目的了解广东高校贫困生心理健康状况并提出相应建议。方法用康奈尔医学指数(CMI)及社会支持评定量表,对广东省5所高校500名学生进行了问卷调查,并采用SPSS11.0进行相关统计和分析。结果贫困大学生的心理健康状况在某些方面存在不足,在性别、地域来源等有差异。结论高校应重视贫困大学生的心理健康状况,加强情感引导,尤其不能忽视对女贫困大学生的关注和帮助。 相似文献

To reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health care, managers, policy makers, and researchers need valid and reliable data on the race and ethnicity of individuals and populations. The federal government is one of the most important sources of such data. In this paper we review the strengths and weaknesses of federal data that pertain to racial and ethnic disparities in health care. 目的 考察个体的宗教信仰与完美主义心理之间的关系。方法 采用质的研究方法,对两位受访者(分别为功能障碍型完美主义与健康的完美主义)追行个案研究。结果 两名受访者的基督教(新教)信仰封其完关主义的负面倾向有所矫正,受访者的人际关系和自我认知因为宗教信仰而有所改善。结论 基督教(新教)信仰有利于修正受访者自体表象与权威客体表象的关系。在象征意义上,“上帝”的概念可以理解为“较好的”权威客体表象。 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: . The aim of this study was to assess clinical staff's opinions on the results of in-patient satisfaction surveys and their use within the quality improvement process. SETTING: The institution is a 2200-bed teaching hospital of tertiary health care employing 8000 professionals. Patient satisfaction surveys are carried out each year using a validated questionnaire mailed to a random sample of patients. The specific results of each department are sent to the medical and paramedical managers. METHODS: We conducted a questionnaire survey on 500 care providers randomly selected in every medical and surgical department. RESULTS: A total of 261 questionnaires were returned and analysed. Overall, 94% of responders had a favourable opinion of the patient satisfaction surveys. They considered that the patient was able to judge hospital service quality, especially in its relational, organizational, and environmental dimensions. The specific results for the department were less well known than the overall hospital results (60 versus 76%). These results were formally discussed in the department according to 40% of responders; 40% declared that these data resulted in improvement actions and considered that they led to modifications in their behaviour with patients. CONCLUSIONS: Despite a declared interest in satisfaction surveys, the results remain underused by hospital staff and insufficiently discussed within teams. 相似文献

目的探讨全程分期式健康教育对Miles术患者生活质量的影响.方法将80例行Miles术的直肠癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例.观察组采用全程分期式健康教育,对照组采用传统的手术前后宣教.两组均在出院前,出院后1、3、6个月发放Miles术患者生活质量问卷,在出院前发放护理工作满意度调查表进行调查.结果观察组出院前自理能力、造口情况、心理状况及护理工作满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),出院时间显著缩短(P<0.05);出院后观察组自理能力、造口情况等及生活质量总分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论全程分期式健康教育能有效提高Miles术患者的近期和远期生活质量. 相似文献

Clinical decisions are often made with incomplete information, yet patient care decisions are made every day. Patients vary clinically, uncertainty exists in diagnostic and prognostic information, and many preventive and treatment alternatives have not been formally assessed for their effectiveness. Because scientific information will never answer all clinical questions, clinical decisions are partially based on probabilistic information.
This paper describes how to apply clinical decision making to diagnosing and managing dental caries and periodontal diseases. By using explicit information to quantify probabilities and outcomes, clinical decision making analyzes decisions made under uncertain conditions and the uncertain impact of clinical information.
Clinical decision making incorporates concepts for preventing, diagnosing and treating dental caries and periodontal diseases: risk assessment, evidence-based dentistry, and multiple oral health outcomes.
