我们利用功能近红外光谱(fNIRs)技术进行肿瘤微波热消融实时组织参数测试,并探索一种新的实时疗效评估因子。选用新鲜离体猪肝作为实验标本,选用一定微波功率和时间组合进行热消融实验,利用fNIRs系统实时采集消融靶区特定位置的约化散射系数(μs’)和温度。μs’和温度随时间指数增长,测试点距微波消融针越近,μs’和温度上升越快,μs’达到一定的数值后趋于稳定,消融结束后处于稳定状态,和热消融结果比较可以确认μs’是一个较好的消融效果实时评估因子。光学参数μs’可以作为热消融的疗效评估因子,本研究将来为临床应用打下基础。  相似文献

We calculated the light absorbing potential (LAP) of hemoglobin (Hb) and myoglobin (Mb) in mammalian skeletal muscle at rest based on analysis of published chemical and morphometric data (Part 1), interpreted changes in total[Hb + Mb] from NIRS during exercise (Part 2), and estimated the potential contribution of Hb and Mb to changes in NIRS from rest to exercise (Part 3). Part 1: [Hb] in skeletal muscle was estimated from microvascular volume, systemic blood [Hb], and microvascular hematocrit and saturation at rest and during exercise. Part 2: Changes in total[Hb + Mb] (as t[Hb + Mb]) during cycling or knee extension exercise were interpreted using the results of Part 1. Part 3: Using estimates of mean microvascular PO2, Hb and Mb contribution at peak exercise was estimated. Across several species, [Mb] contributed ∼50–70% of the total LAP to NIRS at rest in skeletal muscle. With exercise, increases in t[Hb + Mb] of up to 30% could be entirely explained by the predicted increase in microvascular hematocrit with exercise. Finally, Mb was estimated to contribute ∼70% of the changes in NIRS from rest to peak exercise.  相似文献

近年来,近红外光谱技术(mear infrared spectrometry,NIRS)在脑科学研究领域倍受青睐。为了更好地满足参数的后续使用并提取出有效特征信号,前期尝试了多种常用滤波方法,为了解决滤后信号易失真以及不能有效滤除低频或者高频噪声的问题,提出了基于高频中值滤波的小波滤波,并采用高度还原真实信号特点的仿真信号以及利用脑血流动力学参数采集系统获得的真实光电容积脉搏波(photoplethysmography,PPG)信号,基于中值滤波的小波滤波进行分析。将实验测试数据与其他滤波方法的特征信号提取效果进行对比,并对处理数据进行信噪比和频谱分析。结果表明,采用中值滤波与小波滤波相结合的滤波方式,对脑动脉色素浓度谱特征信号进行滤波处理,能获得有效、精准的脑血流动力学参数,为后续的测量精度打下基础。该方法有效结合了中值滤波能够剔除粗差的特性和小波滤波在光电容积脉搏波中有效滤除高斯信号的特性,改善了采用单一方式的局限性,提供了一种新的PPG滤波的思路,对比传统方法更加优化。  相似文献

文题释义: 纳米羟基磷灰石前体:纳米羟基磷灰石的悬浮液,制备方程为10Ca(NO3)2+6(NH4)2HPO4+8NH3•H2O=Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2+ 20NH4NO3+6H2O,反应时pH值10左右,反应完成后静置、洗涤,得到pH值8.0-9.0的纳米羟基磷灰石悬浮液。 自组装:是指基本的结构单元(分子、纳米材料、微米或更大尺度的物质)自发形成有序结构的一种技术。自组装过程中,基本结构单元在非共价键的相互作用下自发的成为一个稳定、外观具有一定规则的结构。 背景:制作类似于天然骨的材料来修复骨缺损,或者作为组织工程支架材料是研究的热点。 目的:探讨以纳米羟基磷灰石的前体及胶原为材料自组装成类骨质复合材料的可行性。 方法:将胶原材料分别浸泡于0.25%戊二醛溶液中0.5 h(A组),24 h(B组),72 h(C组)进行交联反应,D组将胶原浸泡于碳化二亚胺中交联4 h,将交联后的各组胶原浸泡于纳米羟基磷灰石前体溶液中7 d,制备类骨质复合材料。分析各组复合材料与天然骨的矿化物物相分析、组成成分及微观结构。 结果与结论:①X射线衍射分析:复合材料的非晶象衍射峰稍高于天然骨,各组复合物中非晶象变化不明显;随戊二醛交联时间的延长,材料晶体峰值有增高趋势;碳化二亚胺交联后材料的晶体衍射峰值较戊二醛交联材料稍低;②傅里叶转换红外光谱分析:复合材料的化学组成与天然骨的组成相似,都是由胶原和羟基磷灰石组成,其中羟基磷灰石中部分PO43-被CO32-离子取代;不同交联方法对材料无机相改变的影响差别不明显;③扫描电镜:胶原的不同交联方法对所形成晶体的形貌影响不明显:胶原纤维互相缠绕,其上有大量的细针样晶体沉积,聚成团,晶体分布均匀,晶体尺寸是纳米量级;④结果表明,以纳米羟基磷灰石前体及胶原为材料可制作自组装成类骨质复合材料。 ORCID: 0000-0003-1620-3673(张雪梅) 中国组织工程研究杂志出版内容重点:生物材料;骨生物材料; 口腔生物材料; 纳米材料; 缓释材料; 材料相容性;组织工程  相似文献

