钩端螺旋体核糖体提取物免疫保护作用的研究

作者对核糖体现有的制备方法进行了部分改进,从黄疸出血群赖型017株钩体中成功地制备了核糖体提取物。该提取物经SPA-ELISA 证实具有免疫原性,对40只受试豚鼠的保护试验结果表明,核糖体提取物对同型毒株的攻击具有明显的保护作用;结果还证明核糖体提取物能诱导机体的体液免疫反应。     

基于MATLAB胎儿心电实时显示

文章介绍了从母亲体中采集到的心电信号，利用MATLAB软件对采集到的心电信号进行准确的数据实时处理，分离出胎儿心电（ECG）信号，实验结果表明，这种方法有一定的实用性。

Effects of hydroxocobalamin on rat cardiac papillary muscle

Hydroxocobalamin is a rapid and powerful antidote in acute cyanide poisoning. The effects of hydroxocobalamin (0.1, 0.3, and 1 mM) on intrinsic myocardial contractility were studied on isolated rat cardiac papillary muscles (n=10). Whatever the concentration, hydroxocobalamin did not modify the active isometric force and a slight increase in maximum unloaded shortening velocity was noted at 1 mM. Only 0.3 mM significantly impaired contraction-relaxation coupling under low load, suggesting a slight decrease in sarcoplasmic reticulum function. No changes in contraction relaxation coupling under heavy load were noted, suggesting the lack of modification of myofilament calcium sensitivity. These results suggest that hydroxocobalamin does not induce noticeable changes in intrinsic myocardial contractility. An indirect mechanism might be involved in the previously reported decrease in cardiac function at supratherapeutic concentrations of hydroxocobalamin.     

Application of median-effect in quantitative analysis of antitumor drugs in vitro

Objective: To analyze quantitatively the synergistic and antagonistic effects of combined oxymatrine (OMT) and 5-fluorouracil (5-GU) on a cell line of human liver cancer (HepG2) with median-effect principle in vitro. Methods: The median-effect principle and MTT method were used in the quantitative analysis of effects of the two drugs. Results: Cytotoxic activity of the individual drugs enhanced as drug concentration increased. As fa=0.41, a CI equal to 1 indicated additivity; fa<0.41, a CI less than 1 indicated synergy; and fa>0.41, a CI greater than 1 indicated antagonism. The sequence of administration did not influence the cytotoxic activity of the combined antitumor drugs. The ratio of drug concentration was a factor that can influence the killing effect. Conclusion: The combined drugs interaction (CI<1) was synergistic at lower concentration and antagonistic at higher concentration. 喂饲泵应用的临床观察及护理

目的 探讨用喂饲泵行肠内营养摄入的临床应用价值。方法 实验组30例采用喂饲泵控制肠内营养液的滴入速度，对照组采用传统方法，用20ml或50ml注射器灌注营养液，观察两组并发症的发生情况，所得量化指标进行卡方检验。结果实验组其返流、呕吐、腹胀、吸入性肺炎的发生率明显低于对照组。结论应用喂饲泵行肠内营养的摄入，可有效预防并发症的发生。     

Conformations of neurotensin in solution and in membrane environments studied by 2-D NMR spectroscopy

Two-dimensional HOHAHA and ROESY nuclear magnetic resonance techniques are used to obtain complete proton resonance assignments and to perform a conformational investigation of the neuropeptide neurotensin (pGlu-Leu-Tyr-Glu-Asn-Lys-Pro-Arg-Arg-Pro-Tyr-Ile-Leu) in aqueous solution, methanol, and membrane-mimetic [deuterated sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS)] environments. Results suggest the absence of discernible elements of secondary structure in water and methanol. ROESY spectra confirm that Lys-Pro and Arg-Pro peptide bonds are all-trans, but that a significant population of cis Arg-Pro bonds arises in aqueous solution, which increases in the environment of SDS micelles. The conformational ensemble of the peptide is observed to narrow as it becomes bound through its cationic mid-region to SDS micelles, with the accompanying advent of local extended structure. The overall results indicate the inherent conformational flexibility of neurotensin, and emphasize the environmental dependence of conformation in peptides of medium length.     

Die Bedeutung der Anastomosen in der Lunge bei Mikroembolie

Zusammenfassung Die Bedeutung der Anastomosen zwischen Arteria pulmonalis und Arteria bronchialis und der davon abgehenden arterio-venösen Anastomosen für die Mikroembolie in der Lunge wird dargestellt. Da bei Luftembolie nur sehr selten eine Mikroembolie zustande kommt, müssen für den Übertritt kleiner Luftblasen über die genannten Anastomosen in die Vena bronchialis besondere Verhältnisse gegeben sein. Der Druck in der Arteria bronchialis muß abfallen, so daß über eine Strömungsumkehr Blut und damit möglicherweise auch kleine Luftblasen aus der Arteria pulmonalis über die genannten Anastomosen in die Vena pulmonalis gelangen können.Nach einem Vortrag, gehalten auf der 65.
