离子选择电极电位法研究S2O8^2—与I^—反应动力学

用离子选择电极电位法对S_2O_8~(2-)-Ⅰ~-体系反应动力学问题进行了探讨,研究了离子强度对反应速度的影响。结果表明:离子选择电极电位法可用于此体系的动力学研究,并且得到满意的结果;提出了该电极适用的浓度条件;得出生成CuI~+步骤为催化反应决定步骤的新结论;随着离子强度的增加dE/dt值增大,即反应速度加快。     

60例老年椎—基底动脉供血不足的脑干听觉诱发电位分析

对60例临床诊断为椎—基底动脉供血不足的老年人进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查,51例异常者(异常率为85％)均在发作期检查,9例颈性眩晕病人于缓解期检查(BAEP)正常。BAEP异常提示老年人可能由于长期椎—基底动脉供血不足造成脑干内有影响听觉通路的微小梗塞灶。证明BAEP检查叫老年性椎—基底动脉供血不足的诊断很有价值。     

Kimura's disease associated with minimal change nephrotic syndrome: A case report

Kimura's disease is a rare disorder that involves regional lymph nodes and the major salivary glands, which become infiltrated by eosinophils and lymphocytes. Renal lesions associated with Kimura's disease are rare. We describe the case of a 60-year-old Japanese woman who first noted a nodular mass in a salivary gland. As the nodule grew, nephrotic syndrome and heart failure developed. A biopsy of the nodule revealed Kimura's disease, and surgical excision was performed. After the operation, the heart failure and nephrotic syndrome, which were diagnosed as minimal change disease on renal biopsy, improved rapidly without steroid therapy. Four months later, the nephrotic syndrome recurred without recurrence of Kimura's disease. The patient showed marked improvement during prednisolone therapy (40 mg/d) and was in complete remission 4 weeks after the initiation of steroid therapy. This case shows that surgical excision and prednisolone therapy are useful for nephrotic syndrome associated with Kimura's disease.     

湖南省洞庭湖水域洪灾区人群潜在寿命、工作、价值损失年数分析

目的 了解洪灾对人群健康和价值的损害程度。方法 应用标化死亡率和潜在寿命损失年数(WYPLL)、潜在工作损失年数(VYPLL)、潜在价值损失年数(VYPLL)对湖南省洞庭湖水域部分洪灾区人群1995—1999年的死亡情况进行分析。结果 灾区与非灾区两人群死因顺位一致，但损伤、中毒和肿瘤死因的死亡专率，灾区显著高于非灾区。在死因构成中损伤、中毒死亡居第三位，肿瘤居第四位；但在YPLL、WYPLL分析中则跃居第一位和第二位。两人群各年龄段的YPLL、WYPLL、VYPLL分析显示灾区人群40—59岁的各种死亡损失均高于非灾区。结论 降低洪灾区人群损伤、中毒和肿瘤死亡率和重视40—59岁年龄段人群劳动力的保护有重要的社会和经济意义。     

复方桂枝汤中芍药甙煎出量的动态分析

 本实验运用CS－930双波长薄层色谱扫描仪，分析测定桂枝汤方剂在煎煮过程中，其主药芍药的主要化学成分芍药甙量的动态变化。结果表明，煎煮时间在30min时，芍药甙煎出量较高。该法简便、快速，色谱分离良好，排除了其它成分的干扰。平行性和重现性较好。     

Applied potential tomography

Applied potential tomography (APT) is a new noninvasive, nonradioactive method of measuring gastric emptying, which generates profiles of emptying of liquids that are similar to those obtained simultaneously by scintigraphy and dye dilution. This study validates the ability of APT to measure emptying of a solid beefburger test meal from the stomach by comparing the results obtained with those obtained simultaneously by scintigraphy. When acid secretion was inhibited, there was a significant correlation between the two methods for the time taken for half the meal to empty from the stomach and the amount of meal emptied at different time intervals. Furthermore, the profiles of gastric emptying obtained by APT resembled those obtained by scintigraphy in most studies. If acid secretion was not inhibited, there was no correlation between values obtained by the two methods.

体表电位标测微机系统(Ⅰ型)

本系统的107个电极中,103个分布于胸、背部,1个为参考电极,1个为V_3,其余用于肢导。本系统除能绘出2、4、8ms任意间隔的103通道同步的体表等电位图,常规12导联和V_(7 9)心电图,胸、背部位的心电图外,还可记录R峰值等电位图,∑R,Q波等电位图,nQ30、40,极大、极小轨迹图等。     

圆形分布法在蝇类季节消长规律中的应用

目的确定蝇类季节消长的高峰日和高峰时段,为制定蝇类防制措施提供科学依据。方法用圆形分布法统计分析绍兴市区2003-2004年蝇类密度监测数据。结果绍兴市区2003-2004年蝇类平均密度高峰日为8月4日,高峰时段为6月8日至9月30日。其中2003年蝇类密度高峰日为8月11日,高峰时段为6月17日至10月5日;2004年蝇类密度高峰日为7月29日,高峰时段为6月1日至9月26日。结论绍兴市区2年中蝇类消长有明显的季节性规律。     

胃粘膜癌变初发点及其组织背景的病理学：癌变初发点的一般组织病理学

本文通过对228例各种类型胃粘膜上皮异型增生的病理切片的复查,发现并详细地描述了不同类型异型增生腺管和上皮细胞癌变的初发点(Start point)。其形态有的是从再生腺管的腺颈部或底部以“发芽”形式,向质内浸润并分枝生长;有的是从再生腺管基底膜向侧方的间质浸润。从再生的胃上皮型异型腺管所出现的癌变多为低分化型腺癌;从肠上皮型异型腺管所发生的癌变则为高分化型腺癌。强调了胃粘膜再生性异型增生有些具有癌前性质。
