 60th day postpartum. The contents of metabolites of monoamine neurotransmitters: homovanillic acid (HVA), dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG), and 5-hydroxyin-doleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in striatum were determined using high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD). There were significant increases in the concentrations of HVA (1.58 ± 0.30 vs. 1.17 ± 0.12 ng/mg wet tissue in the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN30M, p < 0.01; and 1.44 ± 0.08 vs. 1.17 ± 0.10 ng/mg wet tissue in the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN60a, p < 0.05) and DOPAC (2.39 ± 0.25, 2.47 ± 0.28, 2.39 ± 0.44 vs. 1.82 ± 0.24 ng/mg wet tissue in three lead treated groups of PN60a, p < 0.05). The significant decreases in the concentration of MHPG (37.33 ± 5.53, 32.02 ± 6.87, 33.31 ± 2.41 vs. 43.85 ± 4.93 ng/mg wet tissue in the 0.58 mmol Pb/l group of PN60a, p < 0.05; in the 1.76 and the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN60a, p < 0.01) and 5-HIAA (0.23 ± 0.04 vs. 0.38 ± 0.05 ng/mg wet tissue in the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN30M, p < 0.05; 0.26 ± 0.09 vs. 0.45 ± 0.09 ng/mg wet tissue in the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN30F, p < 0.05; 0.31 ± 0.08 vs. 0.44 ± 0.08 ng/mg wet tissue in the 5.27 mmol Pb/l group of PN60a, p < 0.05) were observed. No significant changes in the concentration of monoamine metabolites were observed either in rats of PN60b or PN60c. AIM: To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of methoxyphenamine compound (MC) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in rats by measurement of proinflammatory cytokines, total and differential white cell counts (WCC) of bronchroalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). METHODS: Adult rat model of COPD (COPD group) was induced by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharides and exposure to cigarette smoke. Treatment groups received different dosage of MC (3, 9, and 27 mg daily, MC group) or prednisone (0.25 mg daily, P group) respectively. Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin 1beta (IL-113), interleukin-6 (IL-6), transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) of BALF were determined by ELISA. Total and differential WCC were performed after Giemsa staining. RESULTS: The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, TGF-β, total and differential WCC in BALF of MC groups were significantly decreased than that of COPD group (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference among MC groups. 目的:探索普通成年男性血清生殖激素水平与精液量以及精子密度的关系。方法:资料来源于对5个研究现场(河北省石家庄市、山西省太原市、贵州省贵阳市、浙江省杭州市及山东省青岛市)的普通成年男性的横断面调查。同时收集研究对象的血样和精液样本,分析黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)以及雌二醇(E2)与精液量、精子密度之间的关系。结果:共招收研究对象978名,通过相关分析及方差分析表明,高水平T对象的精子密度较低;高水平E2对象精液量较少。Logistic回归分析发现,高水平T发生低精子密度的危险性大,低水平的LH发生低精子密度的危险性小。结论:普通成年男性血清中生殖激素水平与精液数量指标有关,但表现出的某些关联性用已知的下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴调节机制尚无法完全解释。 相似文献

目的:观察胃癌患者围手术期使用中药大黄和肠内营养对TNF-α水平的影响。方法:将56名胃癌围手术期患者随机分为对照组(A组)20例;肠内营养组(B组)21例;大黄加肠内营养组(C组)15例。A组术后常规补液的同时实施肠外营养支持;B组术后常规补液的同时术后42h始给予肠内营养能全力,一直持续到术后第8天;C组病人术前1天应用大黄10g,术后18、42h分2次各5g。B组和C组术后数日内每天的液体量、热量及氮量不足部分均由肠外途径予以补足。所有研究对象分别于手术前1天、手术后第1、3、7天检测外周血肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factorα,TNF-α)浓度。结果:各组患者术后均有急性炎性反应的发生,但C组术后第3、7天的TNF-α水平较A有显著下降,术后排气、排便时间和肠鸣音的恢复显著提前。术后的营养指标B组、C组患者间无明显差异。结论:胃癌患者围手术期应用大黄可以有效降低外周血TNF-α水平,缓解手术创伤引起的急性炎性反应,促进术后胃肠道功能恢复,有利于实施术后肠内营养支持。 相似文献
