目的 探讨目标管理引导多模式教学在规培护生带教中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法将2019年4月至2020年4月某三甲医院肿瘤内科39名规培护生作为对照组,采用常规带教;2020年6月至2021年6月肿瘤内科40名规培护生作为试验组,应用目标管理引导多模式教学。研究两组理论及操作考核成绩、教学满意度、评判性思维能力及护患沟通能力的差异。应用SPSS 20.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果 试验组理论考试[(86.17±3.74)vs.(83.92±4.93)]及操作考核成绩[(92.83±2.19)vs.(90.74±3.52)] 均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学满意度高于对照组[(46.10±2.96)vs.(42.67±2.45)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评判性思维方面,求知欲和分析能力方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护患沟通能力方面,除收集信息差异无统计学意义外,其余差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目标管理引导多模式教学可提高规培护生理论及操作技能能力、护患沟通能力及教学满意度。  相似文献

With adolescents and young adults constituting a large percentage of sexually transmitted infection cases in the United States, providers serving this population are often required to manage suspected and confirmed cases. Unique presentations may prove challenging when considering empiric treatment, possible diagnostic culprits, and management of patients at risk for loss to follow-up. Additionally, concerns regarding the appropriateness of human immunodeficiency virus pre-exposure or postexposure prophylaxis can confound care strategies. This case describes an atypical encounter involving a college student. It highlights the importance of prompt and effective care of genitourinary complaints in college health settings.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo provide an updated evaluation of radiology residency program websites in light of virtual interviewing during the COVID-19 pandemic and encourage programs to improve the quality of their online website presence.MethodsWe evaluated the websites of 197 US radiology residency programs between November and December 2021 for the presence or absence of 30 metrics. The metrics chosen are those considered important by applicants when choosing a program and have been used in other similar papers.ResultsOf the 197 programs, 192 (97.5%) had working websites. The average radiology residency website had 16 of 30 (54%) metrics listed on their websites. Five programs did not have accessible websites and were not included in the analysis. The most comprehensive website had 29 of 30 (97%) of metrics listed and the least comprehensive website had 2 of 30 (7%). There is a statistically significant difference in website comprehensiveness between top 20 and non–top 20 radiology program websites.ConclusionAlthough radiology residency program websites have generally become more comprehensive over time, there is still room for improvement, especially in times of virtual interviews when residency applicants are becoming more and more reliant on program websites to gain essential information about a program. Some key areas to include are diversity and inclusion initiatives, resident wellness, applicant information, program benefits, and showcase of people in the program.  相似文献

Abstract

Sleep problems are highly prevalent among young adults and affect different aspects of their quality of life. In this study, the authors aimed to investigate the young adults' coping strategies for these sleep disturbances and the effectiveness of the coping strategies upon sleep quality and daytime sleepiness. The subjects included 1,922 first-year college students, 44% of whom reported experiencing sleep problems, with insufficient sleep being the most common complaint (23.9%). Taking naps and adjusting sleep schedules were the coping strategies associated with better sleep quality. On the other hand, subjects who reported attempting a sleep-promoting activity, ignoring their sleep problems altogether, or trying unsuccessfully to find a way of coping with their sleep problems reported a poorer sleep quality. Although some coping strategies were associated with better sleep quality than others, the levels of daytime sleepiness were equally impaired in all coping groups to a degree that is equivalent to the sleepiness in patients with a moderate sleep-related breathing disorder.  相似文献

Objective

Attachment style and emotional intelligence (EI) have been highlighted as potential factors influencing the variation in medical students’ and doctors’ patient–provider communication (PPC), particularly in relation to emotive issues. The objective of this review is to systematically review and synthesise the published literature relating to the influence of medical students’ and/or doctors’ attachment style and EI on their PPC.

Methods

Electronic and hand searches were conducted to identify all published literature relating to the aim of the review. Data were narratively synthesised.

Results

1597 studies were identified. 14 were included in the review, of which 5 assessed the influence of attachment style and 9 assessed the influence of EI on PPC. No studies assessed the impact of both attachment style and EI on PPC.

Conclusion

Whilst tentative links were found between both PPC and both attachment style and EI, heterogeneity in study design, predictor variables and outcome measures made drawing conclusions difficult.

Practice implications

More research is needed to assess the influence of both attachment style and EI on PPC.  相似文献