Two electron‐deficient tetracyclic monomers, 6,9‐dibromo‐7,8‐bis(octyloxy)‐11H‐indeno[2,1‐b] quinoxalin‐11‐one ( M1 ) and 1,3‐bis(5′‐bromo‐4′‐hexylthiophen‐2‐yl)‐9H‐indeno[1,2‐b]thieno[3,4‐e]pyrazin‐9‐one ( M2 ), are synthesized through condensation of ninhydrin with aromatic diamines in good yields. Copolymerization of M1 with thiophene (Th) and dithieno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]silole (DTS), and M2 with DTS affords three new D–A conjugated copolymers, P1 – P3, respectively . The optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties of P1–P3 are investigated. P3 exhibits a broad absorption (300–1100 nm) and a low bandgap of 1.24 eV. Solar cells based on P3 /[6,6]‐phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) blends afford a power conversion efficiency of 1.93% and a very broad spectral response (300–1020 nm).

The purpose of this investigation was to (1) describe the trends in oxygenation (OXY) and blood volume (BV) of the right and left paraspinal muscles during the Biering-Sorensen muscle endurance (BSME) test using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), and (2) assess the test-retest reliability of OXY and BV changes during the BSME in healthy males. Seventeen healthy males [age=28.4 (9.8) years, height=1.75 (0.05) m, body mass=82.7 (9.1) kg; mean (SD)] completed two BSME trials within 1 week. NIRS probes were placed bilaterally at lumbar 3. The test was performed with the subject in the prone position using the following protocol: 2 min baseline, BSME, and 4 min recovery. The delta and range values of OXY and BV were used for analysis. Acceptable intra-class correlations were observed for endurance time and all the NIRS variables at the point of fatigue and at each 10% segment of the BSME during the two trials. Bland-Altman plots confirmed the reproducibility of the bilateral NIRS responses of the paravertebral muscles. The BV responses were more reliable than the OXY responses during the two trials. The OXY and BV responses of the paravertebral muscles during static contractions can be measured reliably using NIRS. Future studies should focus primarily on BV for analysis.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Diagnostic tools of birth asphyxia provide only an uncertain prediction of neurological outcome. AIMS: To assess whether TOI and DeltaCBV, combined with a set of biochemical and neurophysiological variables, have any diagnostic and prognostic value in birth depression or asphyxia. STUDY DESIGN: Case control study at the nursery and NICU of the Padova University Children's Hospital. SUBJECTS: 22 term neonates with an Apgar score < or = 6 at 5', a 1-h umbilical artery pH value < or = 7.25 with an increased base deficit and a gestational age > or = 36 weeks; 15 healthy term infants with an Apgar score > or = 9 at 5'. OUTCOME MEASURES: Troponin I and NIRS measurements (TOI and DeltaCBV) were assessed in both groups. Blood gases, neurological evaluation, US, NIRS, EEG and SEP were evaluated in the infants with depression or asphyxia. RESULTS: Troponin I was higher in the study group than in controls (p=0.04), showing a correlation with base excess values. In the depressed/asphyxiated neonates with an abnormal outcome at 1 year, TOI rose to 80.1% vs 66.4% in controls (p=0.04) and 74.7% in infants with a normal 1-year outcome. A multiple regression model showed a significant multiple correlation coefficient, R=0.79, p<0.001, where the predictive variables significantly associated with outcome were SEP and BE. CONCLUSIONS: Troponin I is a useful short-term index of birth asphyxia or perinatal depression. An increased TOI suggests a risk of abnormal neurological outcome at 1 year. Among the cotside variables, BE and evoked potential abnormalities were the best predictors of abnormal outcome in this study.  相似文献

