目的研究小儿健脾开胃合剂联合赖氨酸维B_(12)颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月青海省妇女儿童医院收治的80例厌食症患儿为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患儿口服赖氨酸维B_(12)颗粒,1~5岁,0.5袋/次,2次/d,6~12岁,1袋/次,2次/d;治疗组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上口服小儿健脾开胃合剂,10 mL/次,2次/d。两组患儿持续治疗30 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的微量元素、生化指标水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为82.50%、95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿铁、钙和锌水平均显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);并且治疗组患儿铁、钙和锌水平均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血红蛋白(Hb)、血清淀粉酶(AMS)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平均显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);并且治疗组患儿Hb、AMS、SF水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小儿健脾开胃合剂联合赖氨酸维B_(12)颗粒治疗小儿厌食症具有较好的临床疗效,能改善患儿贫血症状,调节血清微量元素水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。  相似文献

Molecular self-assembly has often been suggested as the ultimate route for the bottom-up construction of building blocks atom-by-atom for functional nanotechnology, yet structural design or prediction of nanomolecular assemblies is still far from reach. Whereas nature uses complex machinery such as the ribosome, chemists use painstakingly engineered step-by-step approaches to build complex molecules but the size and complexity of such molecules, not to mention the accessible yields, can be limited. Herein we present the discovery of a palladium oxometalate {Pd84}-ring cluster 3.3 nm in diameter; [Pd84O42(OAc)28(PO4)42]70- ({Pd84} ≡ {Pd12}7) that is formed in water just by mixing two reagents at room temperature, giving crystals of the compound in just a few days. The structure of the {Pd84}-ring has sevenfold symmetry, comprises 196 building blocks, and we also show, using mass spectrometry, that a large library of other related nanostructures is present in solution. Finally, by analysis of the symmetry and the building block library that construct the {Pd84} we show that the correlation of the symmetry, subunit number, and overall cluster nuclearity can be used as a “Rosetta Stone” to rationalize the “magic numbers” defining a number of other systems. This is because the discovery of {Pd84} allows the relationship between seemingly unrelated families of molecular inorganic nanosystems to be decoded from the overall cluster magic-number nuclearity, to the symmetry and building blocks that define such structures allowing the prediction of other members of these nanocluster families.  相似文献

目的:研究纳米载银无机抗菌剂对白色念珠菌生物膜形成的影响。方法:XTT减低法检测纳米载银无机抗菌剂对白色念珠菌生物膜活性的影响,结晶紫含量测定法检测纳米载银无机抗菌剂对白色念珠菌生物膜生物量的影响,并以结晶紫染色观察生物膜形态。结果:在0.62mg/ml抗菌剂应用液中,白色念珠菌生物膜活性及生物量分别减少(96.1±3.0)%和(95.4±2.7)%,倒置显微镜下观察发现,生物膜没有形成。结论:纳米载银无机抗菌剂可抑制白色念珠菌生物膜的形成。  相似文献

Micronutrients as well as essential fatty acids are indispensable for the correct functioning of the organism. The risk of disturbance in the associated nutrition and metabolism is expected to increase during ageing. In addition, it seems that trace elements are involved in the fatty acids metabolism. The aim of the present study was then to assess age-related changes in trace elements status and in plasma essential fatty acids composition with an emphasis on the desaturase activity estimation. Two hundred healthy Tunisian subjects (30-85 years old) were recruited and separated into two subgroups: elderly (65-85 years old) and middle-aged (30-60 years old). The findings revealed that plasma zinc and calcium concentrations significantly decreased according to age. The prevalence of zinc deficiency was therefore shown to increase in old age (over 60% of elderly subjects were deficient or at risk of deficiency). No age-related changes were obtained for copper or magnesium status. The Δ6 desaturase, involved in the EFAs conversion, was shown to decrease according to age and to be associated with the plasma zinc level. Since elderly subjects were at risk of nutritional imbalance, it would be interesting to set optimal dietary proportion. This will help to prevent age-associated alterations and diseases for a better and healthy ageing.  相似文献

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare endodontic and implant treatments and to evaluate their predictability over an 8‐year period on the basis of an analysis of survival data and a retrospective clinical study. Materials and Methods: A group of 40 partially edentulous patients were selected for this study. Their teeth had been endodontically treated and rehabilitated using gold alloy and ceramic restorations. In these patients, 65 osseointegrated implants were restored with single gold alloy–ceramic crowns and monitored on a yearly basis for 8 years with standardized periapical radiographs, using a polivynilsiloxane occlusal key as a positioner. A total of nine patients who did not attend the yearly follow‐up were excluded from the study. The Melloning and Triplett criteria were used to evaluate the clinical results obtained in the implant sites. The clinical results of the 56 endodontically treated teeth, restored with the fixed prosthesis of 40 patients, were analyzed according to probing depth as well as an assessment of the correct apical and coronal seals. The survival rate was calculated using the Kaplan–Meier method and the statistical significance was calculated using the chi‐square test. Results: During the follow‐up of the endodontically treated elements, seven failures were detected (83.34%) and the success rate of implants inserted in the same patients was equal to 80.8%, with nine implants lost in 8 years. The survival analysis of the elements treated with both therapies was not statistically significant (p = .757) and the confidence interval was between 0.2455 and 2.777. Conclusion: In view of the superimposable results between the two therapies, it should be noted that the endodontically treated teeth could be interested by different pathologies while the restoration of the atrophic edentulous ridge with an implant support is predictable when patients comply with correct oral hygiene and when the occlusal loads are axially distributed in implant‐protected occlusion.  相似文献

目的研究肺炎患儿血清中铜、锌、铁、镁、钙等微量元素的含量的变化情况。方法选择50例肺炎的患儿作为观察组,随机选择同期在我院门诊健康体检的50例健康儿童作为对照组,分别测定两组患儿血清中微量元素铜、锌、铁、镁、钙的含量。结果观察组中患有肺炎的患儿血清中的铜、锌、钙的含量明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组中患有重症肺炎的患儿血清中钙。镁、铁、锌、铜的含量都比轻症肺炎患儿显著降低,具有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论肺炎患儿血清中钙、铁、锌、铜、镁等微量元素的代谢紊乱,故应对肺炎患儿进行血微量元素的检测,并对缺乏者给予合理的补充治疗,以助疾病的迅速恢复。  相似文献

The major goal of the radiology report is to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable information to the patient care team and the patient. Structured reporting offers multiple advantages over traditional free-text reporting, including reduction in diagnostic error, comprehensiveness, adherence to national consensus guidelines, revenue capture, data collection, and research. Various technological innovations enhance integration of structured reporting into everyday clinical practice. This review discusses the benefits of innovations in radiology reporting to the clinical decision process, the patient experience, the cost of imaging, and the overall contributions to the health of the population. 膜分离技术是21世纪快速发展的高新技术之一,在物质分离中具有高效、节能、环保的特点,已广泛应用于废水处理、食品净化、生物技术、环境保护与优化等工业领域。中药(含复方)来源丰富、化学组成多元化,作为一类特殊的物料,分离操作贯穿整个工艺流程,并且是整个生产过程的主体部分。20世纪90年代起,我国中药制药行业逐渐将新型分离材料及其相关技术,如膜分离技术、大孔吸附树脂技术等用于工业生产。基于膜分离技术的基本原理对近10年来该技术在中药(含复方)分离中的应用进行综述,以期为膜分离技术深入应用于中药(含复方)的高效分离提供参考。  相似文献
