目的探讨早产儿血清表皮生长因子水平与脑发育的关系。方法依据入选标准观察对象为自2005年8月起连续收治入本院新生儿病房、出生24h内的胎龄为34周±3d的“正常”早产适于胎龄儿30例。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法,分别测定30例早产儿生后24h内和出生第8天空腹股静脉血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平,分别为t0和t1值,计算血清EGF浓度变化的速率(Δt)。同时,在新生儿出生后6周(纠正胎龄接近40周)和纠正1月龄时进行NBNA评分测定。并将以上实验室数据与新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)评分值及差值、早产儿出生后的头围增长值及增长速率进行Pearson相关分析。如果P值<0.05,则认为差有统计学意义。结果30例早产儿观察对象t0为(234.71±58.07)pg/ml,t1为(347.81±87.49)pg/ml,Δt为(16.16±9.94)(12.14、15.20)pg/ml/d;Pearson相关分析显示2次NBNA评分结果及差值、出生后6周和纠正1月龄时的头围增长值/增长速率与t0值无相关性(P>0.05);2次NBNA评分结果及差值、出生后6周和纠正1月龄时的头围增长值/增长速率与t1和Δt之间有相关性(P<0.05)。结论研究结果表明,早产儿出生后血清EGF浓度呈上升趋势,提示早产儿出生后体内EGF合成和释放增加,可能促进脏器成熟和组织修复;更重要的是,早产儿出生1周时高水平血清EGF浓度和/或较快上升速率者,其出生后头围增长速度也快,可能有较好的脑发育水平、远期预后良好。 相似文献

Summary We determined the effects of the N-methyl-Daspartate (NMDA) receptor blocker MK-801 (0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 mg/kg intraperitoneally, i.p.) and phenytoin (PHT, 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg i.p.) on flurothyl-induced clonic and tonic-clonic seizures in 9-, 1 5, 30-, and 60-day-old male rats. Both agents had seizure-, age-, and dose-specific effects. The highest dose of MK-801 was anticonvulsant against clonic flurothyl-induced seizures only in 9- and 60-day-old rats, but suppressed tonic-clonic seizures in all ages. The lowest dose of MK-801 (0.05 mg/kg) produced significant anticonvulsant effects only in 15 day old rats. PHT did not have any effect on clonic seizures throughout development. Both doses of PHT (10 and 20 mg/kg) were anticonvulsant against tonic-clonic seizures in adult rats but not in any other age group. The results indicate that NMDA receptors play an important role in tonic-clonic flurothyl-induced seizures throughout development (especially in 15-day-old rats) and that the anticonvulsant effects of PHT may vary at different stages of brain development. 相似文献

Women's life situation and experiences during pregnancy were prospectively studied in relationship to the development of congenital malformations (CMs) in their offspring, within samples of 84 offspring of pregnant index women with a history of nonorganic psychosis and 100 offspring of pregnant control women. Within both samples, offspring CMs were related to more problematic maternal life situations during pregnancy, the common denominator in these problems across samples being difficulties associated with the husband. Little relationship was found between CMs and the woman's own attitude toward the pregnancy or her mental condition during pregnancy. In both groups, total life situational problems and distress were more strongly related to the development of very minor CMs (termed "variants") than to the major, classical CMs. 相似文献

目的 探讨类比思维结合创设乐学情境教学在眼科护理实习教学中的应用研究。方法 选取2020年10月至2022年1月在空军军医大学第一附属医院西京医院眼科实习的90名护生作为研究对象。按照不同的教学方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组45名护生采用常规教学,观察组45名护生采用类比思维结合创设乐学情境教学。评估两组护生的综合考核成绩、教学效果调查问卷及学生对带教教师的总满意度。采用SPSS 22.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果 观察组护生的理论知识考核成绩[(85.39±1.57) vs. (84.41±1.34)]、护理技能考核成绩[(87.52±0.04) vs. (82.64±0.05)均高于对照组;观察组护生的眼科护理工作中的用药安全意识、专业兴趣与自主学习性提升、协作组织能力增强、独立思考和自主学习能力提升、达到多学科知识融会贯通的目的、信息量与知识面改善、临床思维沟通交流能力增强、理论知识灵活应用、动手操作能力提高、培养创新意识各个方面评分均优于对照组;带教教师对学生学习态度、语言表达、呼唤沟通能力、独立解决问题能力等方面的评价,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 类比思维结合创设乐学情境教学能提高护生的平均考核成绩和护理技能考核成绩,能改善学生对带教教师的满意度。 相似文献

Bacterial resistance to antibiotics in community-acquired respiratory tract infections is a serious problem and is increasing in prevalence world-wide at an alarming rate. Streptococcus pneumoniae , one of the main organisms implicated in respiratory tract infections, has developed multiple resistance mechanisms to combat the effects of most commonly used classes of antibiotics, particularly the β -lactams (penicillin, aminopenicillins and cephalosporins) and macrolides. Furthermore, multidrug-resistant strains of S. pneumoniae have spread to all regions of the world, often via resistant genetic clones. A similar spread of resistance has been reported for other major respiratory tract pathogens, including Haemophilus influenzae , Moraxella catarrhalis and Streptococcus pyogenes . To develop and support resistance control strategies it is imperative to obtain accurate data on the prevalence, geographic distribution and antibiotic susceptibility of respiratory tract pathogens and how this relates to antibiotic prescribing patterns. In recent years, significant progress has been made in developing longitudinal national and international surveillance programs to monitor antibiotic resistance, such that the prevalence of resistance and underlying trends over time are now well documented for most parts of Europe, and many parts of Asia and the Americas. However, resistance surveillance data from parts of the developing world (regions of Central America, Africa, Asia and Central/Eastern Europe) remain poor. The quantity and quality of surveillance data is very heterogeneous; thus there is a clear need to standardize or validate the data collection, analysis and interpretative criteria used across studies. If disseminated effectively these data can be used to guide empiric antibiotic therapy, and to support—and monitor the impact of—interventions on antibiotic resistance. 相似文献

Metabolic pathways leading to lipid biosynthesis in four different developmental stages of Schistosoma mansoni were explored and quantified by incubation in the presence of labeled precursors in a chemically defined medium. At the schistosomulum stage and in male, female, or paired worms, glycerol and oleate incorporation into neutral lipids, mainly in the form of triacylglycerols, was greater than into phospholipids, whereas in 11-and 15-day-old worms, synthesis mainly led to phospholipids. Incorporation into phospholipids was recovered largely in phosphatidylcholine, and distribution into other phospholipids depended on the developmental stage. Incorporation of choline and ethanolamine into their respective phospholipids represented up to 15% of the parasitic phospholipid content. The formation of phosphatidylcholine by phosphatidylethanolamine methylation occurred mainly in the immature parasitic stages. Inositol incorporation was also measurable, whereas [14C]serine incorporation was low or undetectable. Addition of 1-palmitoyl-2-[14C]oleyl phosphatidylcholine revealed a very high uptake of this phospholipid by the immature stages but further metabolism was not detectable. In contrast, adult S. mansoni were completely unable to take up or absorb this exogenous phospholipid. The most striking aspect of this study was the relatively high metabolic activity in 11-day-old worms and the lower but sustained activity on day 15 and at the schistosomulum stage. By comparison, biosynthetic activity in adult S. mansoni, on which research studies have been focused until now, was very low.
