The dynamic development of new technologies enables the optimal computer technique choice to improve the required quality in today’s manufacturing industries. One of the methods of improving the determining process is machine learning. This paper compares different intelligent system methods to identify the tool wear during the turning of gray cast-iron EN-GJL-250 using carbide cutting inserts. During these studies, the experimental investigation was conducted with three various cutting speeds vc (216, 314, and 433 m/min) and the exact value of depth of cut ap and federate f. Furthermore, based on the vibration acceleration signals, appropriate measures were developed that were correlated with the tool condition. In this work, machine learning methods were used to predict tool condition; therefore, two tool classes were proposed, namely usable and unsuitable, and tool corner wear VBc = 0.3 mm was assumed as a wear criterium. The diagnostic measures based on acceleration vibration signals were selected as input to the models. Additionally, the assessment of significant features in the division into usable and unsuitable class was caried out. Finally, this study evaluated chosen methods (classification and regression tree, induced fuzzy rules, and artificial neural network) and selected the most effective model.  相似文献

To obtain the tire–pavement peak adhesion coefficient under different road states, a field measurement and FE simulation were combined to analyze the tire–pavement adhesion characteristics in this study. According to the identified texture information, the power spectral distribution of the road surface was obtained using the MATLAB Program, and a novel tire hydroplaning FE model coupled with a textured pavement model was established in ABAQUS. Experimental results show that here exists an “anti-skid noncontribution area” for the insulation and lubrication of the water film. Driving at the limit speed of 120 km/h, the critical water film thickness for the three typical asphalt pavements during hydroplaning was as follows: AC pavement, 0.56 mm; SMA pavement, 0.76 mm; OGFC pavement, 1.5 mm. The road state could be divided into four parts dry state, wet sate, lubricated state, and ponding state. Under the dry road state, when the slip rate was around 15%, the adhesion coefficient reached the peak value, i.e., around 11.5% for the wet road state. The peak adhesion coefficient for the different asphalt pavements was in the order OGFC > SMA > AC. This study can provide a theoretical reference for explaining the tire–pavement interactions and improving vehicle brake system performance.  相似文献

目的利用基因芯片技术进行常见革兰阳性细菌的细菌鉴定和耐药性检测。方法用生理生化鉴定和药敏纸片法确定445份革兰阳性细菌菌株的细菌种类和耐药性,盲法进行革兰阳性细菌鉴定与耐药检测基因芯片的检测,用SPSS 10.0 for Windows软件统计分析。结果与临床常规方法相比,耐药检测基因芯片鉴定指标的灵敏度均>96%,特异度均>98%;耐药检测指标的灵敏度均>94%,特异度均>90%。χ2检验结果P值均>0.05,基因芯片检测结果与临床常用方法检测结果差异无统计学意义。Kappa值均>0.75,2种方法一致性较好。结论基因芯片技术对细菌鉴定和耐药检测有一定的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Food components need to be identified correctly and unambiguously. This is essential in the documentation and interchange of compositional data and it avoids confusion and misinterpretation for the users of these data. For this purpose, INFOODS published the first set of component identifiers, also called tagnames, in 1989. Since then, reported food components have vastly increased in number due to advances in analytical methods and increased interest in bioactive non-nutrient components. Users of food composition data are increasingly interested in more detailed data on fatty acids (e.g. positional and geometric isomers), individual vitamers and the speciation of nutrient elements. Several hundred tagnames have been added to the INFOODS database in the past 15 years. In order to keep up with the plethora of food components being analyzed and compiled in food composition databases, as well demands from new sectors and user, INFOODS held a technical consultation in 2003 to review and update principles and practices. Recommendations included separating units and base quantities from the definition of a tagname, maintaining the principle of different tagnames for highly empirical methods, and maintaining the keyword approach through which the components can be further defined. The comparison between INFOODS tagnames and other component identification systems such as EUROFOODS shows that the majority of component identifiers are the same. Further discussions and trials are needed to continue the evolution of the harmonized system of component identification through the lenses of both nutrition science and information technology.  相似文献
