研制的票证消毒装置用传送系统可将票证表面沾以消毒液并送入籍内作紫外线照射。经测定,以紫外线与HBA消毒液联合处理8秒钟对票证表面的细菌繁殖体与HBsAg有良好的灭活作用。箱内紫外线照射强度低于5,000μw/cm~2,细菌被有机物保护时,消毒作用有所下降。  相似文献

紫外线灯有效辐射强度的变化条件与相应检测方法的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了解影响紫外线灯辐射强度的因素,采用紫外线辐射强度测定仪对不同距离、不同电压和不同角度紫外线灯的辐射强度进行了现场测定。结果,随电压增高辐射强度增加,电压每升高10 V,辐射强度升高10μW/cm2;随照射距离加大,辐射强度降低,二者呈指数负相关。测试点与紫外灯管纵轴夹角减小,辐射强度测定值下降,夹角由90°变为30,°辐射强度由92μW/cm2下降到16μW/cm2,且不与夹角的余玄值相关。结论,电压是影响紫外线灯辐射强度的主要因素,照射距离和辐射角度与紫外灯辐射强度有关,但可以通过合理安装加以调整。  相似文献

目的探讨前列腺素(PGs)在紫外线(UV)上调血纤溶活性中的作用。方法15只健康成年西北杂种犬被随机分成三组,UV组和UV+阿斯匹林组行全光谱UV20cm×20cm、447.72mJ/cm2照射胸腹部1次,其中UV+阿斯匹林组UV照射前在辐射区皮肤先进行直流电阿斯匹林离子导入1次;空白组既不照射UV也不行离子导入,作对照用。对比观察UV照射后48小时内辐射区皮肤抽吸水疱液中PGE2、PGD2、6oxoPGF1α浓度及血纤溶酶原激活物(PA)、纤溶酶原激活抑制物活性的动态变化。结果UV组在UV照后3小时PA活性明显增高,照后9小时达峰值;辐射区皮肤抽吸水疱液中三种PGs水平均在UV照后5小时明显升高,峰值约在UV照后5~9小时之间,三种PGs水平变化与PA活性变化均无显著相关性;UV+阿斯匹林组辐射区皮肤组织内三种PGs水平无明显升高,PA变化规律与UV组相类似,两组间PA活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论PGE2、PGD2、6oxoPGF1α可能并不参与UV上调血纤溶活性作用  相似文献

Reducing airborne bioburden in total joint arthroplasty (TJA) is of critical importance. The efficacy of crystalline ultraviolet-C (C-UVC) filtration in reducing bioburden in a dynamic operating room (OR) environment has not been evaluated. We assessed whether C-UVC filtration reduced (i) total particle counts (TPC); (ii) viable particle counts (VPC); and (iii) colony-forming units (CFUs). Fifty primary TJA cases were performed in a positive-pressure OR; 25 cases with the C-UVC unit and 25 cases without. The air was sampled by a particle counter and an impact air sampler to measure particle counts and CFUs, respectively. To compare TPC, VPC, and CFU/m3 between groups, independent t tests and multivariate regression, adjusted for number of OR staff and door openings, were performed. The C-UVC group had significantly lower TPC (2.6 × 106 vs. 4.7 × 106 particles, p = 0.001) and VPC (18,605 vs. 27,516 particles, p = 0.001). There were fewer CFUs in the C-UVC group (10.9 CFU/m3 vs. 13.7 CFU/m3, p = 0.163). Multivariate analysis identified C-UVC filtration as a significant predictor of decreased TPC (β = −0.44, p = 0.002) and VPC (β = −0.47, p = 0.001) after accounting for door openings and number of OR staff. The reduction in CFUs was not significant on multivariate analysis. In this prospective pilot study, a C-UVC air disinfection and recirculation unit led to a significant reduction in both TPC and VPC and a non-significant reduction in CFU. Statement of clinical significance: Further studies are needed to investigate the effects of C-UVC filtration units on surgical-site infection rates. © 2019 Orthopaedic Research Society. 目的探讨复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月在我院治疗的玫瑰糠疹患者82例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组40例,对照组42例。治疗组采用复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗;对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(90.5%)明显高于对照组(67.5%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率(17.5%)与治疗组(12.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方青黛胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹临床疗效明显且不良反应较轻,值得推广。  相似文献

目的探讨中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果。方法将本院2010年5月~2013年8月收治的106例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组给予NB-UVB照射治疗,观察组给予中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的总显效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的83.0%(P〈0.05);观察组的PASI评分明显低于对照组(P〈0.05);两组的总不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果显著,安全可靠。  相似文献

Epoxy polymer concrete (EPC) is widely applied in engineering for its excellent mechanical properties. The impact loads and severe climatic conditions such as ultraviolet radiation, temperature change and rain erosion are in general for its engineering practice, potentially degrading the performance of EPC. In this paper, a procedure of accelerated aging for EPC, imitating the aging effect of ultraviolet radiation and hygrothermal conditions based on the meteorological statistics of Guangzhou city, was designed. After various periods of accelerated aging, the dynamic behaviors of EPC were studied by using a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB). The verification of the experimental data was performed. The two-stage dynamic compression stress-strain curves were obtained: (a) linear growth stage following by strain hardening stage at impact velocity 12.2 m/s and 18.8 m/s, (b) linear growth stage and then a horizontal stage when impact velocity is 25.0 m/s, (c) linear growth stage following by strain softening stage at impact velocity 29.2 m/s. The experimental results show that the specimens after longer accelerated aging tend to be more easily broken, especially at impact velocity 12.2 m/s and 18.8 m/s, while the strain rate is the main factor affecting the compression strength and stiffness. Ultimately the influence of strain rate and equivalent aging time on dynamic increase factor was revealed by a fitting surface.  相似文献

The Covid-19 pandemic has required nonpharmaceutical interventions, primarily physical distancing, personal hygiene and face mask use, to limit community transmission, irrespective of seasons. In fact, the seasonality attributes of this pandemic remain one of its biggest unknowns. Early studies based on past experience from respiratory diseases focused on temperature or humidity, with disappointing results. Our hypothesis that ultraviolet (UV) radiation levels might be a factor and a more appropriate parameter has emerged as an alternative to assess seasonality and exploit it for public health policies. Using geographical, socioeconomic and epidemiological criteria, we selected twelve North-equatorial-South countries with similar characteristics. We then obtained UV levels, mobility and Covid-19 daily incidence rates for nearly the entire 2020. Using machine learning, we demonstrated that UV radiation strongly associated with incidence rates, more so than mobility did, indicating that UV is a key seasonality indicator for Covid-19, irrespective of the initial conditions of the epidemic. Our findings can inform the implementation of public health emergency measures, partly based on seasons in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, as the pandemic unfolds into 2021.  相似文献
