目的:对妇科急腹症患者进行临床分析,并对护理工作进行探讨和观察。方法此次临床研究主要以东莞市人民医院2011年1月~2012年1月收治的180例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行临床分析,并制定相关的护理措施,对所有患者的临床效果进行观察。结果经临床研究结果显示,患者临床表现以下腹部痛为主要症状,患者合并一系列其他临床表现。疾病种类主要包括肿瘤并发症、内出血性疾病以及感染性疾病等,所有患者经过治疗和护理,均全部出院,无死亡病例。结论经临床研究结果表明,妇科急腹症临床表现较为典型,医护人员需要加大诊治力度,同时制定相关的护理方案,提高患者的存活率以及康复率。 相似文献

In response to the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) pandemic of 2003 and the influenza pandemic of 2009, many countries instituted border measures as a means of stopping or slowing the spread of disease. The measures, usually consisting of a combination of border entry/exit screening, quarantine, isolation, and communications, were resource intensive, and modeling and observational studies indicate that border screening is not effective at detecting infectious persons. Moreover, border screening has high opportunity costs, financially and in terms of the use of scarce public health staff resources during a time of high need. We discuss the border-screening experiences with SARS and influenza and propose an approach to decision-making for future pandemics. We conclude that outbreak-associated communications for travelers at border entry points, together with effective communication with clinicians and more effective disease control measures in the community, may be a more effective approach to the international control of communicable diseases. 相似文献

Coxsackievirus B (CVB) is a significant pathogen that causes pediatric central nervous system disease with acute syndromes commonly. The onset of its infection was abrupt, and after recovery there usually will be severe mental sequelae. The disease model for research was not established by the way of natural infection, although there are various investigations about the CVB-induced central nervous system (CNS) diseases. Thus, we have established an acute neonatal CNS disease mice model by CVB orally infecting. This model imitated the natural infection route and focuses the onset of CNS disease, inducing severe infection and lesion in the hippocampus and cortex regions, and the stability of the model was demonstrated. A pathology score system was developed for quantitative pathology analysis, which standardizes the CNS pathology analysis by statistics analysis. By this model, the track of CVB penetrating the blood brain barrier in vivo has been captured. One of the experimental strains CVB3/Macocy, as a new variant, was isolated, and its genomic RNA was cloned. According to its nucleotide sequence, we have characterized its genomic structure and defined its genotype. Based on the sequence, some mutations which do not change the CVB-induced CNS damage have been found. The model is an effective tool for studies on CVB-induced CNS diseases. 相似文献

Acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) is a biologically complex, molecularly and clinically heterogeneous disease. Despite major advances in understanding the genetic landscape of AML and its impact on the pathophysiology and biology of the disease, standard treatment options have not significantly changed during the past three decades. AML is characterized by multiple somatically acquired mutations that affect genes of different functional categories. Mutations in genes encoding epigenetic modifiers, such as DNMT3A, ASXL1, TET2, IDH1, and IDH2, are commonly acquired early and are present in the founding clone. By contrast, mutations involving NPM1 or signalling molecules (e.g., FLT3, RAS gene family) are typically secondary events that occur later during leukaemogenesis. This review aims to provide an overview of advances in new prognostic markers, including targetable mutations that will probably guide the development and use of novel molecularly targeted therapies. 相似文献

Simultaneous measurements of pulmonary oxygen consumption (VO2), carbon dioxide exhalation (VCO2) and phosphorus magnetic resonance spectroscopy (31P–MRS) are valuable in physiological studies to evaluate muscle metabolism during specific loads. Therefore, the aim of this study was to adapt a commercially available spirometric device to enable measurements of VO2 and VCO2 whilst simultaneously performing 31P–MRS at 3 T. Volunteers performed intense plantar flexion of their right calf muscle inside the MR scanner against a pneumatic MR‐compatible pedal ergometer. The use of a non‐magnetic pneumotachograph and extension of the sampling line from 3 m to 5 m to place the spirometric device outside the MR scanner room did not affect adversely the measurements of VO2 and VCO2. Response and delay times increased, on average, by at most 0.05 s and 0.79 s, respectively. Overall, we were able to demonstrate a feasible ventilation response (VO2 = 1.05 ± 0.31 L/min; VCO2 = 1.11 ± 0.33 L/min) during the exercise of a single calf muscle, as well as a good correlation between local energy metabolism and muscular acidification (τPCr fast and pH; R2 = 0.73, p < 0.005) and global respiration (τPCr fast and VO2; R2 = 0.55, p = 0.01). Nephrolithiasis causes severe pain and is a highly recurrent pathophysiological state. Calcium-containing stones, specifically calcium oxalate (CaOx), is the most common type accounting for approximately 75 % of stone composition. Genetic predisposition, gender, geographic region, diet, and low fluid intake all contribute to disease pathogenesis. However, exposure to environmental pollutants as a contribution to kidney stone formation remains insufficiently studied. Lead (Pb2+) is of particular interest as epidemiological data indicate that low-level exposure (BLL = 0.48–3.85 μM) confers a 35 % increased risk of developing CaOx nephrolithiasis. However, mechanisms underlying this association have yet to be elucidated. Drosophila melanogaster provide a useful genetic model where major molecular pathophysiological pathways can be efficiently studied. Malpighian tubules (MT) were isolated from either Wild-Type or InsP3R knockdown flies and treated with oxalate (5 mM) ± Pb2+ (2μM) for 1 h. Following exposure, MTs were imaged and crystals quantified. CaOx crystal number and total area were significantly increased (˜5-fold) in Pb2+(pre-treatment) + oxalate-exposed MTs when compared to oxalate alone controls. However, CaOx crystal number and total crystal area in Pb2+ + oxalate-exposed InsP3R knockdown MTs were significantly decreased (˜3-fold) indicating the role for principal cell-specific InsP3R-mediated Ca2+ mobilization as a mechanism for Pb2+-induced increases in CaOx crystallization inset model of nephrolithiasis. 相似文献
