目的观察茶多酚(polyphenols of tea,PPT)对胃缺血再灌注致胃黏膜毛细血管内皮超微结构损伤的保护作用。方法将30只雄性sD大鼠随机分成6组(n=5):空白对照组、手术组、20mg/kg PPT组、40mg/kg PPT组、80mg/kg PPT组、160mg/kg PPT组。在成功制作胃缺血动物模型的基础上,观察大鼠胃缺血30min后再灌注12h胃黏膜组织毛细血管内皮细胞超微结构的变化。结果茶多酚可显著减轻胃黏膜组织毛细血管内皮细胞超微结构的损伤。结论茶多酚对胃缺血再灌注致胃黏膜毛细血管内皮损伤具有保护作用,且存在剂量关系。  相似文献

目的 研究不同pH值下红茶菌发酵液及其蛋白提取液的抗菌作用,为探寻新的抗菌物质奠定基础. 方法 采用K-B纸片扩散法检测不同pH值下红茶菌发酵液及不同量的蛋白提取液分别对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌作用. 结果 红茶菌发酵液在酸性条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的生长具有明显的抑制作用,而在碱性条件下均未表现出抑制作用;红茶菌蛋白提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌有抑菌活性,红茶菌发酵液及蛋白提取液对白色念珠菌无明显抑菌作用. 结论 红茶菌发酵液具有明显的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌生长的作用.红茶菌发酵产生的蛋白质类物质是红茶菌液中的抑菌活性成分之一,具有用作食品抑菌剂的潜在价值.  相似文献

An analysis of the literature generated within the past 20 year-span concerning risks of uterine fibroids (UFs) occurrence and dietary factors was carried out. A link between Vitamin D deficiency and UFs formation is strongly indicated, making it a potent compound in leiomyoma therapy. Analogs of the 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, not susceptible to degradation by tissue 24-hydroxylase, appear to be especially promising and tend to show better therapeutic results. Although research on the role of Vitamin A in the formation of fibroids is contradictory, Vitamin A-enriched diet, as well as synthetic retinoid analogues, may be preventative or limit the growth of fibroids. Unambiguous conclusions cannot be drawn regarding Vitamin E and C supplementation, except for alpha-tocopherol. Alpha-tocopherol as a phytoestrogen taking part in the modulation of estrogen receptors (ERs) involved in UF etiology, should be particularly avoided in therapy. A diet enriched in fruits and vegetables, as sources of carotenoids, polyphenols, quercetin, and indole-3-carbinol, constitutes an easily modifiable lifestyle element with beneficial results in patients with UFs. Other natural substances, such as curcumin, can reduce the oxidative stress and protect against inflammation in leiomyoma. Although the exact effect of probiotics on uterine fibroids has not yet been thoroughly evaluated at this point, the protective role of dairy products, i.e., yogurt consumption, has been indicated. Trace elements such as selenium can also contribute to antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties of a recommended diet. In contrast, heavy metals, endocrine disrupting chemicals, cigarette smoking, and a diet low in antioxidants and fiber were, alongside genetic predispositions, associated with UFs formation.  相似文献

The contamination of potential mycotoxins in tea production and consumption has always been a concern. However, the risk monitoring on multiple mycotoxins remains a challenge by existing methods due to the high cost and complex operation in tea matrices. This research has developed a simple ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry strategy based on our homemade purification column, which can be applied in the detections of mycotoxins in complex tea matrices with high-effectively purifying and removing pigment capacity for 16 mycotoxins. The limits of detection and the limits of quantification were in the ranges of 0.015~15.00 and 0.03~30.00 µg·kg−1 for 16 mycotoxins, respectively. Recoveries from mycotoxin-fortified tea samples (0.13~1200 µg·kg−1) in different tea matrices ranged from 61.27 to 118.46%, with their relative standard deviations below 20%. Moreover, this method has been successfully applied to the analysis and investigation of the levels of 16 mycotoxins in major categories of tea and the monitoring of multiple mycotoxins in processed samples of ripened Pu-erh. In conclusion, the proposed strategy is simple, effective, time-saving, and low-cost for the determination of a large number of tea samples.  相似文献

[目的]探讨生茶油外涂防治卧床病人摩擦红斑的临床效果。[方法]将2010年1月—12月Bra-den压疮风险评估得分14分以下有可能发生摩擦红斑的大小便失禁的卧床病人随机分为两组,预防1组采用生茶油外涂,预防2组采用爽身粉外擦,比较摩擦红斑发生情况;将2010年1月—12月由院外带入或院内发生摩擦红斑的大小便失禁病人随机分为两组,治疗1组应用生茶油外涂,治疗2组应用烫疮油外涂,观察两组病人局部组织止痛、消肿及红斑愈合时间。[结果]预防1组摩擦红斑的发生率明显低于预防2组(P<0.01);治疗1组局部组织止痛、消肿及红斑愈合时间明显短于治疗2组(P<0.01)。[结论]对大小便失禁的卧床病人应用食用生茶油外涂可预防摩擦红斑的发生,并可有效地治疗摩擦红斑。  相似文献

