目的 纯化鸡胚脊髓背角内的神经营养物质。方法 采用 Sephadex G- 2 0 0凝胶过滤层析法分离鸡胚脊髓背角内的神经营养物质 ,以鸡胚背根神经节细胞培养结合 MTT法检测各洗脱峰液的神经营养活性。所得活性组分用高效液相色谱技术 (HPL C)进一步分离 ,同前用 MTT法检测各洗脱峰液的神经营养活性。结果 经层析获得三个洗脱峰 ,其中第 2洗脱峰液促进培养神经细胞生长的活性最强 (P<0 .0 1) ,提示 2峰洗脱液含有神经营养物质。 HPL C后获得 7个洗脱峰。经 MTT法测定各峰洗脱液对鸡胚 DRG神经细胞的生长活性发现 F峰有明显的神经营养活性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 通过分离纯化获得了有较强活性的神经营养物质。 相似文献

Summary The release of serotonin from rabbit blood platelets by the alkaline extracts of tissue, originally described byToh in 1956, was re-examined. The extracts were found not only to cause the release of serotonin on incubation with platelets, but also to inhibit strongly the uptake into platelets of the amine added to the incubation medium. Hardly any apparent damage of platelets was, however, caused by the extracts. The activity of the extracts was dependent on temperature and varied with the tissue used. Extracts of kidney showed the greatest activity. Moreover, the activity was inhibited by the presence of glucose in the incubation medium but remained unaffected after pretreatment with trypsin and chymotrypsin.Based on these results, partial purification and chemical characterization of active principles in the alkaline kidney extract was attempted using extraction with organic solvents and thin-layer chromatography. The results obtained strongly suggest that the active principles are of acidic lipid nature and it is highly probable that they are mono- and di-enoic fatty acids set free by the alkali treatment used for tissue extraction. Such a view was supported by a model experiment in which authentic oleic and linoleic acid could liberate platelet serotonin on incubation but stearic and linolenic acid failed to do so. 相似文献

The potential of eugenol and of clove leaf oil, which contains a high concentration of eugenol, to induce delayed skin hypersensitivity or to elicit reactions due to pre-existing skin sensitization in man was evaluated by analysing patch-test data. Results from a total of 11,632 patch tests on eugenol itself, on various consumer products containing eugenol and/or clove leaf oil, and on fragrance blends containing eugenol and/or clove leaf oil were collected from fragrance and formulation companies. One instance of induced hypersensitivity and one instance of pre-existing sensitization were observed at eugenol patch-test concentrations of 5 × 10−2 and 9 × 10−2% respectively. In both cases, subsequent patch testing showed skin responses to mixtures of eugenol and isoeugenol, but no further attempt was made to define the causative agent. The survey indicates that, at the concentrations present in consumer products, eugenol alone or as part of clove leaf oil has a very low potential either to elicit pre-existing sensitization (‘elicited’ reactions) or to induce hypersensitivity (‘induced’ reactions). 相似文献

目的观察银杏达莫注射液联合奥扎格雷中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法将60例冠心病心绞痛病人随机分为两组,观察组28例给予银杏达莫注射液15 mL加5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠,静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14 d;奥扎格雷80 mg,静滴,1次/d,连用14 d。对照组22例常规服用阿司匹林、硝酸酯类。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.4%,对照组总有效率为71.3%;观察组心电图总有效率为70.1%;对照组总有效率为57%。结论银杏达莫注射液联合奥扎格雷能明显减少心绞痛的发作次数及减轻胸闷、胸痛的症状。 相似文献

目的:研究人面子叶石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇部位的抑菌作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法进行抑菌试验研究。结果:人面子叶的乙酸乙酯部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌作用最强,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为每片0.117~0.234mg;正丁醇部位抑菌作用次之,MIC为每片0.496mg。结论:人面子叶乙酸乙酯部位抑菌作用较其它提取部位强,可为其后期开发提供理论依据。 相似文献
