本系统是为自动测试人体韧带或类似组织的动态力学特性试验而研制的。在试验时,受控的加载过程和数据采集过程同时进行。系统向韧带试件提供一个快速的匀速可控的拉伸载荷,模拟人体剧烈运动的实况,同时实时采集力和变形的数据。系统还提供对所采集数据的分析手段,从而得到力、变形、应力、应变、弹性模量和变形能等参数之间的关系,并可以图形和文字形式输出。系统亦可将各数据文件转换为其它应用软件包可接受的形式,以便利用标准商品软件包的数据和图象处理能力。系统采用菜单提示的人机对话方式进行监控。  相似文献

Mating ability differences between flies of different alcohol dehydrogenase (Adh) genotypes have been assessed in the temperature range 15 to 29°C for laboratory-adapted and field-derivedDrosophila melanogaster. Significant differences amongAdh genotypes were detected principally for the laboratory-adapted strains due to departures from random mating associated with heterozygote superiority at the relatively extreme temperature of 29°C, although mating ability differences could not be attributed directly to theAdh locus. The difference between the laboratory and the field populations can be explained by the effects of genetic back-ground manifested in the form of fitness differences, being enhanced for the laboratory-adapted flies as a consequence of the stress of laboratory culture. In contrast with larval survival and development time, laboratory and field flies do not differe appreciably in their overall abilities to obtain mates, which indicates that mating ability is a direct fitness character not greatly affected by laboratory culture. It follows that direct fitness traits are the least amenable to change under domestication.  相似文献

目的:观察白松片对慢性应激抑郁大鼠模型行为学和血浆CORT、ACTH含量的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠28只随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、氟西汀对照组及白松片试验组,选用慢性轻度不可预见性应激加孤养造模,观察各组大鼠敞箱实验和液体消耗等行为学指标变化,采用放射免疫方法检测大鼠血浆皮质醇(CORT)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量。结果:慢性应激抑郁大鼠体重增加缓慢,敞箱实验中的水平运动、垂直运动得分、清洁动作次数显著减少,中央格停留时间显著延长;糖水消耗明显下降,纯水消耗显著增多,而且其血浆皮质醇和促肾上腺皮质激素含量增加。氟西汀和白松片均显著改善慢性应激抑郁大鼠模型的行为学和神经内分泌变化。结论:慢性轻度不可预见性应激可使大鼠行为及神经内分泌发生异常改变,引起抑郁状态,白松片对此具有一定拮抗作用。  相似文献

Intravenous injection of the selective μ-opiate receptor agonist DAMGO (0.1 mg/kg, 15 min before isolation of the heart) improved resistance of isolated perfused rat heart to ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (60 min) damages.In vivo administration of DAMGO prevented reperfusion-induced damages to cardiomyocytes and decreased the content of conjugated dienes in the myocardium during ischemia-reperfusionin vitro. Furthermore, stimulation of μ-opiate receptors promoted recovery of myocardial contractility during reoxygenation, but had no effect on heart resistance to free radical-induced damages during perfusion of isolated heart with a solution containing Fe2+ and ascorbic acid. 目的 :研究不同剂量加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法 :80只小鼠随机等分为加味保元汤 5g/kg体重、 10g/kg体重、15g/kg体重和应激组 ,用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法 ,测其吞噬率及吞噬指数。结果 :吞噬指数 :10g/kg体重组明显高于 15g/kg体重组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,10g/kg体重组与 5g/kg体重组比较虽P >0 0 5 ,但均值高于 5g/kg体重组 ;吞噬率 :10g/kg体重组最高。结论 :10g/kg体重剂量加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠非特异性免疫功能保护作用效果最佳。  相似文献

We used on-line microdialysis measurements of dopamine and noradrenaline extracellular concentrations in the medial prefrontal cortex of awake, freely moving rats during the dark and the light period of the day to study whether (i) basal efflux would be higher in the active, dark period than in the inactive, light period; (ii) the activation induced by environmental stimuli would be dependent on these conditions. When determined one day after cannula placement, noradrenaline and dopamine levels were higher during the dark. Maximal relative increases induced by novelty and handling were 150% and 175–200%, respectively, and were very similar in the light and the dark, but the net increases were higher in the dark. Separate groups were tested one week after cannula placement to ensure recovery of possibly disturbed circadian rhythms. While basal levels in the dark were now approximately twice those in the light, the maximal relative and net increases after both novelty and handling were very similar. Basal levels of dopamine in the nucleus accumbens (one day after cannula placement) were not different in the light or dark, but were increased by novelty and handling to about 130% only in the light period, not in the dark.

Thus, in the prefrontal cortex, dopamine strongly resembles noradrenaline, in that basal efflux was state dependent, whereas activation by stimuli was not. In the nucleus accumbens, basal dopamine efflux was not state dependent, but activation by stimuli was. These results suggest that there are differential effects of circadian phase on basal activity and responsiveness of the mesolimbic vs the mesocortical dopamine system.  相似文献

Distress and DNA repair in human lymphocytes   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
This research assessed differences in DNA repair in lymphocytes from high-and low-distressed individuals. A median split on Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Scale 2 divided 28 newly admitted nonpsychotic psychiatric inpatients into high- and low-distress subgroups. The high-distress subgroup had significantly poorer DNA repair in lymphocytes exposed to X-irradiation than low-distress subjects. We also found that lymphocytes obtained from this psychiatric sample had significantly poorer DNA repair than lymphocytes from nonpsychiatric control subjects when compared 5 hr after X-irradiation. A high level of distress therefore appears to be associated with significant dysfunctional differences at the molecular level which may have important implications for health. These data provide evidence for a direct pathway through which distress could influence the incidence of cancer.This research was funded in part by General Molecular Applications, Inc., the Bremer Foundation, the Samuel J. Acute stress known to stimulate sympathetic activity as well as the hypothalamo-pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, produces a significant increase in adrenomedullin (ADM) levels in the pituitary gland, plasma and adrenal glands, all of which are key components of HPA axis, suggesting a regulatory or protective role for ADM in countering HPA activation following a variety of physiological and psychological stressors. This study was conducted to assess a rat model for in depth investigation of biochemical mechanisms and consequences of cold stress. Four groups of Sprague–Dawley rats were observed for their serum total protein, glucose, trigliceride and cholesterol levels as well as their blood pressures after housing at room temperature, administration of ADM (1.0 nm/kg), exposing to cold stress (8 °C for 48 h) and exposing to ADM injection in addition to cold stress. The results suggest that application of ADM in addition to cold stress may act via receptors on different end-organs and causes altered metabolic regulation taking partial or total occupation of ADM receptors, stimulated in response to cold application induced physiologic ADM release before pharmacological ADM administration.  相似文献
