瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合丙泊酚、多沙普仑用于无痛人流术的临床观察 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
目的 观察多沙普仑对瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合丙泊酚用于人工流产手术麻醉效果及呼吸、循环的影响。方法 120例ASAⅠ级自愿接受无痛人流术患者,随机分为两组,每组60例,分别给予瑞芬太尼靶控输注(效应室浓度2ng/ml)+丙泊酚1mg/kg(Ⅰ组)或瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚+多沙普仑0.6mg/kg(Ⅱ组)观察麻醉效果及呼吸、循环的变化。结果 两组麻醉效果好,脑电双频指数无明显差异;诱导时间、苏醒时间无显著性差异(P〉0.05),Ⅰ组呼吸频率、脉搏血氧饱和度、平均动脉血压、心率与Ⅱ组相比在意识消失时、扩宫时、宫内吸引时有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 多沙普仑可减弱无痛人流术中瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合丙泊酚麻醉的呼吸循环抑制作用,而对其麻醉效应无影响。 相似文献

The effects of low-dose doxapram (0.5 mg kg−1 h−1 ) in combination with caffeine were evaluated on apnoea frequency following weaning from mechanical ventilation, and on blood pressure, in very low birthweight (BW) premature infants. Twenty-nine infants with BW <1250 g, gestational age at birth (GA) <34 weeks and postnatal age <5 d, who required minimal respiratory support, were included. Following randomization, they received a loading dose of caffeine citrate and a continuous infusion of doxapram (doxapram, n = 14) or placebo ( n = 15) was started. They were extubated 8 h after starting the infusion, which was continued for 5 d. During this period, weaning was well tolerated in both groups, apnoeas occurred less frequently and there was a greater increase in systolic blood pressure in infants treated with doxapram than in controls. Plasma doxapram levels were also higher than expected. It is therefore suggested that doxapram, even at low doses, should not be used during the first few days of life. Careful monitoring of blood pressure is required if doxapram is used later. 相似文献

AIM: To examine the relation of doxapram to a developmental score achieved by a structured telephone interview in a group of extremely-preterm-born children. METHODS: Parents of 88 children born extremely preterm were contacted by telephone and interviewed by a structured questionnaire (R-PDQ) when the corrected age of their child was 9-15 mo. RESULTS: We found that doxapram treatment was associated with a deficit in age-adjusted R-PDQ score.CONCLUSION: Doxapram may have a negative effect on neurodevelopmental outcome. 相似文献

Central nervous system stimulants can cause changes in body temperature and changes in susceptibility to high levels of radiofrequency radiation (RFR). In the present study, the effects of the central nervous system stimulant, doxapram, on thermal responses to 2.8 GHz pulsed RFR were examined in anaesthetized rats. During intermittent exposure to an average power density of 60 mW/cm2, doxapram significantly increased the time required for temperature to return to the pre-exposure level when irradiation was discontinued. When exposure was continued until lethal temperatures resulted, doxapram administration caused no significant change in survival time when compared to saline controls. Thus, although the drug decreased thermoregulatory efficiency during intermittent exposure to RFR, no change in susceptibility to terminal RFR exposure was observed. 相似文献

目的:探讨血中尼群地平的测定方法。方法:以毛细管气相色谱法、电子捕获检测器、无分流进样测定血浆中尼群地平。使用SE-54石英毛细管柱。血浆样品用甲苯提取,硝苯地平为内标。结果:尼群地平与内标、血浆杂质分离良好,尼群地平血浆浓度在5~80ng·ml-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9987,回收率101.5%~103.4%,RSD<6%。结论:本法可用于血中尼群地平的测定 相似文献

目的:研究汉族和回族健康受试者单次静脉滴注盐酸多沙普仑后的药动学。方法:回族和汉族健康受试者各10名,单次静脉滴注盐酸多沙普仑50 mg,定时采血,用HPLC法测定多沙普仑血药浓度,DAS 2.0软件计算药动学参数。结果:回族受试者的主要药动学参数为:cmax(1.48±0.46)μg/mlt、1/2β(3.91±2.05)h、Vd(1.35±0.45)L/kg、AUC0~12(3.02±0.56)μg·h·ml-1、AUC0~∞(3.49±0.73)μg·h·ml-1。汉族受试者的主要药动学参数为:cmax(1.55±0.52)μg/mlt、1/2β(3.87±2.17)h、Vd(1.35±0.96)L/kg、AUC0~12(3.51±1.26)μg·h·ml-1、AUC0~∞(4.06±1.44)μg·h·ml-1。结论:经统计学分析,回族和汉族健康受试者单次静脉滴注盐酸多沙普仑后药动学参数的差异无统计学意义。 相似文献
