胎龄<28周早产儿动脉导管未闭的治疗进展

动脉导管未闭(PDA)是早产儿常见疾病,目前早产儿PDA的自然发展过程仍未完全明确,PDA发生的有些高危因素仍存在争议,对PDA是否进行药物、手术干预,以及何时进行药物、手术干预仍存在争议。尽管已经有相当多的证据证实动脉导管持续开放可能有害,但目前尚缺乏关闭导管治疗方案的远期益处或害处的相关证据。大多数临床试验旨在评估短期导管开放对患儿的影响。目前尚无评估动脉导管持续开放对早产儿死亡率及并发症影响的临床试验。近年来PDA治疗上最大的变化是减少对PDA的治疗。该文重点总结胎龄28周早产儿PDA的治疗策略。

异基因间质干细胞输注治疗异染性脑白质营养不良和何勒综合征

异染性脑白质营养不良(MLD)是一种常染色体退行性疾病,由于芳香基硫酸酯酶A缺乏,导致硫酸脑苷酯堆积,中枢和外周神经系统脱髓鞘病变。患者出现严重步态紊乱、痉挛、四肢瘫痪、功能退化,最后丧失全部自主功能。何     

介入术配合中药灌肛治疗输卵管堵塞40例疗效分析

输卵管阻塞约占女性不孕症的1／3，近年来山于放射介入技术的应用，对输卵管近端梗阻有了明显的治疗效果，但对中远段等部位的粘连梗阻的治疗效果差，为进一步提高再通术的疗效，我们向2000年1月至2003年12月对经子宫输卵管造影证实为输卵管中远段梗阻的40例患者钳介入术配合中药灌肛治疔，效果满意，报告如下。
