To enhance the formability of magnesium alloys, inhibition of basal texture development by the particle-stimulated nucleation (PSN) effect has attracted significant interest. However, its contribution to texture development is not easily observed due to the separation of texture from the conventional deformation behavior. This study aims to separate the Ca texture from the deformation behavior of AZX611 alloy and quantify it using scanning electron microscopy with electron backscatter diffraction (SEM-EBSD). Since Ca in the AZ61 magnesium alloy precipitated as Al2Ca, the hot-rolled magnesium alloys AZ31, AZ61, and AZX611 were used. High temperature compression was conducted at 723 K, the strain rate 0.05/s and 0.005/s and the true strain up to −1.0. Dynamic recrystallization was observed in each specimen and the Ca-free alloys showed dislocation glide at high strain rates and solute drag at low strain rates. When the dislocation glide dominated, basal texture was strengthened. In contrast, solute drag caused non-basal texture development. Precipitation hardening caused AZ61 to have higher flow stress than those of the Ca-free alloys by the PSN effect; its texture was observed separately because the PSN grain growth around the precipitation and orientation was specific, similar to the one developed at the solute atom drag. 相似文献

目的 探讨低温芒硝序贯疗法在预防腹腔镜下经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)后血清肿发生的治疗效果。方法 收集2019年3月至2022年3月在万安县人民医院普外科和中山大学附属第六医院胃肠、疝与腹壁外科收治的120例行TAPP患者的临床资料,利用电脑随机数字表分为试验组与对照组,每组各60例。试验组予以腹股沟区创面200 m L 4℃生理盐水冲洗+术后腹股沟区冰敷2 h+术后芒硝外敷2 d的3种联合措施,对照组仅予以TAPP术后常规处理;主要观察指标为两组患者术后血清肿发生率,次要观察指标包括手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数、住院费用、切口疼痛、VAS评分、恶性呕吐、尿潴留及肠梗阻发生率和远期随访指标包括慢性疼痛、补片感染、疝复发等。结果 试验组和对照组患者血清肿发生率分别为1.7%(1/60)、16.7%(10/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组1例属于Ⅰ型;对照组10例中,Ⅰ型6例、Ⅱ型2例、Ⅳ型2例;Ⅳ型血清肿予以B超引导下穿刺抽吸后逐渐缓解,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型血清肿予以芒硝外敷处理后均好转。试验组患者术后切口疼痛、恶心呕吐、尿潴留发生率分别是5.0%、3.3%、3.3%... 相似文献

The fatigue behavior of a filled non-crystallizing elastomer was investigated on axisymmetric dumbbell specimens. By plotting relevant Wöhler curves, a power law behavior was found. In addition, temperature increases due to heat build-up were monitored. In order to distinguish between initiation and crack growth regimes, hysteresis curves, secant and dynamic moduli, dissipated and stored energies, and normalized minimum and maximum forces were analyzed. Even though indications related to material damaging were observed, a clear trend to recognize the initiation was not evident. Further details were revealed by considering a fracture mechanics. The analysis of the fracture surfaces evidenced the presence of three regions, associated to initiation, fatigue striation, and catastrophic failure. Additional fatigue tests were performed with samples in which a radial notch was introduced. This resulted in a reduction in lifetime by four orders of magnitude; nevertheless, the fracture surfaces revealed similar failure mechanisms. A fracture mechanics approach, which considered the effect of temperature, was adopted to calculate the critical defect size for fatigue, which was found to be approximately 9 μm. This value was then compared with the particle size distribution obtained through X-ray microcomputed tomography (μ-CT) of undamaged samples and it was found that the majority of the initial defects were indeed smaller than the calculated one. Finally, the evaluation of J-integral for both unnotched and notched dumbbells enabled the assessment of a geometry-independent correlation with fatigue life. 相似文献

