应用CCMD-2,ICD-10,DSM-Ⅱ-R,CDC诊断标准定式评估96例非器质性慢性疲劳为主诉的门诊病人,以比较不同分类诊断系统的差异。结果发现,26例病人诊断一致性较好,其余70例符合CCMD-2神经衰弱诊断标准的病人,应用ICD-10标准,62例诊断为神经衰弱,8例诊断为未分化性躯体形式障碍。应用DSM-Ⅱ-R标准,58例符合USD和CFS。 相似文献

The use of composite overlays to increase the fatigue life of notched steel samples is discussed in this paper. For such purposes, in the first set of studies, static and fatigue tests as well as the detailed analytical and numerical analyses for samples with double-lap joints were performed. Based on such studies, the shapes of the composite overlays were set. For a better understanding of the failure forms of the investigated adhesive joints, the experimental studies were monitored with the use of digital image correlation. In the second set of experimental studies, the static and fatigue tensile tests were performed for steel samples with a rectangular opening with rounded corners reinforced by composite overlays. The different shapes (square 45 × 45 mm and long stripes 180 × 15 mm) and composite materials (GFRP and CFRP) were used as overlays. The obtained improvement of fatigue life was in the range of 180–270% in the case of the rectangular overlays and 710% in the case of application of the overlays in the form of the long stripes. This was also confirmed by numerical analyses in which a reduction in the stress concentration factor from 2.508 (bare sample) through 2.014–2.183 (square 45 × 45 mm overlays) to 1.366 (overlays in the form of long stripes 180 × 15 mm) was observed. 相似文献

This work was carried out within the context of an R&D project on morphable polymer matrix composites (PMC), actuated by shape memory alloys (SMA), to be used for active aerodynamic systems in automotives. Critical issues for SMA–polymer integration are analyzed that are mostly related to the limited strength of metal–polymer interfaces. To this aim, materials with suitable thermo-mechanical properties were first selected to avoid premature activation of SMA elements during polymer setting as well as to avoid polymer damage during thermal activation of SMAs. Nonstandard samples were manufactured for both static and fatigue pullout tests under thermo-mechanical loading, which are made of SMA wires embedded in cylindrical resin blocks. Fully coupled thermo-mechanical simulations, including a special constitutive model for SMAs, were also carried out to analyze the stress and temperature distribution in the SMA–polymer samples as obtained from the application of both mechanical loads and thermal activation of the SMA wires. The results highlighted the severe effects of SMA thermal activation on adhesion strength due to the large recovery forces and to the temperature increase at the metal–polymer interface. Samples exhibit a nominal pullout stress of around 940 MPa under static mechanical load, and a marked reduction to 280 MPa was captured under simultaneous application of thermal and mechanical loads. Furthermore, fatigue run-out of 5000 cycles was achieved, under the combination of thermal activation and mechanical loads, at a nominal stress of around 200 MPa. Sleep disturbance and fatigue are frequent complaints during pregnancy and postpartum. We assessed the effectiveness of Lavender cream and footbath on sleep quality and fatigue in pregnancy and postpartum. In this trial, 141 women with sleep disturbance at 25–28 weeks gestation were recruited from public health centers in Tabriz, Iran, from May 2013 until January 2014 and randomized into one of three groups receiving: Lavender and footbath, Lavender alone, or placebo cream. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index at the 4th and 8th weeks after intervention and the 6th week postpartum. Fatigue was assessed with the multidimensional assessment of fatigue scale at the 6th week after intervention and the 6th week postpartum. Repeated measures ANOVA and ANCOVA were used. Compared with the placebo group, the global sleep quality score post-intervention in pregnancy and the postpartum were significantly lower in the Lavender and footbath and the Lavender cream only groups. Fatigue in both intervention groups was significantly improved only at the 6th week postpartum. No statistically significant differences were observed between the two intervention groups. The Functional Test gives an accurate and immediate assessment of upper extremity capabilities for performance of functional activities. It has been used primarily with patients who have a residual hemiparetic upper extremity following a stroke. This seventeen task test is arranged in seven levels and can be administered in approximately thirty minutes. It is completely portable and can be used practically in many different treatment settings. The information obtained will allow therapists to set realistic functional goals and design effective programs for the patient's use of the involved upper extremity. The early research on this instrument implies that this test may be used as an alternative to some of the traditional objective and time consuming test measures that are currently used by occupational therapists. 相似文献

AbstractChronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is an illness characterized by persistent and relapsing fatigue, often accompanied by numerous symptoms involving various systems of whole body. The etiology of CFS remains unclear. Literature reported whether the concentrations of the essential fatty acids in red cell membranes of CFS patients were decreased is controversial. In our study, Forty-two patients who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria defined by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Thirty-seven age- and sex-matched controls were selected from healthy medical staffs and volunteers. After lipid analysis, we found that the levels of the arachidonic acid (ARA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA) were decreased in patients suffered from CFS. However, the levels of the palmitic acid and oleic acid were increased. We speculated that there are two possible mechanisms--one of which is that oxidative stress has led to an excessive oxidation and resulting in the above fatty acids. AbstractContext: Vitamins have been shown to reduce chemotherapy-related fatigue (CRF) by conserving energy loss both during and after cancer treatment. However, it remains unknown whether this reduction of fatigue interferes with the cancer drugs or alters the effectiveness of these agents. Objectives: The objective was to synthesize vitamin–cisplatin-loaded chitosan nano-particles for chemoprevention and cancer fatigue. Materials and methods: Multi-vitamin (C, D3, and B12)–cisplatin composite nano-formulation called NanoCisVital (NCV) to overcome CRF. The interactions between vitamins and NCV were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and a particle size analyser. The chemo-preventive activity was performed by in vitro bio assays. Results: SEM analysis showed spherical shape and the size is?<?225?nm. NCV inhibited the proliferating yeast cells as well as denaturation of bovine serum albumin, and it also reduced the sprouting of new blood vessels in dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Collectively, these results demonstrate that the NCV particles can be used to reduce CRF without much affecting the anti-cancer properties of cisplatin. 相似文献
