目的 探讨甲状腺99TcmO-4 显像冷结节对不同性质甲状腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 采用静脉注射99TcmO-4 185MBq ,2 0min后甲状腺前位静态显像 ,采集总计数 1× 10 6。显像显示甲状腺结节局部放射性分布缺损或低于正常甲状腺组织则定性为冷结节。结果 34 2例甲状腺99TcmO-4 显像发现冷结节 85例 ,发生率为2 4.9% ,85例冷结节中 ,37例 (4 3.5 % )为甲状腺瘤 ,15例为甲状腺癌 (17.6 % ) ,2 0例 (2 3.5 % )为结节性甲状腺肿 ,8例 (9.4% )为甲状腺炎 ,4例 (4 .7% )为单纯性甲状腺囊肿 ,1例 (1.3% )为甲状腺外肿物。结论 冷结节在甲状腺99Tcm O-4 显像时较为常见 ,且不同性质甲状腺疾病的冷结节及其周围组织有一定的特征性表现 ,因此99TcmO-4显像冷结节对甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺癌、甲状腺囊肿、甲状腺炎等常见疾病具有较高的临床价值。 相似文献

目的 检测亚硒酸钠是否能够削弱或解除顺铂对植物血球凝激素(PHA)刺激的人体外周血淋巴细胞的增殖抑制。方法 用顺铂和亚硒酸钠单独或联合处理PHA刺激的人体外周血淋巴细胞,顺铂(0.05,0.20,0.50mg/L)在细胞培养24h时加入,亚硒酸钠(0.05mg/L)在不同处理中分别在细胞培养开始时加入或与顺铂同时加入;培养72h后检测转化淋巴细胞的有丝分裂指数。结果0.05mg/L亚硒酸钠在培养开始时加入,PHA刺激转化的淋巴细胞有丝分裂指数较对照增长42.8%(P<0.05),与顺铂同时加入,有丝分裂指数增长13.7%(P>0.05)。0.05与0.20mg/L顺铂处理细胞,有丝分裂指数未发生显性改变,当顺铂剂量为0.50mg/L时,细胞有丝分裂指数较对照降低54.5%(P<0.001)。亚硒酸钠预处理细胞可以解除0.50mg/L顺铂所致的细胞增殖抑制,使有丝分裂指数恢复正常,但亚硒酸钠与顺铂同时加入时,被顺铂抑制的有丝分裂指数只能部分提高。结论0.05mg/L亚硒酸钠单独作用于淋巴细胞可直接促进细胞增殖,与顺铂联合处理细胞时,可降低顺铂毒性,拮抗顺铂的抗增殖作用。亚硒酸钠在细胞培养开始时加入培养体系效果更佳。 相似文献

Summary: Current peritoneal dialysis solutions are not biocompatible, particularly in respect to low pH, high osmolality and use of lactate. In addition, glucose is not an ideal osmotic agent. Recent advances in the formulation of peritoneal dialysis fluids aim to provide a more physiological environment to preserve membrane integrity. the effects of pH and lactate have been overcome by the use of bicarbonate based solutions whilst icodextrin (glucose polymers) often prolonged ultrafiltration in spite of being isomotic to uraemic plasma. Future formulations will see a combination of osmotic agents (including amino acids) and bicarbonate to achieve a more biocompatible solution whilst still meeting the ultrafiltration needs of the patients. Additives (glycosaminoglycans, procysteine) may protect the peritoneum from free radical injury. 相似文献

Abstract— The effect of phosphate concentration on corrosion was compared for two types of amalgam: a conventional alloy (ANA 68) and a high-Cu admixed alloy (Dispersalloy). The test specimens were stored for 4 months in electrolytes containing 85 mM NaCl and 85 mM NaCl with 2.5, 10, or 100 mM phosphate buffer respectively. The solutions were renewed each month and analyzed for Cu, Zn, Sn, Hg, and Ag in an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The surfaces and cross-sections of the specimens were studied in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an energy dispersive detector (EDAX). The corrosion products, mainly Sn-compounds, at the surface of the amalgams were less in the solutions containing high concentrations of phosphate. In cross-section subsurface corrosion of the high-Cu amalgam was observed especially in specimens immersed in the NaCl solution without phosphate. The conventional amalgam showed surface corrosion only. The decrease in release of elements with time from the conventional amalgam in all the experimental solutions might indicate passivation. For the high-Cu amalgam the release of elements increased with time, except for Cu and Sn in the solution with 100 mM phosphate, indicating that phosphate inhibits corrosion of the Cu-Sn-phases. Release of corrosion products from the high-Cu amalgam was more dependent on the presence of phosphate than the conventional amalgam. 相似文献

目的 建立小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型。方法 给小鼠自由饮用5%葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)溶液7d后,改为蒸馏水自由饮用10d,如此进行4个循环,每天观察症状。在第1个循环和第4个循环后剖杀小鼠,取出整段结肠行实体显微镜观察及切片组织学研究。结果 所观察的症状、实体显微镜像、组织学病理改变均与人类溃疡性结肠炎类似。结论 此模型制作方法简便,重复性良好,可应用于多种实验研究。 相似文献

The sodium concentration gradient in the kidney (from the cortex to the medulla) serves to regulate fluid homeostasis and is tightly coupled to renal function. It was previously shown that renal function and pathophysiology can be characterized in rat kidneys by measuring the sodium gradient with (23)Na MRI. This study demonstrates for the first time the ability of (23)Na MRI to map the distribution of sodium in the human kidney and to quantify the corticomedullary sodium gradient. The study was performed on a 3T Signa LX scanner (GE) using an in-house-built quadrature surface coil. (23)Na images of volunteers were acquired using a 3D coronal gradient-echo sequence at a spatial resolution of 0.3 x 0.3 x 1.5 cm(3) in a 25-min scan time. The signal intensity (relative to the noise) increased linearly from the cortex to each of the medullae with a mean slope of 1.6 +/- 0.2 in relative arbitrary units per mm (Rel.u./mm, N = 6) and then decreased, as expected, toward the renal pelvis. Water deprivation (12 hr) induced a significant increase of 25% (P < 0.05) in this gradient. Based on these results, we suggest that sodium MRI can serve as a valuable noninvasive method for functional imaging of the human kidney. 相似文献

Changes of the neuronal discharge of 128 medullary respiratory unitswere recorded and studied during the period of expiratory apnea induced reflexlyby intracarotid sinus injection of sodium citrate in rabbits.Generally,theneuronal discharge of inspiratory units began,stopped and recovered at the sametime with those of the phrenic nerve.But,about 5% the phase-spanninginspiratory units near the obex showed a different time course with the dischargeof the phrenic nerve.They fired continuously in a low frequency while thephrenic nerve was quiet.When increasing progressively and approaching to acertain level,the firing rate increased abruptly and at the same time phrenic nervebegan to fire.So it seemed that they acted as the pacemaker of inspiration.Comparison of the cycle-triggered histograms(CTH)of these inspiratory unitswith those of phrenic nerve showed clearly the above mentioned phasicrelationship.They started firing before the phrenic nerve,but they reached theirmaximal rate and then declined and stopped quite in accordance with the phrenicnerve.It is,therefore,reasonable to assume that the central mechanism of theswitch from expiratory apnea to inspiration may originate from this kind ofneurons.Most of the expiratory units show tonic discharges during the period of apneawith a higher discharge rate than normal and then the rate decreases just beforerecovery of phrenic firing.In addition,small portion of the expiratory units weredepressed as the phrenic discharge ceased.The function of these two differentkinds of neurons in the mechanism of development of respiratory rhythm is,apparently,different. 相似文献
