对沈阳市某幼儿园99例3~6岁锌缺乏儿童的营养调查和生物样品(血液、尿液和毛发)的分析发现:同对照组儿童相比,锌缺乏儿童除Fe、维生素A外,其他主要营养素的摄入明显不足;缺锌儿童的发锌、RBC锌水平、血清ALP活性、尿锌/尿肌酐比值均明显低于对照组。经补锌治疗后血浆锌水平、血清ALP活性、尿锌/尿肌酐比值显著升高。应用临床诊断实验的评价方法分析发现结合血浆锌水平,联合使用发锌,血清ALP和尿锌/尿肌酐比值3项指标可以准确判断儿童边缘性锌缺乏,这时并联的灵敏度为96.18%,串联的特异度可高达到100%(血清ALP活性<104IU/L,同时发锌含量<110ppm.尿锌/尿肌酐比值<0.3μg/g)。  相似文献

Twenty-six patients diagnosed as chronic schizophrenics were given injections of zuclopenthixol decanoate (cis(Z)-clopenthixol decanoate) 200 mg every 3 weeks for at least 6 months. Before treatment and on each day of injection the patients' mental state was assessed by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), 18 items. A registration of side effects and basal laboratory data was also performed. Blood samples were drawn on each day of injection before injection and 3–7 days after injection (time of maximum concentration). Neuroleptic activity, which was considered equivalent to the concentration of zuclopenthixol, was determined in serum by radio-receptor assay (RRA). Based on amelioration scores ≥50% on the BPRS, 15 patients were characterized as responders and 11 as non-responders. The responder group showed a statistically significant reduction in BPRS score, whereas this was not the case for the non-responders. Apart from a few patients, the serum concentrations showed a low intra-individual variation, but a relatively high inter-individual variation. The responder group had a significantly higher mean preinjection concentration than the non-responder group, whereas no significant difference was found in day 3–7 concentrations. The fluctuation of the serum concentration expressed as the ratio between maximum (days 3–7) and minimum (pre-inj.) was found to be significantly lower for responders than for non-responders. Thus although the present study did not demonstrate a clear relationship between serum level and clinical effect, it indicates that the best antipsychotic effect is obtained with a serum concentration which fluctuates only slightly (the ratio max/min concentration not exceeding 2.1).  相似文献

目的:通过研究SLE患者外周血基因表达谱的改变,建立一种新型的基因芯片技术用于分子发病机理的研究。方法:提取总RNA,逆转录合成单链cDNA、双链cDNA,体外转录合成生物标记的cRNA与基因芯片进行杂交,通过抗体的检测标记荧光染料Cy3,基因芯片扫描仪进行图像扫描。结果:该方法有较高的重复性和稳定性,SLE患者与正常对照组相比较,鉴定出94个基因存在表达差异。结论:该方法能在较少起始标本量的情况下,有效地进行SLE致病基因的筛选,更好的理解SLE发生的分子机理,并且可在其它疾病研究中推广应用。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum neuron specific enolase and Video EEG inFebrile Convulsion of childen. Method:Serum NSE was detected by RIA on the first day and the seventh day afterseizure in 40 children with simple febrile convulsion and 18 with complex febrile convulsion. Resistance to change in monitoring practices from within the anaesthesiology community is a formidable obstacle, and coercive and exhortatory solutions are likely to be unsuccessful in some situations. An analysis of publications about technology transfer and professional obsolescence, and application of this data to the practice of anaesthesia, reveals various stresses that technology transfer from research areas to the workplace may induce in vulnerable anaesthesiologists and account for their attitudes. It is suggested that the invaluable pronouncements of high profile anaesthesiologist groups must be supplemented by supportive behaviour by physicians and administrators at an institutional level. The human factors issues to be addressed include: (i) Monitored data acquisition skills. (ii) Possibility of acting on monitored data. (iii) Assistance for personal insight into attitudinal difficulties that may be encountered. (iv) Data supporting the value of the device. (v) Ergonomically effective integration of the monitor into the work station.Alternatively the perceptions of potential users may accurately reflect changes in their status in the new work situation created by monitors, and decision making aids that may or may not be derived from them. Thus, plans to present job satisfaction in related clinical areas or to associate the proposed new system with evaluation of its effect on patient outcome will be necessary. In this way the clinician becomes involved in clinical research, a quality of personal and quality care development.  相似文献

Summary A rapid and quantitative method for the determination of benzodiazepines using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode-array detection (DAD) is reported. The drugs were extracted from serum, blood or post-mortem blood using C18 extraction columns. Brotizolam was used as internal standard. Experiments with spiked serum/blood samples resulted in recoveries between 75% and 94% for all investigated benzodiazepines. Excellent linearity was obtained over the concentration range 5–1500 ng benzodiazepine/ml. The limit of detection was approximately 2 ng/ml. The detection of low therapeutic serum levels of highly potent benzodiazepines is also possible.   相似文献

Previously unreported effects of tissue storage were recently observed in the authors' experimental magnetic resonance (MR) studies. To evaluate the effect of elapsed time after excision and storage temperature on tissue relaxation time measurements, tissue samples from the liver, pancreas, kidney, testis, spleen, and brain were obtained in rats. T1 and T2 were first measured within 5 minutes of excision, and between subsequent measurements, tubes were kept in a water bath at 40°C, at room temperature (28°C), or in an ice bath (4°C). Cellular and organellar integrity was assessed with electron microscopy and correlated with the MR findings. At 40°C (20-MHz spectrometer), the T1 of liver decreased from 280 msec ± 8 to 212 msec ± 10 during the first 60 minutes; the T1 of pancreas decreased from 276 msec ± 3 to 208 msec ± 2. Other tissues showed less than a 5% decrease in T1. T2 changes were smaller than T1 changes in all tissues. Electron microscopy of pancreatic acinar cells showed postmortem changes in mitochondria evolving over the first 60 minutes after death. Manganese loading experiments implicated mitochondrial manganese stores in the observed enhanced postmortem decrease in T1. This study calls into question reported relaxation time data for liver and pancreas. MR studies of excised tissues must account for time and temperature to prevent systematic experimental errors.  相似文献