Polyurethane cement (PUC) is now commonly used in the reinforcement of old bridges, which exhibit various issues such as poor toughness, temperature-sensitive mechanical properties, and brittle failure. These problems can lead to the failure of the reinforcement effect of the PUC on old bridges in certain operating environments, leading to the collapse of such reinforced bridges. In order to alleviate these shortcomings, in this study, the toughness of PUC is improved by adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber, carbon fiber, and steel fiber. In addition, we study the change law of the flexural strength of PUC between −40 °C and +40 °C. The control parameters evaluated are fiber type, fiber volume ratio, and temperature. A series of flexural tests and scanning electron microscope (SEM) test results show that the flexural strength first increases and then decreases with the increase in the volume-doping ratio of the three fibers. The optimum volume-mixing ratios of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber, carbon fiber, and steel fiber are 0.3%, 0.04% and 1%, respectively. Excessive addition of fiber will affect the operability and will adversely affect the mechanical properties. The flexural strength of both fiber-reinforced and control samples decreases with increasing temperature. Using the flexural test results, a two-factor (fiber content, temperature) BP neural network flexural strength prediction model is established. The fabrication of fiber-reinforced metal matrix composites (MMCs) mainly consists of two stages: infiltration and solidification, which have a significant influence on the properties of MMCs. The present study is primarily focused on the simulation of the solidification process and the effect of the active cooling of fibers with and without nickel coating for making the continuous carbon fiber-reinforced aluminum matrix composites. The thermomechanical finite element model was established to investigate the effects of different cooling conditions on the temperature profile and thermal stress distributions based on the simplified physical model. The predicted results of the temperature distribution agree well with the results of the references. Additionally, a three-dimensional cellular automata (CA) finite element (FE) model is used to simulate the microstructure evolution of the solidification process by using ProCAST software. The results show that adding a nickel coating can make the heat flux smaller in the melt, which is favorable for preventing debonding at the coating/fiber and alloy interface and obtaining a finer microstructure. In the presence of the nickel coating, the number of grains increases significantly, and the average grain size decreases, which can improve the properties of the resultant composite materials. Meanwhile, the predicting results also show that the interfaces of fiber–coating, fiber–melt, and coating–melt experience higher temperature gradients and thermal stresses. These results will lead to the phenomenon of stress concentration and interface failure. Thus, it was demonstrated that these simulation methods could be helpful for studying the solidification of fiber-reinforced MMCs and reducing the number of trial-and-error experiments. 相似文献

The squeeze casting process for an AlSi9Mg aluminum alloy flywheel housing component was numerically simulated using the ProCAST software, and orthogonal simulation tests were designed according to the L16 (4) 5 orthogonal test table to investigate the alloy melt flow rule under four factors and four levels each of the pouring temperature, mold temperature, pressure holding time and specific pressure, as well as the distributions of the temperature fields, stress fields and defects. The results showed that the flywheel housing castings in all 16 test groups were fully filled, and the thinner regions solidified more quickly than the thicker regions. Hot spots were predicted at the mounting ports and the convex platform, which could be relieved by adding a local loading device. Due to the different constraints on the cylinder surface and the lower end surface, the solidification was inconsistent, the equivalent stress at the corner junction was larger, and the castings with longer pressure holding time and lower mold temperature had larger average equivalent stress. Shrinkage cavities were mainly predicted at mounting ports, the cylindrical convex platform, the peripheral overflow groove and the corner junctions, and there was also a small defect region at the edge of the upper end face in some test groups. 相似文献

目的:探讨三叉神经节射频后半月神经节内神经元胞体乙酰胆碱酯酶( AChE)含量的变化。方法采用微创的方法,对家兔半月神经节行60,70和80℃3个温度连续射频和脉冲射频,分别于手术后1 d、7 d、14 d 和28 d 分批处理家兔取射频侧半月神经节。Leica 振荡切片机连续切片,KarnovskyRoot 直接显示 AChE 的方法使细胞呈色,采用 Im-age - Pro Plus 6.0图像分析系统对 AChE 阳性细胞数和平均灰度值进行定量分析。结果各温度射频组实验侧半月神经节内神经元胞体 AChE 平均灰度值显著高于对照侧,试验组AChE 阳性细胞数与对照组比较稍有减少。温度越高变化越明显。结论射频兔半月神经节后可导致相关神经元胞体 AChE 含量明显降低。 相似文献

Patients with liver cirrhosis may present hepatic encephalopathy with a wide range of neurological disturbances and alterations in sleep quality and in the sleep‐wake circadian rhythm. Hyperammonemia is a main contributor to the neurological alterations in hepatic encephalopathy. We have assessed, in an animal model of chronic hyperammonemia without liver failure, the effects of hyperammonemia per se on the circadian rhythms of motor activity, temperature, and plasma levels of adrenal corticosteroid hormones. Chronic hyperammonemia alters the circadian rhythms of locomotor activity and of cortisol and corticosterone levels in blood. Different types of motor activity are affected differentially. Hyperammonemia significantly alters the rhythm of spontaneous ambulatory activity, reducing strongly ambulatory counts and slightly average velocity during the night (the active phase) but not during the day, resulting in altered circadian rhythms. In contrast, hyperammonemia did not affect wheel running at all, indicating that it affects spontaneous but not voluntary activity. Vertical activity was affected only very slightly, indicating that hyperammonemia does not induce anxiety. Hyperammonemia abolished completely the circadian rhythm of corticosteroid hormones in plasma, completely eliminating the peaks of cortisol and corticosterone present in control rats at the start of the dark period. The data reported show that chronic hyperammonemia, similar to that present in patients with liver cirrhosis, alters the circadian rhythms of corticosteroid hormones and of motor activity. This suggests that hyperammonemia would be a relevant contributor to the alterations in corticosteroid hormones and in circadian rhythms in patients with liver cirrhosis. © 2009 Wiley‐Liss, Inc. 相似文献
