颅骨生长性骨折的诊断及治疗

一、资料与方法 　　男3例,女1例,年龄5～12岁,患者均有颅脑外伤病史.受伤原因：自高处坠落摔伤3例,砸伤1例,合并脑挫裂伤1例,合并头皮裂伤2例.均以颅脑外伤后头部膨隆包块畸形就诊,枕部2例,顶部1例,额部1例,其中合并癫痫1例.所有患者行CT及MRI检查提示均有颅骨缺损伴脑膨出.全部采用手术治疗,一般选用患处马蹄形切口.     

Expression of CⅡTA Gene in Five Human Malignant Hematological Cell Lines and Its Significance

The role of MHC class Ⅱ transactivator (CⅡTA) in constitutive or IFN-γ inducib|e expression of HLA molecules in human malignant hematological cell lines was investigated. The expression of HLA molecules and CⅡTA protein was detected by Western blot, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. The expression of CⅡTA gene was determined by RT-PCR. The capability of peripheral blood T cell reaction stimulated by tumor cells was monitored by mixed lymphocyte reaction. It was found that the HLA Ⅱ-positive tumor cells expressed the CⅡTA quite well, andthe expression of HLA Ⅰ＋Ⅱ was increased in the tumor cells with constitutive or inducible expression of CⅡTA after induced by IFN-γ. The tumor cells which did not express CⅡTA after in-duced by IFN-γ were not response to the expression of HLA Ⅱ promoted by IFN-γ. It suggests a correlation between the inability of some malignant hematological cell lines in response to IFN-γ for HLA expression and the deficiency in the inducible expression of CⅡTA, indicating CⅡTA might take part in the regu|ation of HLA Ⅰ＋Ⅱ expression in the tumor cells, which might p|ay an important role in tumor immunologic escape.     

人端粒酶逆转录酶在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用

寻找有效的抗原表位是近期肿瘤免疫治疗的热点．人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)的免疫学特性使其成为肿瘤免疫治疗中一个吸引人的目标。从人和鼠系统获得的数据证实，细胞毒淋巴细胞(CTL)能识别hTERT特异的肽并杀死多种组织类型hTERT表达的肿瘤细胞。由于hTERT在人肿瘤组织中的广泛表达，在极少正常组织的低水平表达，临床试验已开始检验将hTERT作为肿瘤免疫治疗目标的可行程度。近期树突状细胞(DC)转运系统及其相关技术的发展和成熟提供了一个快速有效筛选抗原肽的方法。     

吸烟与肺癌p53基因突变相关性研究进展

从吸烟与肺癌的关系、肺癌p53基因突变、吸烟与肺癌p53基因突变的相关性研究等方面进行阐述，对吸烟患肺癌P53基因突变的频率和类型、吸烟与肺癌P53基因突变存在的量效关系、密切相关、相关、不确定和无关等内容进行了综述，以期对我国开展这些工作有所启示。     

多发性骨髓瘤髓外多脏器浸润1例

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)系浆细胞系的恶性肿瘤．肿瘤细胞主要波及骨髓，并分越异常单克隆免疫球蛋白。MM以髓外脏器为首发浸润者，易造成误、漏诊。本院近期收治1例以眼球、甲状腺、腹壁等多脏器部位为首发症状的MM，现报道如下：     

肾细胞癌伴静脉癌栓15例临床分析

１９８５～１９９４年治疗肾细胞癌伴静脉癌栓１５例。按癌栓水平分为肾型１０例，肝下型４例，肝上型１例。Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查总确诊率７３％。手术１４例均完整取出癌栓，术后１３例接受５－ＦＵ加ＭＭＣ方案化疗。随访３个月～５年，１例肝下型和２例肾型无瘤存活分别３６、４３、５２个月，余均在术后２年内死亡。认为Ｂ超与ＣＴ互补应用可基本确诊静脉癌栓，除肝上型和已有血管壁浸润者外大部分癌栓可采用松解游离同时渐渐拉出的方式取出，癌栓水平除肝上型外对预后影响不大。     

Effect of Pesticides on Growth or Rhizobia and Their Host Plants During Symbiosis

Effect of various pesticides(insecticides,fungicides and herbicides)has been studied on growth and efficiency of symbiotic properties of 3 fast growing Rhizobuium sp.under green house conditions.The results reveales adverse effects on plant growth and nitrogen fixing capactity as measured by dry weight and totoal nitrogen content of plants infected with pesticide treated Rhizobium.Of the pesticides terbicides were found to be more effective on the above parameters than the insecticides and fungicides.     

河南省产大黄的鉴别应用

河南省产有正品、伪品大黄，其原植物的来源计两属八种。本文就其临床作用与其原植物的形态、药材性状做了鉴别，提出了临床上应鉴别应用大黄。     

特应性皮炎的环境因素

特应性皮炎是一常见疾病，病因尚不明。文中综述了特应性皮炎发病的有关环境因素。孕龄、出生时体重和出生顺序、金黄色葡萄球菌和病毒感染、变压原、屋尘螨和宠物、食物过敏、哺乳、饮用水硬度、居住地、社会地位及生活方式、物理和化学刺激物、空气污染、压力等因素与特应性皮炎的发病有关。
