血清铁蛋白与冠心病   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
目的 :探讨血清铁蛋白与冠心病 (CHD)的关系。方法 :对经冠状动脉造影证实的 4 8例CHD患者及6 7例非CHD(NCHD)患者 ,进行血清铁蛋白测定 ,将冠状动脉狭窄病变进行Gensini积分 ,并与血清铁蛋白浓度进行相关分析。结果 :CHD患者血清铁蛋白水平比NCHD组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清铁蛋白与冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分明显相关 (r=0 .4 76 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CHD患者血清铁蛋白升高 ,且血管病变越重 ,血清铁蛋白升高越明显 ,因此 ,血清铁蛋白可作为冠状动脉病变程度的参考指标之一  相似文献

[目的]了解免疫透射比浊法铁蛋白试剂盒的性能指标。[方法]测定该试剂盒的不精密度、线性范围、灵敏度、准确度。[结果]免疫透射比浊法铁蛋白试剂盒的批内精密度1.0%~9.0%,批问精密度7.2%~11.8%,线性范围14~300斗∥L、灵敏度(检测低限)为14¨g/I.、准确度为105.9%。[结论]免疫透射比浊法检测铁蛋白在不精密度、线性范围、灵敏度、准确度方面均能满足临床需要,并且还具有快速、简便及成本低廉的特点,适合临床使用。  相似文献

SUMMARY: BACKGROUND: Numerous reports have shown that iron stores decrease in blood donors after donation. As we need healthy donors, it is essential to test hemoglobin and ferritin levels for preventing reduced of iron stores in donors. METHODS: This study was conducted on 235 healthy men. The donors were divided into three groups: group I) control group with no donation; group II) case group 1 with two donations within 1 year; group III) case group 2 with three donations within 1 year. RESULTS: The mean level of hemoglobin was 15.9 and 14.7 g/dl in the control group and in the case group, respectively (p < 0.0000). The mean level of serum ferritin in group I, II and III, was 108, 56 and 26 μg/l, respectively (p < 0.0000). When studying various stages of iron deficiency in donors, it could be shown that 58% of group III donors but only 1% of control group donors had a negative iron balance. Moreover, iron deficiency anemia was observed in 20% of group III donors. CONCLUSION: Just measuring the hemoglobin level is not sufficient for selecting donors. In addition, testing of the ferritin level and iron supplementation are recommended in regular donors with more than one donation per year.  相似文献

Inorganic doping was used to create flexible, paramagnetic nanoparticle contrast agents for in vivo molecular magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with low transverse relaxivity (r2). Most nanoparticle contrast agents formed from superparamagnetic metal oxides are developed with high r2. While sensitive, they can have limited in vivo detection due to a number of constraints with T2 or T2*‐weighted imaging. T1‐weighted imaging is often preferred for molecular MRI, but most T1‐shortening agents are small chelates with low metal payload or are nanoparticles that also shorten T2 and limit the range of concentrations detectable with T1‐weighting. Here we used tungsten and iron deposition to form doped iron oxide crystals inside the apoferritin cavity to form a WFe nanoparticle with a disordered crystal and un‐coupled atomic magnetic moments. The atomic magnetic moments were thus localized, resulting in a principally paramagnetic nanoparticle. The WFe nanoparticles had no coercivity or saturation magnetization at 5 K and sweeping up to ±20 000 Oe, while native ferritin had a coercivity of 3000 Oe and saturation at ±20 000 Oe. This tungsten–iron crystal paramagnetism resulted in an increased WFe particle longitudinal relaxivity (r1) of 4870 mm ?1 s?1 and a reduced transverse relaxivity (r2) of 9076 mm ?1 s?1 compared with native ferritin. The accumulation of the particles was detected with T1‐weighted MRI in concentrations from 20 to 400 nm in vivo, both injected in the rat brain and targeted to the rat kidney glomerulus. The WFe apoferritin nanoparticles were not cytotoxic up to 700 nm particle concentrations, making them potentially important for targeted molecular MRI. 目的:观察储铁水平和动脉粥样硬化(AS)危险因素的关系,探讨铁参与AS发生和发展的可能机制.方法:选取59例AS患者和60例体检健康者,测定机体储存铁水平方面的指标,如血清铁蛋白、血清铁,测定与AS有关的一些指标,如C-反应蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、总抗氧化能力等.结果:AS组的血清铁蛋白水平明显高于对照组,为(217.02±136.65)ng/ml对(117.75±47.89)ng/ml.血清铁蛋白水平与舒张压及收缩压呈正相关(γ=0.357,0.344).AS组的C-反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组.结论:AS患者体内有较高的铁储存,血清铁蛋白水平可作为AS的一个监测指标.  相似文献

