The central relationship questionnaire (CRQ): psychometric properties in a Swedish sample and cross-cultural studies

The Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT) method is one of the most widely used and tested instruments developed within a psychoanalytic context for assessing central relationship patterns or characteristic patterns of relating to others. The Swedish version of the Central Relationship Questionnaire (CRQ), a recently developed self-report instrument based on the CCRT, was tested in a sample of Swedish psychology students (31 men, 60 women) and compared with responses of Swedish outpatients (15 men, 15 women) and North American students (49 men, 49 women). The subscales of the Swedish CRQ showed acceptable internal consistency and correlated with each other in a predictable fashion, displaying a pattern of intercorrelations similar to the English version. The CRQ showed meaningful patterns of correspondence with self-reported interpersonal problems as well as meaningful differences between the Swedish students and Swedish outpatients, indicating preliminary convergent and divergent validity.     

The mismatch negativity in cognitive and clinical neuroscience: theoretical and methodological considerations

Mismatch negativity (MMN) component of the event-related brain potentials has become popular in cognitive and clinical brain research during the recent years. It is an early response to a violation of an auditory rule such as an infrequent change in the physical feature of a repetitive sound. There is a lot of evidence on the association of the MMN parameters and behavioral discrimination ability, although this relationship is not always straight-forward. Since the MMN reflects sound discrimination accuracy, it can be used for probing how well different groups of individuals perceive sound differences, and how training or remediation affects this ability. In the present review, we first introduce some of the essential MMN findings in probing sound discrimination, memory, and their deficits. Thereafter, issues which need to be taken into account in MMN investigations as well as new improved recording paradigms are discussed.

【】：目的 探讨主题日服务在优质护理工作中的应用价值及效果。方法：选择2011年10月～2012年3月收治泌尿外科病房的患者100例为试验组,按卫生部优质护理要求执行,并提供主题日服务;与2011年4月～2011年9月收治的100例按卫生部优质护理要求进行护理的患者采用前后对照研究方法,比较该病区两组住院患者满意度、医生对护士工作满意度、护士对自身工作满意度情况。 结果：住院患者满意度、医生对护士工作满意度、护士对自身工作满意度这三方面,两组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：开展“主题日服务”对提高护理服务满意度效果明显,减少了护患纠纷的发生,提高了护理服务质量,延伸了优质护理内涵。