Black tea consumption has been proven to improve endothelial function and to lower the risk of stroke and cognitive impairment. Several effects of black tea on cardiovascular system had been surveyed. However, the black tea effect on pressure pulse spectrum remains unknown. The study was aimed to investigate the influence of black tea on radial blood pressure and Pulse Spectrum. Fourteen healthy subjects received water and single doses of black tea (0.05 g/Kg) in separate weeks. The radial blood pressure and pulse wave were measured and the pressure pulses were evaluated using harmonic analysis. This report confirmed that black tea consumption (dose = 0.05 g/Kg) significantly increased third, fifth, (P < 0.1), sixth, seventh, and eighth harmonics (p < 0.05) of radial pressure wave comparing to water control. We proposed that black tea may increase cerebral blood flow (CBF), which was deduced from the results and from the conclusions of previous studies. The results also showed that the harmonic components of pressure pulse could be the vascular kinetic index that assessed the hemodynamic status in each time frame before and after consumption of black tea.  相似文献

目的评价一种祛风止痒保健茶组方对慢性荨麻疹的辅助治疗效果与安全性。方法 80例临床确诊的慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组应用含有黄芪、白术、防风、五味子、乌龙茶的保健茶和左西替利嗪治疗;对照组使用黄芪、白术、防风、五味子配合左西替利嗪治疗。分别于治疗后4周和8周总结荨麻疹活动性评分(Urticaria activity score,UAS)和临床疗效等;并于24周后随访痊愈患者的复发率。结果4周、8周后治疗组和对照组UAS评分均比治疗前有明显下降(P0.05),但2组之间没有明显的差别。治疗8周后治疗组瘙痒程度较对照组减轻(t=2.402,P0.05)。治疗组有效率为95.2%,明显高于对照组88.9%,其结果差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.011,P0.05)。24周后随访,治愈患者中治疗组2例复发,对照组8例复发。结论包含乌龙茶成分的祛风止痒保健茶能提高慢性荨麻疹的临床治疗效果,有一定的止痒和减少复发的作用。  相似文献

A water-soluble extract of a traditional Chinese black tea (Pu-Ehr) has been shown to precipitate mixed bile salt micelles in foods. In addition, long-term ingestion of this black tea extract (BTE) significantly reduces blood cholesterol levels in rats. We investigated the effects of BTE tablets (a formula designed to enhance compliance) as a dietary supplement in a 3-month double-blind randomized group comparison study in borderline hypercholesterolemic human subjects (n = 47). All subjects ingested BTE tablets (333 mg) or placebo 3 times daily before meals for 3 months. In the BTE-treated group, the initial mean blood total (6.14 ± 0.14 mol/L) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (4.32 ± 0.14 mol/L) levels decreased with time and were significantly (P < .01) lower (total cholesterol, 5.62 ± 0.11; LDL cholesterol, 3.81 ± 0.13 mol/L) after 3 months of ingestion. Furthermore, the mean body weights (P < .05) and triacylglycerol levels (P < .01) were also significantly reduced after 3 months of BTE intake compared with the baseline levels. Significant improvements in the mean LDL cholesterol, body weight, and triacylglycerol values were not accompanied with undesirable changes in other biochemical parameters measured in the subjects. None of the subjects complained of any adverse effects (eg, abdominal distension). The results indicate that BTE intake elicited a significant antihypercholesterolemic effect and might be useful for improving blood cholesterol levels in subjects at risk for heart disease or obesity.  相似文献

目的:研究广西苦丁茶老叶提取物的抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀、醋酸致毛细血管通透性增加及角又菜胶致小鼠关节肿胀等急、慢性炎症模型,观察苦丁茶提取物的抗炎作用。结果:苦丁茶提取物能明显抑制小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀,降低醋酸所致毛细血管通透性增加,显著抑制角叉菜胶性足肿胀。结论:苦丁茶提取物具有显著的抗炎作用。  相似文献

背景与目的:研究绿茶(green tea,GT)对微囊藻毒素LR(MC-LR)诱导肝细胞凋亡、Bcl-2蛋白表达及微核发生的影响以探讨毒性拮抗机制.材料与方法:雄性小鼠50只随机分为5组,分别为空白对照、MC-LR染毒组、GT高低剂量拮抗组和环磷酰胺对照组.实验第1 d起GT高、低剂量拮抗组小鼠每日分别给予12 g/L和2 g/L两种浓度的GT自由饮用,连续18 d.自第6 d开始,染毒小鼠每日给予MC-LR 10 μg/kg腹腔注射1次,空白对照给予DMSO腹腔注射,连续13 d.环磷酰胺对照组以50 mg/kg剂量间隔24 h两次给药后6 h取材.小鼠处死后采用免疫组化和计数法对肝细胞凋亡、Bcl-2蛋白表达以及骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCEs)微核发生率进行检测和分析.结果:(1)MC-LR染毒明显诱导小鼠肝细胞凋亡增加.高剂量GT处理后明显抑制MC-LR染毒所致小鼠肝细胞凋亡的发生(P<0.05);(2)单纯MC-LR染毒肝细胞Bcl-2表达未见明显变化,GT各剂量组小鼠肝脏Bcl-2的表达明显增加,与MC-LR染毒组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).(3)GT拮抗组小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率(PCEs-MN)与MC-LR染毒对照和空白对照相比,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:GT能上调抑癌基因Bcl-2的表达,抑制细胞凋亡.MC-LR染毒及GT拮抗对微核发生均未有显著影响.  相似文献