Thioredoxin (TRX) is induced by many oxidative stresses. Serum TRX levels were significantly elevated in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients, as compared to simple fatty liver (FL) patients or healthy controls. Serum TRX levels in NASH patients were significantly correlated with serum ferritin levels, but not with other variables. Removal of hepatic excess iron by phlebotomy significantly decreased the serum levels of TRX and ALT in NASH patient. Therefore, the pathogenesis of NASH may be associated with iron-related oxidative stress. The serum TRX level is a parameter for discriminating NASH from FL.  相似文献

AIM: To understand the interactions between iron and zinc during absorption in iron- and zinc-deficient rats, and their consequences on intestinal oxidant-antioxidant balance. METHODS: Twenty-four weanling Wistar-Kyoto rats fed an iron- and zinc-deficient diet (〈 6.5 mg Fe and 4.0 mg Zn/kg diet) for 4 wk were randomly divided into three groups (n = 8, each) and orally gavaged with 4 mg iron, 3.3 mg zinc, or 4 mg iron + 3.3 mg zinc for 2 wk. At the last day of repletion, 3 h before the animals were sacrificed, they received either 37 mBq of SSFe or ^65Zn, to study their localization in the intestine, using microautoradiography. Hemoglobin, iron and zinc content in plasma and liver were measured as indicators of iron and zinc status. Duodenal sections were used for immunochemical staining of ferritin and metallothionein. Duodenal homogenates (mitochondrial and cytosolic fractions), were used to assess aconitase activity, oxidative stress, functional integrity and the response of antioxidant enzymes. RESULTS: Concurrent repletion of iron- and zinc-deficient rats showed reduced localization of these minerals compared to rats that were teated with iron or zinc alone; these data provide evidence for antagonistic interactions. This resulted in reduced formation of lipid and protein oxidation products and better functional integrity of the intestinal mucosa. Further, combined repletion lowered iron-associated aconitase activity and ferritin expression, but significantly elevated metallothionein and glutathione levels in the intestinal mucosa. The mechanism of interactions during combined supplementation and its subsequent effects appeared to be due to through modulation of cytosolic aconitase, which in turn influenced the labile iron pool and metallothionein levels, and hence reduced intestinal oxidative damage.CONCLUSION: Concurrent administration of iron and zinc corrects iron and zinc deficiency, and also reduces the intestinal oxidative damage associated with iron supplementation.  相似文献

目的探讨血清EB病毒(EBV)、铁蛋白(SF)及细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)对鼻咽癌(NPC)的临床诊断价值。方法采用免疫酶法及电化学发光免疫分析等技术,检测184例NPC患者、52例鼻咽良性疾病患者、80名正常对照者血清中的EBV壳抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(EB-VCA-IgA)、SF及CYFRA21-1表达水平。结果NPC组EB-VCA-IgA、SF、CYFRA21-1敏感性分别为79.3%、46.7%、42.4%。3项联合检测敏感性为92.4%,与单项检测比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论EB-VCA-IgA、SF、CYFRA21-1联合检测对NPC的诊断具有较高的临床价值。  相似文献

目的 现察血清铁、铁蛋白及转铁蛋白与冠状动脉狭窄的关系.探寻冠心痛的发病原因.方法 对315例冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影和血清铁、铁蛋白及转铁蛋白的测定,采用Gensini评分系统衡量冠状动脉造影结果 .按照Gensini评分的三分位间距将观察时象分为3组,应用方差分析研究铁代谢指标在3组中的分布情况,应用多因素回归分析研究Gensini评分与铁代谢指标的关系.结果 单因素方差分析显示.血清铁、血清铁蛋白及血清转铁蛋白/血清铁蛋白比值与Gensini评分肴相关性(相关系数分别为6.162、7.191和4.380,均P<0.05);多因素逐步线性回归分析显示,血清铁蛋白与冠状动脉狭窄程度的评分独立相关(其偏相关系数为0.240,P<0.01).结论 血清铁蛋白与冠状动脉狭窄独立相关.  相似文献

为探讨心钠素(ANP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、铁蛋白(Ft)水平在良、恶性胸腔积液(简称胸液)中的鉴别价值,采用和放射免疫直接测定法测定了38例结核性胸液和64例恶性胸液患者的胸液及血清ANP,CEA、Ft水平恶性组显著高于结核组和对照组(P<0.01)。胸液ANP、CEA、Ft水平恶性组均显著高于结核组(P均<0.001)。ANP、EAT、Ft水平恶性组均显著高于结核组(P均<0.001)。ANP、CEA、Ft之P/S值恶性组均高于结核组(P<0.001),其中结核组ANP水平胸液低于血清(P<0.01),恶性组CEA、Ft水平胸液高于血清(P<0.01);联合检测胸兴ANP、CEA、Ft水平对恶性胸兴诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为95.3%和100%,若采用ANP、CEA、Ft之P/S值诊断恶性胸液,可使敏感性提高96.6%。认为联合检测胸液,血清中的ANP、CEA、Ft水平并计算P/S值,对良、恶性胸液的鉴别诊断具有重要临床价值。  相似文献
