目的探讨微量元素辅助治疗青春期咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果及其对学习成绩的影响。方法将70例青春期咳嗽变异性哮喘门诊病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例;对照组给以舒利迭(沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂)吸入,每日2次,每次1吸,连用3个月后改为每日1次,逐渐减量,6个月时停药;治疗组在对照组用药的基础上,加服多维元素片(金施乐康).每天1片,连用3个月后改为隔日一次,6个月时停药;治疗前后测定血清微量元素和最大用力呼气流量(PEF),并进行学业测试。结果治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),学习成绩改善明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论微量元素辅助治疗青春期咳嗽变异性哮喘可明显提高疗效,并可提高患者学习成绩。  相似文献

目的:探讨深圳市宝安区学龄前儿童血液铁的含量,为学龄前儿童预防铁缺乏的合理保健,提供科学依据。方法:采用BH5100型多通道原子吸收光谱分析仪及专用配套试剂,严格按照仪器和试剂说明书操作。结果:小于2岁和大于7岁年龄组与其它各组比较P<0.01,差异非常显著。但随年龄递增血液铁的含量呈增加趋势。结论:年龄越小,学龄前儿童血液铁含量越低,小于2岁尤为显著。这应引起相关行政部门及妇幼保健院的足够重视。  相似文献

目的探讨儿童微量元素含量与健康状况的关系。方法采用火焰原子吸收法检测体弱儿童和多动症儿童锌、铜、铁、钙、镁、铅、镉7种微量元素含量,与对照组进行比较分析。结果体弱组儿童锌、铁、钙及镁显著低于对照组(P〈0.001),多动症组患儿铅显著高于对照组(P〈0.001)。结论体弱患儿与锌、铁、钙、镁4种元素降低有关;患儿多动、易冲动、注意力下降、不合群等心理行为改变可能与铅中毒有关。  相似文献

The dynamics of selenium content in the plasma, lymph, and myocardium and plasma antioxidant activity were studied in male NISAG (hereditary stress-induced arterial hypertension) and Wistar rats with acute myocardial infarction and during recovery.In NISAG rats the decrease in selenium content correlated with the decrease in antioxidant activity. This probably aggravates the symptoms of experimental myocardial infarction in animals with hereditary arterial hypertension.  相似文献

This article outlines recent developments in safety science. It describes the progression of three ‘ages’ of safety, namely the ‘age of technology’, the ‘age of human factors’ and the ‘age of safety management’. Safety science outside healthcare is moving from an approach focused on the analysis and management of error (‘Safety-1’) to one which also aims to understand the inherent properties of safety systems that usually prevent accidents from occurring (‘Safety-2’). A key factor in the understanding of safety within organisations relates to the distinction between ‘work as imagined’ and ‘work as done’. ‘Work as imagined’ assumes that if the correct standard procedures are followed, safety will follow as a matter of course. However, staff at the ‘sharp end’ of organisations know that to create safety in their work, variability is not only desirable but essential. This positive adaptability within systems that allows good outcomes in the presence of both favourable and adverse conditions is termed resilience. We argue that clinical and organisational work can be made safer, not only by addressing negative outcomes, but also by fostering excellence and promoting resilience. We outline conceptual and investigative approaches for achieving this that include ‘appreciative inquiry’, ‘positive deviance’ and excellence reporting.  相似文献

In this work, the potential of C, N, H, O and mineral element stable isotope ratios and chemometric methods as a tool to first authenticate Chinese tea according to their blend raw materials was examined. Forty-four multi-elemental stable isotope ratios of four batches of Chongqing tuo tea (n = 27 for each batch) were determined by the EA-IRMS and ICP-MS methods. The clustering results of HCA and PCA were worse than that of PLS-DA, BP-ANN, and LDA. The PLS-DA model displayed good model performance (R2X = 0.57, R2Y = 0.74, and Q2 = 0.653). By BP-ANN, the total correct authentication rates for model training and external validation were 100% and 91.2%, respectively. The best performance was obtained by LDA, the total correct authentication rates for model training, cross-validation and external validation were 100%, 100% and 96.9%, respectively. δ2H, δ18O, 98Mo/95Mo, 96Mo/95Mo, and 98Mo/96Mo were markers for enabling the accurate authentication of Chongqing tuo tea according to formulas. This study has contributed toward generalizing the use of multi-elemental stable isotope ratio fingerprinting as a promising tool for testing the authenticity of tea worldwide.  相似文献

Sargassum elegans Suhr 1840 (Phaeophyta) is a brown marine macro alga, which is used both nutritionally and medicinally in the coastal areas of Southern Africa. Consequently, we conducted a phytochemical and analytical investigation on samples of this species collected from seven sites along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Sargassum elegans was found to be rich in β-sitosterol, fucosterol and phaeophytin a as confirmed by spectroscopic techniques. Concentrations of essential and toxic elements varied significantly with location and were in the order of Ca > Mg> Fe > As > Cu > Zn > Mn > Ni > Pb > Co > Se > Cr > Cd. The accumulation of As by S. elegans was also evident as concentrations ranged from 42 to 105 mg kg?1, of which, 21 to 53 mg kg?1 was in inorganic form; consumption of this species may therefore increase dietary exposure to inorganic arsenic.
