目的:探讨职业高校教师组织承诺在人格特征和工作倦怠间的中介效应。方法:采用简单分层加方便取样法,选取6所职业高校的500名教师,有效问卷421份采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、高校教师工作倦怠问卷(Scale for Job Burnout on Teacher in Universities and Colleges)和组织承诺问卷(OCQ)进行调查。结果:外倾性负向预测工作倦怠(β=-0.28,P<0.001),神经质和精神质正向预测工作倦怠(β=0.54,0.35;P<0.001或0.01)。组织承诺在外倾性和工作倦怠间、神经质和工作倦怠间有不完全中介效应;组织承诺在精神质和工作倦怠间有完全中介效应。结论:本研究提示组织承诺在人格特质(尤其是精神质维度)与工作倦怠之间具有中介作用。 相似文献

There are clear minimum requirements for non-clinical (toxicology) studies which are needed prior to human exposure to a potential new pharmaceutical and additional studies are needed in an ongoing manner to support clinical development and marketing [ICH, 2009. ICH M3(R2) Non-clinical safety studies for the conduct of human clinical trials and marketing authorization for pharmaceuticals (CPMP/ICH/286/95). Adopted June 2009, effective December 2009.] The pharmaceutical industry is under increasing pressure to reduce costs and reduce, refine and replace the use of animals, as far as possible. Hence any increase in regulatory requirements for non-clinical safety data could have a significant impact both on the economic and ethical considerations of drug development. It is, therefore, of interest that further non-clinical studies are required by the Regulatory Authorities for a small but increasing proportion of drug product applications at the marketing approval/data review stage. 目的:探讨军队医院科室的组织氛围对员工工作投入的影响作用。方法:随机选择3家军队中心医院工作人员共350人,共发放问卷350份,剔除无效问卷,回收有效问卷328份。运用描述性分析、因素分析法、相关分析法、回归分析法对资料进行处理。结果:军队医院中员工的工作投入情况及对科室的组织氛围,会因学历程度、职别及工作部门的不同而有差别;组织氛围各维度对员工工作投入的影响有显著性差异;强调人性化管理、关心员工的行为及良好的人际关系对提高员工工作投入有正面影响。结论:根据研究结果为军队中心医院的科室主管改善组织氛围,提升员工的工作投人提出了切实可行的建议。 相似文献

目的了解教师职业承诺与教师压力和职业倦怠的关系。方法问卷法测量了222名小学教师的职业承诺、压力和职业倦怠。结果1小学教师的职业承诺、压力和职业倦怠不存在学历、教龄、性别、职称、校别上的显著差异;2教师压力与职业倦怠之间有非常显著的正相关(r=0.516,P<0.01);3)情感承诺对压力与倦怠的调节作用呈边缘显著(β=-0.101,P=0.053),规范承诺对压力与倦怠关系的调节作用显著(β=-0.141,P=0.01)。结论职业承诺对压力和职业倦怠的关系起到一定的调节作用。 相似文献

Aims: The aim of the present study was to examine how copy organization mediated immediate recall among patients with schizophrenia using the Rey–Osterrieth Complex Figure Test (ROCF).
Methods: The Boston Qualitative Scoring System (BQSS) was applied for qualitative and quantitative analyses of ROCF performances. Subjects included 20 patients with schizophrenia and 20 age- and gender-matched healthy controls.
Results: During the copy condition, the schizophrenia group and the control group differed in fragmentation; during the immediate recall condition, the two groups differed in configural presence and planning; and during the delayed recall condition, they differed in several qualitative measurements, including configural presence, cluster presence/placement, detail presence/placement, fragmentation, planning, and neatness. The two groups also differed in several quantitative measurements, including immediate presence and accuracy, immediate retention, delayed retention, and organization. Although organizational strategies used during the copy condition mediated the difference between the two groups during the immediate recall condition, group also had a significant direct effect on immediate recall.
Conclusion: Schizophrenia patients are deficient in visual memory, and a piecemeal approach to the figure and organizational deficit seem to be related to the visual memory deficit. But schizophrenia patients also appeared to have some memory problems, including retention and/or retrieval deficits. 相似文献
