带血管蒂舟骨瓣移位术的应用解剖

目的:为治疗距骨骨折提供新术式的解剖学基础.方法:在30侧灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本上,对舟骨背侧面形态、血供来源进行观测.结果:舟骨背侧面动脉主要来自内踝前动脉、跗内侧动脉以及足底内侧动脉浅支,分别发3～5支、1～3支和1～2支外径在0.2～1.0mm之间的骨膜支,形成骨膜动脉网.结论:以内踝前血管为蒂,可切取舟骨背侧2.0cm×1.0cm×0.5cm大小的骨瓣,用于距骨颈骨折修复.术式经临床应用证实,手术简便,效果可靠.     

兔眼后房型人工晶体置入后房水内丙二醛测定

应用ＴＢＡ荧光法检测了兔眼单纯晶体囊外摘除后和晶体囊外摘除并后房型人工晶体置入后房水内丙二醛含量，这二种手术后房水内丙二醛含量比正常眼显著增高（Ｐ＜０．００５，Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果提示前房内发生了脂质过氧化反应，这一发现有利于对眼内后房型人工晶体表面细胞反应及前膜形成进一步认识。     

Elevation of cell adhesion molecule immunoreactivity in the anterior cingulate cortex in bipolar disorder.

BACKGROUND: Neuroimaging reports of increases in signal hyperintensities in white and deep gray matter and other work indicate that there might be an inflammatory response in affective disorders. METHODS: The microvascular immunoreactivity of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 was measured with image analysis in postmortem tissue from the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) from 15 unipolar and 15 bipolar subjects and compared with each other and with 15 subjects with schizophrenia and 15 control subjects. RESULTS: Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 immunoreactivity in gray and white matter of the ACC in bipolar subjects was increased compared with control subjects (gray: p =.001; white: p <.001) and schizophrenic subjects (gray: p =.016; white: p =.025) and modestly increased in white matter compared with unipolar subjects (p =.049). No such differences were found in the DLPFC. CONCLUSIONS: These findings are consistent with the presence of an inflammatory response in the ACC in bipolar disorder.

Stress-Related Changes in β-Endorphin Processing: The Limitations of Slaughterhouse Material

In the sheep, unlike many other species, a significant proportion (>25%) of immunoreactive β-endorphin in the anterior pituitary is post-translationally modified to opioid-inactive, α-N-acetylated forms. In a study to determine the precise molecular nature of α-N-acetylated β-endorphin immunoreactivity, we noted a striking difference in high-performance liquid chromatography profiles of anterior pituitary extracts between sheep killed on the farm, and age-, sex- and strain-matched slaughterhouse animals. These altered patterns of a-N-acetylated β-endorphin processing were reproduced in farm animals by chronic (≤ 4 days) treatment with the synthetic glucocorticoid dexamethasone; in contrast dexamethasone had no effect on a-N-acetylated β-endorphin processing in hypothalamo-pituitary disconnected sheep. These data suggest that (1) the change in processing is a stress response, mediated by prolonged glucocorticoid exposure, (2) this effect is central, rather than a direct effect on the pituitary, and (3) the relative abundance of various peptide sequences in slaughterhouse-derived material may not reflect their abundance under more physiological conditions.     

Effects of ageing on the total number of muscle fibers and motoneurons of the tibialis anterior and soleus muscles in the rat

The age-related changes in the total number of muscle fibers and motoneurons of the tibialis anterior and soleus muscles were studied using 10-, 65-, and 135-week-old rats. The number of fast twitch muscle fibers was decreased at age 65 weeks, while the numbers of slow twitch fibers and of alpha motoneurons were decreased only later, at age 135 weeks. Therefore, the degenerative process of muscle fibers differs with the fiber type.     

Acoustic rhinometry in nasal provocation test in perennial allergic rhinitis

Acoustic rhinometry is one method to evaluate nasal geometry by an acoustic reflection technique. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in acoustic rhinometry after nasal provocation in patients with exclusively perennial allergic rhinitis. In 19 patients, acoustic rhinometry and active anterior rhinomanometry were performed before and after nasal provocation test. There was a statistically significant nasal flow reduction measured by active anterior rhinomanometry after nasal provocation (p < 0.05) and a median symptom score of four points, both indicating a positive response to nasal provocation. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant change in the values of acoustic rhinometry after nasal provocation (p > 0.05). In patients with exclusively perennial allergic rhinitis, acoustic rhinometry does not seem to significantly change after nasal provocation. In contrast, active anterior rhinomanometry values decreased significantly after nasal provocation. The presented results indicate that acoustic rhinometry does not seem to be a diagnostic method superior to active anterior rhinomanometry in this context.     

复合小梁切除术治疗青光眼效果观察

目的观察复合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的疗效。方法用青光眼复合小梁切除术54例（54眼），观察术后眼压、滤过泡及前房形成情况，随访3～24个月。结果54眼分别于术后3～15d拆除可调整缝线，术后发生浅前房3眼，发生率5．56％，眼压在18mmHg以下者52眼，控制率96．30％。结论复合小梁切除术既可避免术后早期滤过过强、眼压过低引起的并发症，又可安全的改善滤过，减少滤过区瘢痕形成，提高手术成功率。
