目的:探讨电针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本单位2016年9月~2019年9月收治的86例神经根型颈椎病患者,应用SPSS 19.0软件将其分为治疗组和对照组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。采用推拿疗法用于对照组患者,采用推拿联合电针疗法用于治疗组患者。观察两组患者的治疗有效率以及疼痛程度改善情况。结果:治疗组患者中治愈、显效、有效和无效患者分别为20例、13例、8例和2例,总治疗有效率为95.35%;对照组患者中治愈、显效、有效和无效患者分别为12例、11例、10例和10例,总治疗有效率为76.74%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组和对照组患者的疼痛程度评分分别为(1.85±0.77)和(3.91±1.34),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对神经根型颈椎病患者应用电针仪进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗有效率,缓解疼痛。 相似文献

Selecting the best design for genetic association studies requires careful deliberation; different study designs can be used to scan for different genetic effects, and each design has its own set of strengths and limitations. A variety of family and unrelated control configurations are amenable to genetic association analyses, including the case-control design, case-parent triads, and case-parent triads in combination with unrelated controls or control-parent triads. Ultimately, the goal is to choose the design that achieves the highest statistical power using the lowest cost. For given parameter values and genotyped individuals, designs can be compared directly by computing the power. However, a more informative and general design comparison can be achieved by studying the relative efficiency, defined as the ratio of variances of two different parameter estimators, corresponding to two separate designs. Using log-linear modeling, we derive the relative efficiency from the asymptotic variance of the parameter estimators and relate it to the concept of Pitman efficiency. The relative efficiency takes into account the fact that different designs impose different costs relative to the number of genotyped individuals. We show that while optimal efficiency for analyses of regular autosomal effects is achieved using the standard case-control design, the case-parent triad design without unrelated controls is efficient when searching for parent-of-origin effects. Due to the potential loss of efficiency, maternal genes should generally not be adjusted for in an initial genome-wide association study scan of offspring genes but instead checked post hoc. We examined the properties of the foveal, parafoveal, and near peripheral cone lattice in human neonates. To estimate the ability of these lattices to transmit the information used in contrast sensitivity and visual acuity tasks, we constructed ideal-observer models with the optics and photoreceptors of the neonatal eye at retinal eccentricities of 0, 5, and 10 degrees. For ideal-observer models limited by photon noise, the eye's optics, and cone properties, contrast sensitivity was higher in the parafovea and near periphery than in the fovea. However, receptor pooling probably occurs in the neonate's parafovea and near periphery as it does in mature eyes. When we add a receptor-pooling stage to the models of the parafovea and near periphery, ideal acuity is similar in the fovea, parafovea, and near periphery. Comparisons of ideal and real sensitivity indicate that optical and receptoral immaturities impose a significant constraint on neonatal contrast sensitivity and acuity, but that immaturities in later processing stages must also limit visual performance. 相似文献

Studies on feeding in musk shrews revealed that the mean intake of beef was 36.34% and 47.25% of their own body weight by males and females, respectively, whereas these values were 49.20% and 63.18%, respectively, on a cockroach diet. The amount of food intake per gram body weight was higher in female shrews than was that of males. Shrews exhibit a definite preference for protein rich materials. A feeding rhythm with a peak at predawn hours and a minimum during the afternoon was observed in both sexes. The endogenous nature of the original feeding rhythm persisted in shrews experimentally subjected to a reversed photoperiod. The caloric utilization of male and female shrews fed on beef was 0.484/g body wt/24 hr, and 0.579/g body wt/24 hr, respectively, whereas these values were 0.655 and 0.973, respectively, for shrews maintained on cockroaches. 相似文献
