Advances in the biology of Ewing sarcoma, which continues to be an important cause of mortality, have caused an increase in information in the literature related to the underlying molecular base of the disease and discussions of new treatment approaches. In this study, we aimed to comprehensively analyze the published scientific articles on Ewing sarcoma. The Web of Science database was used to obtain and statistically analysis articles on Ewing sarcoma that were published between 1980 and 2021. Maps of network visualization were used to reveal trending topics, global collaborations, and the most effective studies. Correlation analysis was performed using Spearman’s correlation coefficient. A total of 3236 articles were analyzed. The first 3 countries that contributed the most to the literature and cooperated most intensively were USA (1194, 36.8%), Germany (293, 9%), Italy (254, 7.8%). Pediatric Blood & Cancer (n = 122), Cancer (87), Journal of Pediatric Hematology Oncology (71) were among the top 3 journals with the most articles. The most active author was Piero Picci (n = 94). High-income countries have a great effect on the literature on this subject. The most studied trend topics in recent years were pediatric oncology, EWS RNA Binding Protein 1 (EWSR1), EWSR1-FL1, epigenetics, bioinformatics, microRNA, gene expression, metastasis, migration, biomarker, immunotherapy, survival, outcomes, surveillance epidemiology and end results (SEER), nomogram, temozolomide, irinotecan, and drug resistance. Genetic studies, metastasis, immunotherapy, life analyses/nomogram based on new data obtained from SEER, and chemotherapy with irinotecan and temozolomide combination, were seen to be the topics researched in recent years.  相似文献

目的:回顾性分析老年术后谵妄的研究现状。方法:基于Web of Science数据库,检索2009年—2018年老年术后谵妄研究的英文文献,应用HistCite软件分析老年术后谵妄研究的时间分布、作者实力、国家贡献、载文期刊、高影响力和经典文献,并可视化分析其发展脉络。结果:本研究共纳入谵妄相关文献225篇,美国、英国、荷兰在谵妄研究最为活跃,Journal of the American Geriatrics Society收录谵妄研究文献最多。结论:发达国家在老年术后谵妄研究领域中实力领先,我国近年来在谵妄研究中取得一定进展,但还有明显差距,但未来有很大的发展潜力和上升空间。  相似文献

为了分析和探讨近10年来国内学者关于易水学派领域的研究热点与发展趋势,在中国知网、万方、维普数据库检索并导出近10年易水学派相关文献,运用文献计量学工具CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,对发文量、研究团队、发文机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析检索。研究共纳入相关文献2 397篇,得到关键词3 649个,关键词聚类得到17个;有53位作者发文量大于5篇,发现以张保春、任北大、刘桂荣、姚文轩、李付平、董尚朴等学者为代表的三个较大学术影响力团队,研究热点主要集中在李东垣和脾胃学说,近5年开始重视明清时期其他易水学派医家,近两年结合新型冠状病毒肺炎产出了一定成果,但总体分析对脏腑辨证理论等研究略显不足,研究方法略显陈旧,提示在今后应当加强对易水学派的溯源研究,进一步完善易水学派的传承体系。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE:To identify global research trends of stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease using a bibliometric analysis of the Web of Science.DATA RETRIEVAL:We performed a bibliometric analysis of data retrievals for stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease from 2002 to 2011 using the Web of Science.SELECTION CRITERIA:Inclusion criteria:(a) peer-reviewed articles on stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease which were published and indexed in the Web of Science;(b) type of articles:original research articles,reviews,meeting abstracts,proceedings papers,book chapters,editorial material and news items;(c) year of publication:2002-2011.Exclusion criteria:(a) articles that required manual searching or telephone access;(b) we excluded documents that were not published in the public domain;(c) we excluded a number of corrected papers from the total number of articles.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:(1) Type of literature;(2) annual publication output;(3) distribution according to journals;(4) distribution according to subject areas;(5) distribution according to country;(6) distribution according to institution;(7) comparison of countries that published the most papers on stem cell transplantation from different cell sources for treating Parkinson’s disease;(8) comparison of institutions that published the most papers on stem cell transplantation from different cell sources for treating Parkinson’s disease in the Web of Science from 2002 to 2011;(9) comparison of studies on stem cell transplantation from different cell sources for treating Parkinson’s disease RESULTS:In total,1 062 studies on stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease appeared in the Web of Science from 2002 to 2011,almost one third of which were from American authors and institutes.The number of studies on stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease had gradually increased over the past 10 years.Papers on stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease appeared in journals such as Stem Cells and Experimental Neurology.Although the United States published more articles addressing neural stem cell and embryonic stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease,China ranked first for articles published on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease.CONCLUSION:From our analysis of the literature and research trends,we found that stem cell transplantation for treating Parkinson’s disease may offer further benefits in regenerative medicine.  相似文献

