目的 设计以问题为中心的病案小组讨论教学法,在临床核医学核素治疗见习的教学实践中进行验证和评价。方法 总结近几年在临床核医学见习带教中的问题与缺陷;以病案引入问题,教师引导,进行小组讨论;评价教学效果。结果 临床核医学及其教学具有不同于其它临床学科的鲜明特点和规律;经改革的教案,收到学生和教师的良好反馈。结论 以问题为中心的病案小组讨论教学法,切合临床核医学见习实际,有效可行。  相似文献

Medical students on the radiology elective in our institution create electronic presentations to present to each other as part of the requirements for the rotation. Access was given to previous students presentations via the web-based system, Medical Imaging Resource Center (MIRC) project, created and supported by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). RadPix Power 2 MIRC (Weadock Software, LLC, Ann Arbor, MI) software converted the Microsoft PowerPoint (Redmond, WA) presentations to a MIRC-compatible format. The textual information on each slide is searchable across the entire MIRC database. Future students will be able to benefit from the work of their predecessors.  相似文献

National Taiwan University College of Medicine (NTUCM) introduced small groups of teaching and basic-clinical integrated courses for medical students in 1992. By using computer network and multimedia techniques, this study tried to overcome barriers to learning in small group teaching. The Department of Medical Informatics of NTUCM established campus networking and computer classrooms and provided Internet and intranet network services including mail, netnews, bulletin board systems (BBS), world wide web (WWW), gopher, ftp and local file servers. To implement an interactive learning environment, the authors first tried mail lists, newsgroups and BBS. Next an integrated learning system prototype on the WWW was developed to provide functions including online syllabus, discussion boards simulated to BBS, online talk, interactive case studies, virtual classroom with video on demand (VOD) and Internet medical resources. The results showed that after the medical students completed the required course of medical informatics and had good network access using a network to communicate with each other became a daily practice. In the future, the system will extend to the tutoring of clinical practice and continuing medical education. The authors expect a national medical education network and more international cooperation and exchange.  相似文献

For the benefit of the first-year gross anatomy students, we digitized and published on a Web site images that had been collected over a 30-year period. We provided a CD-ROM (compact disk, read-only media) containing the image set in higher quality format to students and faculty. We supplemented basic images with hot topics such as CT angiography, virtual colonography, computer-aided diagnosis, and 3D post-processing. Full motion video and moving JPEG (Joint Photo Expert Group) animations were integrated into the atlas. On the post course questionnaire medical students reported that the images on CD-ROM were helpful during the course and for review prior to examinations. Faculty and medical students used the CD-ROM for problem-based learning sections and facilitator training. The images were clear and easily projected during review sessions and were useful for the small group sessions, where they served as examples of normal anatomy.  相似文献

(1)目的 探讨21世纪高级医学人才的素质教育及实施的途径。(2)方法 根据21世纪医学和社会发展的需要,分析了21世纪高级医学人才的素质及实施素质教育的基本途径。(3)结果 21世纪高级医学人才要掌握高新技术,拥有广博的知识和坚实的医学基础,具有创新精神和开拓能力,对具体工作具有较强的适应性。转变教育思想,调整新的医学教育课程结构和优化课程内容体系,建立一支适应素质教育需要的师资队伍,创建校园精神文明和营造素质教育氛围是实施素质教育的基本途径。(4)结论 21世纪需要高素质医学人才,转变教育思想和观念,优化课程体系和教学内容、构建新的人才培养模式是实施素质教育的基本途径。  相似文献

Summary. The University Centre for Health Sciences (UCHS) or as it is referred to in French ‘Centre Universitaire des Sciences de la Santé’ (CUSS), became functional in 1969 with the enrolment of the first group of students. The objective of this training programme was to produce a scientifically sound, multipurpose doctor who would be fully operational in a rural setting with minimal equipment and supplies ( Monekosso 1970, 1972 ). The graduate had to be able to adapt readily to new situations and improvise whenever possible, calling for a high degree of competence and initiative. The training strategies adopted by UCHS in 1969 which met this requirement were later found to be in close concordance with the tenets of the World Conference on Medical Education held in Edinburgh in 1988, the Edinburgh Declaration. While some of the terminology may not have been worked out at the time, the programme developed embraced some new concepts hitherto untried or undeveloped:
  • — the problem-solving approach in the first to the sixth year;
  • — an integrated teaching approach during the first to sixth year of medical training;
  • — an integrated medicine internship in district hospitals in the sixth year;
  • — a community-based training approach throughout the training;
  • — team training of three different health professionals;
  • — competency-based training;
  • — health services linked research;
  • — health services linked training ( Monekosso & Quenum 1978 ).
The concordance of this programme to the Edinburgh Declaration is of great interest in realizing the World Federation for Medical Education programme and implementing the Edinburgh Declaration. The involvement of the three innovative medical schools in the planning stage of the curriculum explains this concordance.  相似文献
