一种合成多肽——PLNG自由穿膜现象初探

目的 研究人工设计合成的多肽PLNG在不同作用环境条件下的跨膜运动现象。方法 体外培养不同组织来源的鼠细胞及CHO细胞、BEL细胞,用免疫荧光观察不同浓度、不同温度、不同反应时间条件下,PLNG的穿膜能力及PLNG对不同类型的细胞（CHO细胞、BEL细胞、成年大鼠肝细胞、幼大鼠肝细胞、成年大鼠心肌细胞、幼大鼠心肌细胞、成年大鼠神经细胞、幼大鼠神经细胞）的穿膜特性。结果 PLNG在不同作用环境条件下对细胞膜都有穿透作用,且进入细胞的量近乎相同。结论 实验观察到PLNG具有广谱的穿膜能力,这种穿膜能力在一定范围内对温度、时间及PLNG浓度不敏感;而且这种穿膜能力不受组织特异性的限制。     

庆大霉素分泌过程的初步研究

应用恒温系统及缓冲液体系,考察了温度及pH值分泌过程的影响,然后在此基础上又讨论了添加葡萄糖、金属离子Fe^2 、K^ 和Mn^2 以及超声波和微波处理的效果,实验发现,pH＝7．4,温度34℃,以及添加5g／LKCl或50mg／LMnSO4都能刺激庆大霉素的分泌。     

充血性心力衰竭病人甲状腺素水平的变化

目的　为探讨充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者甲状腺素水平及其与预后的关系。方法　观测了 2 5例CHF患者 (治疗组 )治疗前后及同期 3 0例健康体检者 (对照组 )血浆甲状腺激素水平的变化。结果　治疗组T3水平明显低于对照组 ,且治疗组T3水平随心功能的恶化而降低 ,随治疗好转而回升 ,而T4 则明显波动。结论　CHF患者心功能与T3浓度有密切关系 ,还可降低外周血管阻力 ,减轻心脏后负荷     

黄芪多糖提取工艺、化学结构及药理作用的研究进展

黄芪多糖（Astragalus polysaccharides,APS）是黄芪的重要活性成分之一,随着黄芪在临床上的使用越来越广泛,学者对APS的提取工艺、化学结构及药理作用的研究也愈来愈深入。不同的提取工艺对APS的含量和纯度均会产生不同程度的影响,进而对其药理作用的发挥也会有所影响。APS具有调节免疫、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗衰老和抗炎等药理作用。在全面查阅并梳理文献资料的基础上,对APS的提取工艺、化学结构及药理作用进行综述,并对APS的研究前景进行展望,以期对APS的进一步开发利用和研究提供有效的理论支持。     

参与连翘苯丙烷合成途径的WRKY转录因子的筛选与鉴定

目的 筛选出参与连翘Forsythia suspensa苯丙烷合成途径的WRKY转录因子并进行生物信息学分析。方法 通过对从连翘转录组数据中筛选出的62条连翘WRKY基因序列进行鉴定;通过采用蛋白理化性质和基序分析、蛋白结构分析、系统进化分析、功能注释、蛋白互作分析、外源激素处理后实时荧光定量分析等方式进行相关分析。结果 最终筛选出52条具有WRKY结构域的连翘WRKY转录因子。WRKY转录因子编码蛋白的氨基酸数目在105～728,相对分子质量在12277.95～80 321.99。蛋白基序分析显示其均有WRKY结构域,与拟南芥WRKY转录因子构建系统进化树将连翘52个WRKY转录因子进一步分为3大类;筛选出5个可能参与连翘苯丙烷合成途径的连翘WRKY转录因子,并推测其可能以被MAPK级联反应所调控的方式介导连翘中苯丙烷合成途径。结论 通过分析转录组测序结果,从52个连翘WRKY转录因子中筛选出5个可能参与连翘苯丙烷合成途径的转录因子,其表现出组织特异性表达,且对不同浓度茉莉酸甲脂表现出不同的响应,为进一步研究其作用机制提供研究方向。     

Feeding inequality: food insecurity,social status and college student health

A growing but limited body of research has identified the college student population as one that is particularly vulnerable to food insecurity. Early estimates of food insecurity prevalence among college students range from 14 to 60 per cent. The present study utilises original survey data collected from a random sample (n = 300) of college students enrolled at an urban university in the Midwest region of the United States of America (USA). This study examines the impact of food insecurity on health outcomes and the mediation of this relationship by subjective social status among college students. Ordinary least squares (OLS) and logistic regression analyses find that food insecurity is related to worse self-rated, physical and mental health among college students, and Sobel-Goodman tests find that subjective social status plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between food insecurity and health among college students. The implications of these findings in a university context are discussed using a psychosocial framework and insights from the stress process model. In doing so, I discuss food insecurity among college students with an emphasis on the social significance of food and food insecurity.     

用层析法研究X—CT的论证问题

为改善技术论证的定量程度，作者用层析法对Ｘ－ＣＴ的选型操作进行了研究，并提出此方法可推广应用于一般医院的大型装备。     

Effect of stimulation of Kupffer cells by prodigiosan on regeneration of hepatocytes

The effect of the polysaccharide ofBacillus prodigiosus (prodigiosan) on DNA synthesis and mitotic activity of the hepatocytes was studied in the regenerating liver of male Wistar rats. After administration of the stimulator in a dose of 50 g per rat 24 h before partial hepatectomy the indices of labeled nuclei and mitotic indices were higher and reached their maximum sooner in the hepatocytes in the experimental animals than in the controls. It is suggested that the stimulating effect of prodigiosan is connected with activation of the Kupffer cells of the liver.Laboratory of Pathophysiology, Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, Siberian Branch, Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR, Novosibirsk.