Disease surveillance must assess the relative importance of pathogen hazards. Here, we use the Hirsch index (h‐index) as a novel method to identify and rank infectious pathogens that are likely to be a hazard to human health in the North American region. This bibliometric index was developed to quantify an individual's scientific research output and was recently used as a proxy measure for pathogen impact. Analysis of more than 3000 infectious organisms indicated that 651 were human pathogen species that had been recorded in the North American region. The h‐index of these pathogens ranged from 0 to 584. The h‐index of emerging pathogens was greater than non‐emerging pathogens as was the h‐index of frequently pathogenic pathogens when compared to non‐pathogenic pathogens. As expected, the h‐index of pathogens varied over time between 1960 and 2011. We discuss how the h‐index can contribute to pathogen prioritization and as an indicator of pathogen emergence.  相似文献

目的:分析近十年国际上药学质性研究的现状和热点,为国内开展相关研究提供参考。方法:检索PubMed数据库2009-2018年发表的有关药学质性研究的文献,运用BICOMB-2软件对文献资料进行提取和统计,得到高频主题词的词篇矩阵和共现矩阵,利用gCLUTO 1.0进行聚类分析,利用NetDraw 2.089绘制社会网络图,并利用UCINET 6.212进行中心度和多维尺度分析。结果:共纳入157篇文献,刊载在65种期刊上,其中英格兰、美国发文最多;确定了当前研究的五大主题:药学教育课程、医联体教学及体验式教育模式、医院药学服务质量、社区药师沟通能力和社区药师药学服务能力的质性研究。结论:药学质性研究在国际上发文量呈逐年增长趋势,我国可以借鉴国际上的现状和热点,从药学教育课程、教育模式、医院药学服务等方面,开展我国的药学质性研究。  相似文献

目的:分析国内发表的中医治疗过敏性疾病的文献报道及发展趋势,为本领域科研人员提供参考。方法:以CNKI数据库为资料来源,从文献计量学角度对建国以来国内期刊收录的中医治疗过敏性疾病的文献进行分析,从发表年度、文献来源、文献类型、作者单位、基金资助等几方面进行统计,初步研究与分析本领域的科研状况。结果:截止至2011年12月31日,共检索到相关文献890篇。文献数量从2000年以后呈快速增长趋势;发表文献10篇以上单位共8所,最多达到77篇;文献以临床研究报告为主,占62.36%;受各级科研基金资助文献占1.69%;文献被引用频次总体偏低,65.28%为零引用。结论:中医治疗过敏性疾病的临床和科研工作尚有待加强。应在逐步提高文献报道数量的同时,着重于提升文献质量。  相似文献

[目的]分析发表的中医健康辨识的文献情况及发展趋势。[方法]检索中国知网(CNKI),维普(VIP)、以及Pubmed等数据库,从发表时间、作者单位、文献来源、基金分布及研究方法等方面对健康状态中医辨识的文献进行计量学分析。[结果]2011年以来相关研究文献有较明显增长,北京、广东等地区处于领先地位。文献中流行病学研究占44.1%,其余为综述、理论研究等。[结论]健康状态中医辨识的相关研究成果日益增加,但在研究的多学科交叉及客观化、微观化和系统化方面应进一步加强,不断提升相关研究的质量。  相似文献

[目的]研究旨在应用文献计量学整合知识图谱,探究近年来中医药干预氧化应激的国内外研究发展趋势、研究现状和热点。[方法]通过检索Web of Science(WOS)和中国知网数据库(CNKI),获取建库至今有关中医药干预氧化应激的文献,使用Citespace 6.1.6R和Vosviewer1.6.18软件进行可视化分析,共纳入中文文献4 739篇,英文文献3 570篇。[结果]该领域研究发文在近30年来呈整体上升趋势,研究机构多以国内中医药大学为主,发文量最多的机构为北京中医药大学。关键词分析显示中医药干预氧化应激的机制研究以及临床应用一直占据该领域研究的重点内容并持续发展,有效组方、临床疗效评价、针灸治疗以及“铁死亡”“自噬”等相关前沿理论的探究可能成为新的研究热点,具有重要潜在价值。[结论]中医药干预氧化应激领域已积累了大量研究成果,下一步需要开展更多高质量临床试验,从而促进已有研究成果的临床转化,完善疾病的中西医结合临床诊疗模式。  相似文献

Introduction: This review discusses the various drug therapeutic targets and latest technologies of anticancer patents from 10 Indian public-funded research organizations covering more than 150 esteemed institutes. We have identified and reported the leading assignee and inventors along with their collaboration network and, thereby, have analyzed the various patent trends, geographical distributions, citation maps, Derwent World Patents Index, international patent classification analysis and the like.

Areas covered: This article provides the insights of 1905 patent documents from 191 families and discusses in-depth anticancer technology through categorization studies at the level of drug discovery, drug development and treatment and diagnosis. In addition, various cancer targets were correlated with recent technologies so as to identify the white spaces for upcoming technologies.

Expert opinion: Over a period of 13 years (1990 – 2013) the main focus of Indian cancer research was in the field of synthetic chemistry and natural extracts followed by the pharmaceutical compositions and combinations, whereas, the white spaces for future cancer remedy were identified from research in the areas of cancer stem cell lines, vaccines, gene therapy, nano formulations with targeted drug delivery systems as core and latest technologies.  相似文献
