目的:探讨白藜芦醇对紫外线诱导人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:人晶状体上皮细胞系传代培养,紫外线诱导细胞发生凋亡,20μmol/L白藜芦醇预处理细胞后,观察各项指标改变:流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,比色法检测凋亡相关因子caspase-3及caspase-9的表达,透射电镜观察超微结构变化。结果:流式细胞仪检测发现,白藜芦醇可以抑制紫外线照射诱导的细胞凋亡,阳性对照组中caspase-3及caspase-9含量显著高于同时段阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中caspase-3及caspase-9含量均低于同时段阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,伴随白藜芦醇作用时间的延长,透射电镜下人晶状体上皮细胞损伤的程度减轻。结论:白藜芦醇可以抑制紫外线诱导的晶状体上皮细胞的凋亡,对辐射性白内障具有预防作用,从而为寻求有效的防治白内障药物提供可靠的实验依据。  相似文献

To investigate the dynamic compressive properties of concrete after high temperature and rapid cooling, an experimental study was carried out by considering five temperatures and four strain rates. The coupling effect of high temperature and strain rate on concrete damage morphology and mechanical parameters was comparatively analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: the compressive damage morphology of concrete is affected by strain rate development trends of significant variability under different temperature conditions. As the strain rate increases, the compressive stress and elastic modulus of concrete are gradually increased. As the temperature increases, the increase in compressive stress is gradually reduced by the strain rate. For the temperatures of 20 °C and 800 °C, the increase in compressive stress by the strain rate is 38.69% and 7.78%, respectively. Meanwhile, SEM and CT scanning technology were applied to examine the mechanism of the effect of high temperature and strain rate on the mechanical properties of concrete from the microscopic perspective, and the corresponding constitutive model was proposed.  相似文献

This study investigated vertical strain and stress through a dynamic load experiment at the testing area of Ke-Da Road, Pingtung, Taiwan. A thirty-five-ton truck was moved at constant speeds of 40, 60, and 80 km/h to simulate heavy load conditions to study the mechanical variations. From the results, it was found that the strain and stress curves of the permeable road pavement showed asymmetry due to the viscoelastic property of the open-grade friction course. The results showed that vertical strains and vertical stresses of permeable road pavement were greatly affected by the axle configuration and the change in traffic speed. Furthermore, to propose the design thickness of a permeable road pavement, the pavement strain and stress were modelled with respect to depth using regression based on these collected data. According to the stress regression models and considering the construction uncertainty, the recommend design depth of a permeable pavement is 30 cm. The findings of this study would be helpful in determining the permeable road pavement depth when subjected to heavy traffic load, and the material combination of open-graded friction concrete, porous asphalt concrete, and permeable cement concrete was proposed in this study during the design period.  相似文献

Phosphors-in-glass (PiGs) regarded as a promising phosphor-converter for white light emitting diodes (WLEDs) is being researched widely. However, there are few reports on the effect of changing the shape of PiGs on the color rendering index (CRI) and heat dissipation of WLEDs. In this paper, gel casting with Isobam was first attempted in preparing special-shaped PiGs successfully. It exhibited that 76 wt.% was the optimum solid content based on the rheological properties of slurry and the shrinkage of green bodies. The sintering rate should be kept at a low speed and glass transition temperature (Tg) of glass powders must be higher than sublimation temperatures (Ts) of APS and Isobam. The CRI of PiGs was increased by about 27% after changing the shape of PiGs from cylinder to dome. Most importantly, operating temperature also reduced effectively the increase of the surface area of PiGs. Therefore, changing the shape of PiGs by gel casting with Isobam is a creative way for high-power WLEDs lighting.  相似文献

Based on the theory of magnetoacoustic coupled dynamics, the purpose of this paper is to evaluate the dynamic stress concentration near an elliptical opening in exponential-gradient piezomagnetic materials under the action of antiplane shear waves. By the wave function expansion, the solutions for the acoustic wave fields and magnetic fields can be obtained. Stress analysis is performed by the complex function method and the conformal mapping method, which are used to solve the boundary conditions problem, and is used to express the dynamic stress concentration coefficient (DSCC) theoretically. As cases, numerical results of DSCCs are plotted and discussed with different incident wave numbers and material parameters by numerical simulation. Compared with circular openings, elliptical openings are widely used in material processing techniques and are more difficult to solve. Numerical results show that the dynamic stress concentration coefficient at the elliptical opening is strongly dependent on various parameters, which indicates that the elliptical opening is more likely to cause crack and damage to exponential-gradient piezomagnetic materials.  相似文献

