目的:探讨对新护士进行积极心理健康(PMH)知识培训的效果。方法选择本院2014年7~9月新入职的26名护士,对其进行PMH知识培训,于培训前后采用幸福进取者问卷(HEIQ)和护生职业认同调查问卷(NSPIQ)评价培训效果。结果培训前,新护士HEIQ、NSPIQ评分的总分为(3.48±0.41)、(101.43±12.85)分,培训后分别为(4.21±0.58)、(127.05±15.16)分,培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.24、6.57,P<0.01)。结论对新护士进行PMH知识培训能够提高其职业认同感。 相似文献

Background
There are doubts on whether patients feel that they have sufficient information for actively participating in clinical decisions.Objective
To describe the type of information that patients receive. To determine whether patients consider this information sufficient, and whether it contributes or not to improve clinical safety. To identify the barriers for patient participation in clinical decision making.Study Design
Cross‐sectional study with 764 patients and 327 physicians.Study Setting and participants
Fourteen health centres belonging to three primary care districts and three hospitals in Spain.Principal Findings
Just 35.1% (268) (95% CI 32.2, 39.1%) of patients preferred to have the last word in clinical decisions. Age (39 vs. 62%, P < 0.001) and severity of illness (38 vs. 46%, P = 0.002) increased the tendency to take a passive role. In 85.1% (650) (95% CI 83.3, 88.3%) of the cases, patients reported having received sufficient information. Lack of consultation time (29.6%, 95% CI 25.8, 32.5%) and patients'' use of Internet or other sources (19.2%, 95% CI 16.4, 22.2%) were identified as new obstacles to doctor–patient communication by the patients. Only 19.6% (64) (95% CI 15.4, 24.2%) of doctors considered that they could intervene to involve patients in the decisions.Discussions and Conclusions
The majority of patients prefer the decisions to be made by their doctor, especially those with more severe illnesses, and older patients. Patients are not normally informed about medication interactions, precautions and foreseeable complications. Introduction
Although biomedical HIV prevention efforts have seen a number of recent promising developments, behavioural interventions have often been described as failing. However, clear lessons have been identified from past efforts, including the need to address influential social, economic and legal structures; to tailor efforts to local contexts; and to address multiple influencing factors in combination. Despite these insights, there remains a pervasive strategy to try to achieve sexual behaviour change through single, decontextualized, interventions or sets of activities. With current calls for structural approaches to HIV as part of combination HIV prevention, though, there is a unique opportunity to define a structural approach to HIV prevention as one which moves beyond these past limitations and better incorporates our knowledge of the social world and the lessons from past efforts.Discussion
A range of interlinked concepts require delineation and definition within the broad concept of a structural approach to HIV. This includes distinguishing between “structural factors,” which can be seen as any number of elements (other than knowledge) which influence risk and vulnerability, and “structural drivers,” which should be reserved for situations where an empirically established relationship to a target group is known. Operationalizing structural approaches similarly can take different paths, either working to alter structural drivers or alternatively working to build individual and community resilience to infection. A “structural diagnostic approach” is further defined as the process one undertakes to develop structural intervention strategies tailored to target groups.Conclusions
For three decades, the HIV prevention community has struggled to reduce the spread of HIV through sexual risk behaviours with limited success, but equally with limited engagement with the lessons that have been learned about the social realities shaping patterns of sexual practices. Future HIV prevention efforts must address the multiple factors influencing risk and vulnerability, and they must do so in ways tailored to particular settings. A disparity exists in the educational qualifications of dental assistants working in
various public and private institutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The aim of this study was
to assess the influence of professional and personal characteristics on job satisfaction
among dental assistants. A cross-sectional survey was performed among dental assistants
using a 24-item self-administered questionnaire. Multinomial logistic regression was used
to assess the relationship between overall job satisfaction and other variables. The
overall response rate was 72.1%. Factor analysis suggested that five underlying factors
were related to job satisfaction. The mean score for overall job satisfaction was 3.86
(satisfied) out of 5. Among the work environment factors, the highest mean score, 4.26
(satisfied), was obtained for quality of service, and the lowest mean score, 2.78
(neutral), was obtained for the perception of income. The income and general prospects of
the profession was significantly associated with overall job satisfaction. This study
suggests that for dental assistants, professional and personal life, quality of service,
perception of income and prestige and self-respect are important factors for job
satisfaction. Despite differences in professional formation standards, in general, the

in the analysis of variance, statistically significant differences between the Control and Intervention groups were found in the two evaluations (p<0.05) with greater size of effect indices (Cohen) for the No protocol group.