Haemodynamic factors play an important role in the etiology of cerebral lesions in preterm infants. Respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), a common problem in preterms, is strongly related with low and fluctuating arterial blood pressure. This study investigated the relation between mean arterial blood pressure (MABP), fractional cerebral oxygen saturation (ScO2) and fractional (cerebral) tissue oxygen extraction (FTOE), a measure of oxygen utilisation of the brain, during the first 72 h of life. Thirty-eight infants (gestational age < 32 week) were included, 18 with and 20 without RDS. Arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), MABP and near infrared spectroscopy-determined ScO2 were continuously measured. FTOE was calculated as a ratio: (SaO2–ScO2)/SaO2. Gestational age and birth weight did not differ between groups, but assisted ventilation and use of inotropic drugs were more common in RDS infants (P<0.01). MABP was lower in RDS patients (P<0.05 from 12 up to 36 h after birth), but increased in both groups over time. ScO2 and FTOE were not different between groups over time, but in RDS infants ScO2 and FTOE had substantial larger variance (P<0.05 at all time points except at 36–48 h for ScO2 and P<0.05 at 12–18, 18–24, 36–48 and 48–60 h for FTOE). During the first 72 h of life, RDS infants showed more periods of positive correlation between MABP and ScO2 (P<0.05 at 18–24, 24–36 36–48 48–60 h) and negative correlation between MABP and FTOE (P<0.05 at 18–24, 36–48 h). Although we found that the patterns of cerebral oxygenation and extraction in RDS infants were not different as compared to infants without RDS, we suggest that the frequent periods with possible lack of cerebral autoregulation in RDS infants may make these infants more vulnerable to cerebral damage.  相似文献

目的:研究TA9902引起Aβ1-42二级结构变化,了解其抑制Aβ聚集和纤维形成的机制。 方法: 用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)曲线拟合定量分析和特征频谱分析Aβ老化后及TA9902干预后二级结构的变化。 结果: 1 700-1 600 cm-1之间的酰胺I带分析,Aβ1-42单独孵育30 min时,β-折叠片为46.53%;Aβ1-42老化72 h,β-折叠片为65.13%,β-折叠片增加了19.4%。TA9902与Aβ1-42作用β-折叠片为29.04%;与Aβ1-42老化72 h相比,TA9902的存在明显减少β折叠片的含量(下降了36.09%),β-转角的含量明显升高(升高57.56%),α-螺旋也略有升高(2.93%)。呈现出明显的β折叠片向β-转角的转化。其它基团特征峰位显示,TA9902中有酮类尤其是饱和链状酮或α-二酮和烷烃类的-CH2和-CH参与了Aβ1-42的分子变构。 结论: TA9902明显抑制Aβ1-42β-折叠的形成,同时也使Aβ1-42肽的侧链基团发生了化学修饰,提示Aβ的聚集和纤维形成与其分子β-折叠的形成和侧链基团发生了化学修饰有关。  相似文献

Summary This study reported on the application of near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to noninvasive measurements of forearm brachio-radial muscle oxygen consumption ( O2) and recovery time (t r) in untrained volunteers. Seven healthy subjects were submitted to four consecutive protocols involving measurements made at rest, the induction of an ischaemia, and during a maximal increase of metabolic demand achieved with and without vascular occlusion. Two isometric maximal voluntary contractions (MVC) of 30-s duration were executed with and without vascular occlusion and a 50% MVC lasting 125 s was also performed. The protocols were repeated on 2 different days. The results showed that, during vascular occlusion at rest, the time to 95% of the final haemoglobin (Hb) + myoglobin (Mb) desaturation value was independent of O2. The MVC, performed during vascular occlusion, caused complete Hb + Mb desaturation in 15–20 s, which was not followed by any further desaturation when the second contraction was performed. No difference was found between O2during MVC with and without vascular occlusion. A consistent difference was seen between O2measured during occlusion at rest and O2measured during MVC with and without occlusion. During prolonged exercise (125 s) Hb + Mb desaturation was maintained for the whole contraction period. The results of this study show that O2can be measured noninvasively by NIRS. The O2during MVC was very similar both in the presence and absence of blood flow limitation in most of the subjects tested. This would suggest that muscle O2might be accurately evaluated dynamically without cuff occlusion.  相似文献
