[目的 ]探讨心理干预对社区老年抑郁病人的影响。 [方法 ]采用对照研究的方法 ,按区域用老年抑郁量表(GDS)将筛选出的符合标准的老年抑郁病人分为干预组及对照组 ,对干预组病人进行 3个月的心理干预 ,3个月后两组进行GDS评分及抑郁障碍缓解率的比较分析。 [结果 ]干预前两组GDS分数比较无统计学意义 ,3个月后干预组GDS得分显著低于对照组 ;干预后干预组的抑郁障碍缓解率显著高于对照组。 [结论 ]心理干预可以显著减轻老年抑郁病人的抑郁症状 ,提高抑郁病人的缓解率。  相似文献

Senile systemic amyloidosis (SSA) results from deposition, predominantly in the heart, of amyloid fibrils derived from wild-type transthyretin (T TR) molecules. Cardiac autopsies indicate that SSA progressively increases in subjects 80 years of age and older. However, only a few cases of patients with SSA and cardiac failure have been recognized by cardiac biopsies during life. Here, we report a case of heart transplantation in a 68-year-old male patient with SSA. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation in October 1998, he underwent complete evaluation. Myocardial biopsies revealed the presence of amyloid deposition. Immunohistochemical staining of the amyloid indicated T TR. Genomic DNA analysis of the T TR exons did not result in any identification of a mutation. In 2001, heart transplantation was performed because progressive heart failure occurred. At the 1-year follow-up, no amyloid deposits were found in the donor heart. At the 2-year follow-up, the patient's physical and mental health was excellent. We conclude that heart transplantation can be an effective treatment in progressive heart failure due to SSA.  相似文献

Involvement of free-radical oxidations in the aging process has been a topic of interest since Harman's original contribution. Because of the close association between aging and Alzheimer disease (AD) and the qualitative similarity in the neuropathology of both conditions, it has been proposed by many investigators that oxidative stress may be important in AD. If such modality of injury was indeed involved, one should expect to find markers of oxidation and heat shock (since free radicals are key mediators of heat-shock induction) in brains of patients with AD. In fact, several studies documented abnormal expression of antioxidant enzymes and heat-shock proteins (HSP) along with other markers of oxidation in AD brains. We showed that abnormally expressed antioxidant enzymes are topographically associated with senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles, and that the activity of these enzymes is (contrary to what one would expect) markedly reduced. These findings have recently been confirmed by other investigators. Despite a large amount of evidence that suggests an association between oxidative stress and the pathogenesis of AD, it is not yet known whether oxidative stress is a cause or consequence of the disorder. Future research efforts regarding the oxidative stress hypothesis of AD should include attempts, at generating AD pathology by oxidative means in laboratory animals, determining the role and integrity of the heat-shock response in AD, as well as that of various antioxidant systems, growth factors, and hormones with antioxidant and neuroprotective properties.  相似文献

本文采用荧光素钠正常鼠脑悬液做模拟示踪物质,对肾综合征出血热病毒气溶胶在空气中的物理稳定性进行了测定,并与其生物稳定性做了比较。结果表明:病毒气溶胶的粒子大小在1um左右,它随气溶胶的胶龄增长而减少,且其分散度变窄。初始气溶胶的物理回收率及其各胶龄的物理存留率均明显地高于它的生物回收率和生物存活率。本文还就肾综合征出血热病毒气溶胶的物理稳定性和生物稳定性,对本病空气传播的影响进行了讨论。  相似文献

The effects of linoleic acid, linoleic acid anilide, and arachidonic acid on the expression of CD11b/CD18, CD11c/CD18 integrins and l-selectin on human neutrophils were studied by flow cytometry in a whole blood assay. None of these compounds had any effect on the basal expression of CD11b, CD11c, or l-selectin in the concentration range of 20–100 μM. However, linoleic acid at a concentration of 1000 μM slightly up-regulated CD11b and CD11c by a factor of 2.1 and 1.7, respectively. Linoleic acid, linoleic acid anilide, and arachidonic acid did not affect the formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine induced up-regulation of CD11b or CD11c. However, linoleic acid and linoleic acid anilide slightly inhibited the phorbol myristate acetate (PMA)-induced expression of CD11b, which was decreased by 27 and 21% at concentrations of 100 and 1000 μM, respectively. Likewise, arachidonic acid at 40 μM inhibited the PMA-induced expression of CD11b by 19%. Our results suggest that linoleic acid, linoleic acid anilide, and arachidonic acid do not dramatically affect the expression of leukocyte adhesion molecules in a whole blood assay. Summary The single- and repeated-dose pharmacokinetics of sabeluzole have been determined in six elderly patients with [senile] dementia of the Alzheimer type.After a single oral dose of 10 mg sabeluzole, the peak plasma concentration was attained at 1 to 4 h; it averaged 42 ng·ml–1. On repeated dosing (10 mg b. d.), steady-state was virtually attained after 3 days of treatment. Steadystate mean trough and peak plasma concentrations fluctuated between 53 and 94 ng·ml–1. The mean terminal half-life after a single dose and at steady-state was of the order of 33 h.Sabeluzole was well tolerated and at the end of treatment, no systematic changes in blood haematology, biochemistry or urinalysis were seen.  相似文献

Our knowledge of the neurochemical pathology of AD has increased immensely the last years. Although it is now clear that mutations in the APP gene can cause some rare hereditary forms of AD, and that ApoE4 is a prominent risk factor for AD, we at present know little about the underlying cause of AD in the general population and the biochemical mechanisms by which the apolipoprotein E4 isoform affects AD pathogenesis. It is hoped that the near future will see a resolution of the current controversies in AD research, including: 1) whether APP mutations cause Alzheimer's disease by affecting Aβ deposition or the function of APP itself; 2) whether abnormal phosphorylation of tau is a central pathogenetic event, or whether it occurs as epiphenomena that reflect general neurodegeneration in a variety of disease processes; 3) Whether Aβ deposition in the brain is the central event in AD or whether it occurs as epiphenomena in a variety of brain disorders such as head trauma; and 4) whether altered tau phosphorylation occurs secondary to Aβ deposition or vice versa, and what the link is (if any) between the two processes.  相似文献

报导了本院干部病房1993年1月~1996年12月1254份住院病人心律失常。其中老年组654例,男性548人,女性106人,年龄60~96岁。全部病例均做党规12导联心电图,部分病例做了24小时动态心电图或长时间心电监护。本组病例中发现,同一病例中有多种疾病存在,并同时存在多种心律失常。老年人心律失常是一种临床常见症状,但对其意义存在较大争议。本组病例均为各种疾病所致,且多为心血管疾病。认为应加强对基础疾病的治疗。  相似文献