As one of the important load-bearing components of a truck, the drive axle housing must meet the requirements of stiffness and strength. The traditional design method uses redundancy design to meet the performance requirements. The joint design between the three-dimensional mathematical model and finite element model is adopted, and the optimal design of the drive axle housing is realized based on topology optimization and multiobjective optimization. Firstly, the static analysis of the drive axle housing of a rear axle drive truck was carried out with four typical working conditions. It was concluded that the four working conditions all operate under the yield limit of the material, and it was found that the maximum equivalent stress of the four working conditions occurs at the step of the half-shaft casing. Among the four working conditions, the most critical one is the maximum vertical force working condition. Then, based on the maximum vertical force working condition, the fatigue life analysis is conducted, and the minimum fatigue life appears at the transition position of the half-shaft sleeve and the arc transition position of the main reducer chamber. The remaining parts can meet the design requirements. The overall safety factor of the drive axle housing is mainly between 1 and 5 when operating under this working condition. Then, through modal analysis, the first to sixth natural frequency and vibration modes of the drive axle housing are extracted. Based on the modal analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the drive axle housing are further studied by harmonic response analysis and random vibration analysis. Finally, two kinds of lightweight optimization schemes for the drive axle housing are given. Topology optimization reduces the mass of the drive axle housing by 17.4%, but the overall performance slightly decreases. Then, the five dimensional parameters of the drive axle housing are selected as design variables. The mass, maximum deformation, equivalent stress, service life, and the first-, second- and third-order natural frequencies are defined as objective functions. Through the optimal space-filling design method, the experimental designs are performed and the sample points are obtained. Based on the results of experiment design, the multiobjective genetic algorithm and response surface method are combined to optimize the objective functions. The analysis results show that the mass is reduced by 4.35%, the equivalent stress is reduced by 21.05%, the minimum life is increased by 72.28%, and the first-, second-, and third-order natural frequency are also increased to varying degrees. Two different optimization strategies are provided for the design of the drive axle housing.  相似文献

To enhance the formability of magnesium alloys, inhibition of basal texture development by the particle-stimulated nucleation (PSN) effect has attracted significant interest. However, its contribution to texture development is not easily observed due to the separation of texture from the conventional deformation behavior. This study aims to separate the Ca texture from the deformation behavior of AZX611 alloy and quantify it using scanning electron microscopy with electron backscatter diffraction (SEM-EBSD). Since Ca in the AZ61 magnesium alloy precipitated as Al2Ca, the hot-rolled magnesium alloys AZ31, AZ61, and AZX611 were used. High temperature compression was conducted at 723 K, the strain rate 0.05/s and 0.005/s and the true strain up to −1.0. Dynamic recrystallization was observed in each specimen and the Ca-free alloys showed dislocation glide at high strain rates and solute drag at low strain rates. When the dislocation glide dominated, basal texture was strengthened. In contrast, solute drag caused non-basal texture development. Precipitation hardening caused AZ61 to have higher flow stress than those of the Ca-free alloys by the PSN effect; its texture was observed separately because the PSN grain growth around the precipitation and orientation was specific, similar to the one developed at the solute atom drag.  相似文献

To increase the durability and seismic resilience of coastal bridges, a hybrid reinforced concrete (HRC) bridge that incorporates both glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars and steel bars is proposed. The time-dependent seismic performance of the HRC bridge is comprehensively investigated at three levels, namely the material, bridge column and bridge structure levels. First, the decrease of tensile strength of GFRP bars over time is analyzed based on the Arrhenius theory, and corrosion initiation time and performance deterioration of steel bars are determined by Fick’s second law and an empirical formula. Second, an efficient finite element modeling method for aging HRC bridge columns is proposed. Simulation of the compression/tension behavior and the fracture failure of the GFRP bar is described. Hysteretic analysis is further conducted to investigate the time-dependent energy dissipation, ductility, residual displacement, bearing capacity and post-yield stiffness ratio. Meanwhile, comparisons of HRC bridge columns to reinforced concrete (RC) references are provided. Third, the seismic demand and damage evolution of deteriorated HRC bridge structures are investigated through dynamic time-history analysis. The results indicate that the corrosion-resistant GFRP bars contribute to improving the bearing capacity and to reducing the residual displacement of the HRC bridge. With an increase in service time, the seismic damage to the bridge column, abutment and expansion bearing increases, but the damage to fixed bearing decreases. Research results presented herein show that the HRC bridge is a promising alternative structure scheme in the marine environment.  相似文献
