目的分析药物不良反应的相关因素,探讨其赔偿机制。方法对2005年1月至2007年12月发生的29例严重药物不良反应病例进行回顾性分析。结果严重药物不良反应发生于各年龄层,21例患者经及时治疗后好转,7例病情加重,1例有后遗症,导致的医疗费用支出平均达8491.95元,支付类别近一半为自费。结论药物不良反应难以避免,在加强监测、保障患者用药安全的同时,亟待建立相应的赔偿机制,以维护患者的利益。  相似文献

Self-sustaining numerical dynamos are used to infer the sources of low-frequency secular variation of the geomagnetic field. Gravitational dynamo models powered by compositional convection in an electrically conducting, rotating fluid shell exhibit several regimes of magnetic field behavior with an increasing Rayleigh number of the convection, including nearly steady dipoles, chaotic nonreversing dipoles, and chaotic reversing dipoles. The time average dipole strength and dipolarity of the magnetic field decrease, whereas the dipole variability, average dipole tilt angle, and frequency of polarity reversals increase with Rayleigh number. Chaotic gravitational dynamos have large-amplitude dipole secular variation with maximum power at frequencies corresponding to a few cycles per million years on Earth. Their external magnetic field structure, dipole statistics, low-frequency power spectra, and polarity reversal frequency are comparable to the geomagnetic field. The magnetic variability is driven by the Lorentz force and is characterized by an inverse correlation between dynamo magnetic and kinetic energy fluctuations. A constant energy dissipation theory accounts for this inverse energy correlation, which is shown to produce conditions favorable for dipole drift, polarity reversals, and excursions.  相似文献

Recombinant activated coagulation factor VII (rFVIIa) was developed initially for treatment of patients with hemophilia and neutralizing antibodies ("inhibitors") to coagulation factors VIII or IX. Owing to the unique and selective mechanism of action of rFVIIa and encouraged by clinical experience with other circumstances of inadequate hemostasis, a broad development program has been pursued to test potential efficacy and evaluate safety of this biologic for indications other than hemophilia. This review summarizes the current development of rFVIIa, focusing on results of prospective, randomized clinical trials.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To evaluate the effect of incidental magnetization transfer (iMT) in multislice brain imaging at 3.0T. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The contribution of iMT to multislice brain MRI was evaluated at 3.0T. In 10 normal subjects we obtained multislice fast spin-echo (FSE) MR images using a 16-echo pulse train without an off-resonance MT pulse at 3.0T and 1.5T. We quantified the extent of iMT by calculating the iMT ratio (iMTR). RESULTS: We found that the iMT contrast (iMTC) has a greater effect at 3.0T. As the number of slices increased in multislice FSE imaging, the difference between two field strengths became larger. Compared to WM structures, however, the difference in iMT effect between 1.5T and 3.0T was smaller in the case of GM structures. CONCLUSION: The iMTC has a greater effect at 3.0T. The strength of the iMT is different for different tissue types and also varies according to the number of slices used.  相似文献

Object selection refers to the mechanism of extracting objects of interest while ignoring other objects and background in a given visual scene. It is a fundamental issue for many computer vision and image analysis techniques and it is still a challenging task to artificial visual systems. Chaotic phase synchronization takes place in cases involving almost identical dynamical systems and it means that the phase difference between the systems is kept bounded over the time, while their amplitudes remain chaotic and may be uncorrelated. Instead of complete synchronization, phase synchronization is believed to be a mechanism for neural integration in brain. In this paper, an object selection model is proposed. Oscillators in the network representing the salient object in a given scene are phase synchronized, while no phase synchronization occurs for background objects. In this way, the salient object can be extracted. In this model, a shift mechanism is also introduced to change attention from one object to another. Computer simulations show that the model produces some results similar to those observed in natural vision systems.  相似文献

Objective

The goal of this study is to assess the relationship between stress coping mechanisms and the risk of atherosclerosis in patients with Hwa-Byung.

Methods

The Korean version of the Ways of Coping Checklist (WOCC) was administered to 50 patients with Hwa-Byung (49.1±10.1 years, 6 males). Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and serum cholesterol level were assessed in all participants.

Results

After controlling for age, sex, diagnosis of hypertension, Body Mass Index (BMI), and serum cholesterol level, the score of seeking social support in coping strategies was negatively correlated with right and left baPWV (r=-0.356, p=0.016; r=-0.373, p=0.012, respectively). In addition, the score of active coping mechanism was negatively correlated with both sides of baPWV (r=-0.383, p=0.009; r=-0.389, p=0.008, respectively).

Conclusion

The seeking social support and active coping mechanism were inversely related to the severity of arterial stiffness in Hwa-Byung patients. Therefore, our result may suggest a possibility that coping strategies in Hwa-Byung patients are associated with the risk of atherosclerosis.  相似文献
