支原体耐药性与抗菌药消耗量相关性研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
目的:了解支原体耐药性与抗生素消耗量之间的相关性。方法:对112份解脲支原体阳性标本进行9种抗菌药敏感性试验,统计2002~2003年有关药物的消耗量,分析解脲支原体耐药率与相应药品消耗量之间的关系。结果:多因素逐步回归分析表明上年度相关药物成人剂型的消耗量是有显著性意义的相关因素(r=0.858,F=16.778,P〈0.01)。结论:支原体的耐药率主要与上一年度的相关药物消耗量相关。 相似文献

Exposure of neonatal rats to a 5 Gy dose of X-irradiation induces permanent abnormalities in cerebellar cortex cytoarchitecture (disarrangement of Purkinje cells, reduction of thickness of granular cortex) and neurochemistry (late increase in noradrenaline levels), and motor function (ataxic gait). The neuroprotective effects of gangliosides have been demonstrated using a variety of CNS injuries, including mechanical, electrolytic, neurotoxic, ischemic, and surgical lesions. Here, we evaluated whether systemically administered GM1 ganglioside protects against the long-term CNS abnormalities induced by a single exposure to ionizing radiation in the early post-natal period. Thus, neonatal rats were exposed to 5 Gy X-irradiation, and subcutaneously injected with one dose (30 mg/kg weight) of GM1 on h after exposure followed by three daily doses. Both at post-natal days 30 and 90, gait and cerebellar cytoarchitecture in X-irradiated rats were significantly impaired when compared to age-matched controls. By contrast, both at post-natal days 30 and 90, gait in X-irradiated rats that were treated with GM1 was not significantly different from that in non-irradiated animals. Furthermore, at post-natal day 90, cerebellar cytoarchitecture was still well preserved in GM1-treated, X-irradiated animals. GM1 failed to modify the radiation-induced increase in cerebellar noradrenaline levels. Present data indicate that exogenous GM1, repeatedly administered after neonatal X-irradiation, produces a long-term radioprotection, demonstrated at both cytoarchitectural and motor levels. 相似文献

目的探讨老人中位硬膜外阻滞初量的个体使用规律。方法≥65岁的中位硬膜外阻滞患者65例,依病人对药物的耐受程度分次注入初量,记录前3次(试验量、分量2、分量3)药量、阻滞平面,计算出相应时点阻滞范围内每个神经节段所需药量,进行相关分析。结果相邻时点前、后阻滞范围内每个神经节段所需药量存在有显著的线性正相关(P<0.01),相关方程依次为y=0.23 1.02x,y=1.61x-0.38。结论老人中位硬膜外阻滞初量的给予中,可依据前次给药时点产生阻滞范围内的每个神经节段所需药量用相关方程推算。 相似文献

AIM: To observe the effects of three cytokines on the apoptosis of Tf-1 cells induced by y irradiation and investigate the relationship between apoptosis and caspase-3 activity. METHODS: Different cytokines GM-CSF, IL-3 and GM-CS/IL-3 fusion protein were added into the irradiated Tf-1 cells. MTT assay, morphology, flow cytometry, and DNA fragmentation assay were used to observe the effects of cytokines on apoptosis. The caspase-3 activity was determined with a fluorocytometer. RESULTS: Irradiated Tf-1 cells showed typical morphological characteristic of apoptosis demonstrated by transmission electron microscopy and were accumulated in G0/G1 phase. In the groups treated with growth factors after irradiation, three cytokines significantly increased the viability rate, distinctly decreased the apoptosis rate and the proportion of DNA fragmentation. Phloroglucinol (PG), a polyphenol compound of Eckloniacava known as brown algae abundant in Jeju island, has been proposed to exert the antioxidative and cytoprotective effects against oxidative stress. In this study, we confirmed that PG protected mice from damages caused by ionizing radiation and investigated its protection mechanism in detail. The result showed that PG increased the viability of splenocytes without cytotoxicity. Also, PG significantly enhanced the proliferation of splenocytes by limiting the increment of sub-G1 DNA contents via the inhibition of reactive oxygen species production in 2 Gy-irradiated splenocytes. In addition, PG significantly decreased DNA damage and the number of apoptotic fragments in lymphocytes against oxidative stress. Also, PG increased the counts of endogenous spleen CFUs, compared with only ionizing radiation-irradiated mice. These results demonstrate the multi-faceted protection mechanisms of PG in mice against oxidative stress caused by ionizing radiation, providing the benefit of inhibiting apoptosis and strengthening hematopoiesis. 相似文献
