Malignant Rhabdoid Tumor of the Breast: A Case Report

A 66-year-old woman time of 10 days. One month after radicalmastectomy, there was local recurrence, followed by multiplepulmonary metastases, and the patient died of respiratory failure5 months after surgery. The gray-white-colored tumor measured13x12x;10 cm, and its border was well defined. The tumor wascomposed of diffusely growing round or polygonal cells withvesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and ample cytoplasm containingeosinophilic inclusions. Lymph node involvement was widespread.Both vimentin and keratin were clearly demonstrated by immunohistochemicalstaining. Ultrastructural studies revealed that the MRT cellscontained cytoplasmic whorls of intermediate filaments.     

食管癌、胃癌组织的低密度脂蛋白受体分析

以１２５Ⅰ－ＬＤＬ为配体对食管癌、胃癌及其相应的正常组织进行了ＬＤＬ受体水平的测定，同时分析了各组织中蛋白质、ＤＮＡ的含量，以探讨食管癌和胃癌发生与ＬＤＬ代谢之间的关系。结果显示，癌组织和正常组织的ＬＤＬ受体亲和性差异无显著性，但癌变组织的蛋白质、ＤＮＡ和ＬＤＬ受体水平均明显高于相应正常组织。癌细胞需要大量的胆固醇满足其有丝分裂，细胞通过受体升高机制使ＬＤＬＲ增多，以增加对ＬＤＬ的摄取和利用。     

Expression of ɛBP, a β-galactoside-binding soluble lectin, in normal and neoplastic epidermis

Abstract The study of animal lectins and glycoconjugates has become an important area of research in biomedical sciences, as these molecules are believed to play important roles in a variety of biological processes. This report describes a study of the expression of an animal lectin, IgE-binding protein (?BP), also known as Mac-2 and CBP35, in human skin. We have analyzed cultured human keratinocytes as well as normal human skin and a number of epidermal neoplasms, by immunoblotting. immuno-fluorescence and immunohistochemistry. We showed that ?BP is expressed in human keratinocytes, hair follicles, sebaceous and sweat glands. We found that cBP expression retains in various epidermal neoplasms, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and keratoacan-thoma, although the level of expression appears to be reduced as compared to normal epidermis. The immunohistochemical analysis also suggests that the level of ?BP expression appears to be dependent on the degree of cellular differentiation of keratinocytes.     

血清脂质结合唾液酸测定对肺部病变的诊断价值

本文介绍正常人113名,肺部恶性病变49例及肺部良性病变33例的血清LSA测定结果,正常人血清LSA含量平均值为0.1243±0.0358g/L。特异性97.40％,男女间无差异,48例肺癌血清LSA平均值0.2698±0.0915g/L,敏感性85.40％;33例良性病变LSA平均值0.1712±0.0767g/L,特异性78.79％。肺癌患者血清LSA较良性病变明显升高,故测定血清LSA对鉴别良恶性病变有一定价值。     

912抗肿瘤作用机理的初步探讨

作者对912的抗肿瘤作用机理进行了初步探讨。观察到912对癌细胞的移植量以及不同的服用时间均表现出不同的抑瘤效应。将服用912后的小鼠的脾细胞与肿瘤细胞混合后再接种,肿瘤生长明显抑制。912对实验肿瘤动物的外周血白细胞分类、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和E玫瑰花形成也有一定的影响。     

甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤Logistic判别分析及预后分析

本文对８５例滤泡性腺癌（ＦＣ）、６１例滤泡性腺瘤及２３例未定性滤泡性肿瘤的临床病理指标进行了多元分析。选出１２项良恶鉴别的指标，建立了ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ判别方程，判别符合率１００％。１４１例获随访结果，其中１１６例随访达１０年以上。随防结果分析显示ＦＣ微小浸润型和明显浸润型自下而上率差异显著，１１项临床病理指标对ＦＣ有预后意义。     

原发性胆囊癌CD44v6和bcl-2的表达及其与临床病理的关系

目的　探讨CD44v6和bcl 2蛋白在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达及其与癌组织类型、病理分级和转移状况的关系 ,以及CD44v6表达与bcl 2表达的相关性。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测 50例原发性胆囊癌、2 0例胆囊腺瘤和 1 0例慢性胆囊炎组织中CD44v6和bcl 2蛋白的表达。结果　胆囊癌组织中CD44v6和bcl 2表达阳性率分别为82 .0 %和 60 .0 % ,均明显高于胆囊腺瘤 (分别为 45 .0 %和 30 .0 % ,P<0 .0 5) ,并随着胆囊癌细胞分化程度的减低、病理分级的增高和转移而明显增高 (P<0 .0 5)。同时 ,CD44v6的表达与bcl 2表达呈正相关 (r =0 .36 ,P<0 .0 5)。结论　CD44v6和bcl 2均是胆囊癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要指标。胆囊癌CD44v6表达与bcl 2蛋白表达可能具有相互协同作用。

目的 探讨临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌术前短程化疗的意义。方法 122例临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌术前用CEF方案化疗1疗程，化疗后3-5d手术。结果 部分缓解21例(占17．2％)，轻度缓解76例(占62．3％)，无变化25例(占20．5％)，无临床进展病例。术前可扪及腋窝肿大淋巴结42例，化疗后30例见淋巴结明显缩小或消失。病理组织学观察75例镜下见肿瘤细胞有小点片状坏死。106例按计划手术；16例因白细胞降低等化疗反应推迟手术。全组随访1～6年，无局部复发病例；6例在随访期间1～3年内发现骨转移，经放疗和化疗控制；仅1例同时有骨转移和肺转移者于术后4年死亡；余均健在。结论 可手术乳腺癌的术前短程化疗可观察到肿瘤缩小等治疗效果，为术后化疗提供指导。并可能减少术中血行转移和提高疗效。     

Magnetic resonance relaxation times of normal tissue in the course of chemotherapy: a study in patients with bone sarcoma

To study the effect of chemotherapy on normal fat, skeletal muscle, and bone marrow, T1 and T2 relaxation times were measured in 15 patients with bone sarcoma before and after each cycle of preoperative chemotherapy. A section plane containing the tumor and if possible the nonaffected extremity was imaged with combined multiecho spin echo and inversion recovery pulse sequences. T1 and T2 relaxation times were calculated in the normal-appearing tissues. Although some variation was found in the values in the individual patient and between patients, no systematic changes of relaxation times of fat, muscle, or bone marrow occurred in the course of treatment. We conclude that the chemotherapy used in bone sarcoma has no effect on relaxation times of normal fat, muscle, and bone marrow, and that therefore these tissues may serve as a reference for the signal intensity of tumor.
