目的探讨术中经颅电刺激运动诱发电位(transcranial electric Motor Evoked Potential,TceMEP)和体感诱发电位(somatosensory evoked potentials,SSEP)监测在早发性脊柱侧凸(early-onset scoliosis,EOS)脊柱截骨矫形手术中的应用价值,并分析此类手术中的神经电生理监测特点。方法收集2015年9月至2016年12月由北京协和医院骨科收治的20例EOS和120例特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)患者进行回顾性研究,其中20例EOS患者平均年龄(2.65±0.11)岁,120例AIS患者平均年龄(13.9±0.51)岁。TceMEP、SSEP、自由运动肌电图(free-run EMG)和标准化的麻醉方案用于术中神经功能监测的研究。结果 EOS患儿采用后路半椎体或者全脊椎切除、短节段固定融合的手术方式。其中95.0%(19/20)的患儿获得术中稳定可靠的SSEP和TceMEP监测基线。1例(2岁,9 kg)直至手术截骨时未获得有效的TceMEP基线。本研究EOS患儿平均TceMEP基线波幅为(88.7±21.9)μV(范围:27~278μV),显著低于AIS患者的(346.7±24.2)μV,差异有统计学意义(t=2.162,P<0.01)。AIS患者均采用后路内固定,脊柱侧弯矫形植骨融合的手术方式。结论 TceMEP,SSEP和free-run EMG监测方法针对EOS患儿是准确可行的。监测结果可以为手术团队提供准确的神经功能信息,防止术后神经系统并发症的发生。 相似文献

本文采用HPLC柱切换技术,建立了以YWG-C18(3cm)为预处理柱,乙酸(0.2mol/L)为预处理流动相,血浆直接进样。在线(on-line)固相净化血浆样品;以Shimpack CLC-ODS(15 cm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.2 mol/L乙酸铵缓冲液(14:86)为流动相,267 nm波长检测,采用外标法定量。测定H2-受体拮抗剂法莫替丁人体血药浓度的方法。该法净化过程简便,为自动净化血浆样品提供了一选择方法。回收率好(81.10~84.75%);法莫替丁的检测限约为2.4 ng,血浆中最低检出浓度约为12 ng/ml。日内变异系数为4.1%,日间变异系数为4.9%;在浓度为15~210 ng/ml血浆范围内呈线性关系。 相似文献

Extracellular single neuron recording methods are used to study the RFs of neurons comprising area 1 cell columns in unanesthetized Macaca fascicularis monkeys. The RF data obtained in approximately radial microelectrode penetrations demonstrate that the RFs of neurons located within the same area 1 cell columns can differ strikingly, and that it is common for neighboring neurons to possess RFs differing greatly in size or configuration. However, the RF variations detected within a typical area 1 cell minicolumn (single cell radial column) appear to be substantially less than the variations observed for nearby neurons lying in different minicolumns.The RF data obtained from arrays of penetrations suggest that the skin representation in the forelimb region of area 1 is organized in a discontinuous, steplike fashion: as a mosaic of discrete 600 μm wide radial cell columns— segregates. Although the RFs of neurons of a segregate can vary substantially in size and configuration, they all share in common a single small area on the skin. The boundaries of a segregate can be mapped precisely because, unlike the situation for neurons located within the same segregate, some of the neurons located on opposite sides of a segregate boundary (belonging to different segregates) have non-overlapping RFs. Furthermore, it appears that within any given segregate there is no systematic shift in RF location as the electrode advances through a sequence of minicolumns. A method to obtain the absorbed dose in Drosophila melanogaster irradiated in the thermal column facility of the Triga Mark III Reactor has been developed. The method is based on the measurements of neutron activation of gold foils produced by neutron capture to obtain the neutron fluxes. Many authors have reported poor prognostic value of anti-D antibody titer in the setting of Hemolytic Disease of Fetus and Newborn (HDFN). According to literature, HDFN cases with IgG1 and IgG3 have more severity compared to IgG2 and IgG4.Therefore, we planned this study to evaluate the prevalence and prognostic value of IgG subtypes in the setting of Rh HDFN. This was a retrospective study performed at a tertiary care center in north India from October 2015 to November 2017. Women with anti-D antibody were included in the study and categorized on the basis of presence of specific IgG subtype. “DAT IgG1/IgG3 ID” card (BIO-RAD) was used for determining the subclass of IgG. Various clinical, laboratory & interventional parameters were used to categorize fetal outcome in severe and non-severe cases. Perinatal outcome was then compared between women with different IgG subclass profile. Subclass distribution among 80 alloimmunized women was 26.2% for IgG1, 15% for IgG3, 46.2% for IgG1 + IgG3 and the rest had neither IgG1 nor IgG3. Severity of HDFN was significantly higher when IgG1 &/or IgG3 were present alone or in combination, compared to cases with absence of IgG1 or IgG3 (p value < 0.05). Risk of severe HDFN was significantly higher in the presence of IgG1 &/or IgG3 and the severity was highest when both IgG1 and IgG3 were present. We recommend that IgG subclass determination should be included in a multi—parameter protocol for more accurate prediction HDFN severity to ensure timely referral and intervention. 相似文献

This paper focuses on the usability of a previously developed column classification system, applied to pharmaceutical analyses. The separation of two drugs from their respective related substances was investigated on 65 new reversed-phase liquid chromatographic columns. The chromatographic procedure for fluoxetine hydrochloride was performed according to the method prescribed in the European Pharmacopoeia monograph while the separation of gemcitabine hydrochloride was carried out according to the United States Pharmacopeia monograph.
