脂肪乳剂、葡萄糖、氨基酸、电解质、维生素及微量元素按一定程序混合配成10种全营养素混合液。在4℃14天贮存期内,10种混合液的pH和渗透压变化不大,不同混合液在不同时期的脂粒平均直径变化为0.3135±0.1012μm~0.4813±0.1893μm,94.93%脂粒的直径<0.6μm,无直径>6μm的脂粒,细菌培养阴性。74例共输全营养素混合液1,796次,无不良临床反应和异常实验室检查结果;用1周以上者大都显示氮平衡改善,用2周以上者血清转铁蛋白和白蛋白浓度可有不同程度升高。 相似文献

Abstract: Lipid peroxidation, measured by malonyldial-dehyde (MDA) and vitamin E in red blood cells (RBC) and plasma, was investigated in 25 hemodialysis (HD) patients before and after 6 months rhEPO therapy. RBC-MDA was significantly elevated, but plasma MDA was in the reference range. After recombinant human erythro-poietin (rhEPO) treatment, the MDA level was significantly decreased in both compartments. Marked vitamin E deficiency was established in RBC as well as in plasma. rhEPO therapy restored vitamin E levels in both compartments. Our data suggest a possible positive rhEPO-antioxidant effect in HD patients. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: We investigated the dose-related effect of dopexamine and dopamine on free radical production and lipid peroxidation estimated by MDA measurements in an ischaemia-reperfusion model of supraceliac aortic repair. DESIGN: Prospective, randomized, blinded experimental study. MATERIALS: Twenty-five healthy pigs. METHODS: All experiments were performed under general endotracheal anaesthesia. Supraceliac aortic cross clamping was performed in all pigs. The pigs were randomly assigned into five groups (n=5 in each group) and received a continuous intravenous infusion of normal saline (CTL), dopamine 2 microg kg(-1)min(-1) (dopa 2), dopamine 8 microg kg(-1)min(-1) (dopa 8), dopexamine 2 microg kg(-1)min(-1) (dopex 2), dopexamine 8 microg kg(-1)min(-1) (dopex 8). Cardiac output, mean arterial pressure, arterial blood gas analysis and blood sampling for plasma MDA measurements (to reveal lipid peroxidation) were recorded after induction of anaesthesia (baseline), 60 and 120 min after cross-clamping of aorta (ischaemia phase), and 60 and 120 min after restoration of flow (reperfusion phase). RESULTS: Dopexamine and dopamine at 8 microgkg(-1)min(-1) reduced MDA at 60 and 120 min after reperfusion. CONCLUSION: Dopexamine seems superior to dopamine in reducing oxygen free radicals and subsequent lipid peroxidation during reperfusion after supraceliac aortic cross clamping in pigs. 相似文献

Microorganisms are very powerful tools for the supply of information about the toxic effects of lipophilic compounds, since an impairment of cell growth usually occurs as a result of perturbations related, in most cases, with the partition of toxicants in membranes. The thermophilic eubacterium Bacillus stearothermophilus has been used as a model system to identify α- and β-endosulfan interactions with the membrane possibly related with the insecticide toxicity. Two approaches have been pursued: (a) bacterial growth is followed and the effects of endosulfan isomers determined; (b) biophysical studies with the fluorescent fluidity probe 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) were performed to assess the effects of α- and β-endosulfan on the organization of the membrane lipid bilayer. The effects on growth were quantitatively evaluated by determination of growth parameters, namely the lag phase, the specific growth rate and the cell density reached by cultures in the stationary phase. Lateral association of sphingolipids and cholesterol is considered to form membrane microdomains such as “lipid rafts” obtainable as a detergent-resistant membrane microdomain (DRM) fraction after solubilization with a non-ionic detergent and density gradient centrifugation. Since not only sphinogolipids and cholesterol, but also functional lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2) are reported to be localized in DRM prepared from several cultured cells, this domain is considered to be a platform mediating lipid-signaling. Although PIP2 is considered to have pivotal roles in the nervous system, little information is available on the localization of PIP2 in the DRM within the synaptic plasma membrane (SPM) obtained from matured rat brains. In this study, in order to know the localization of PIP2 in SPM-derived DRM, we measured the amount of PIP2 in SPM and SPM-derived DRM, by the thin-layer chromatography blotting method, using a GST-fusion protein of the pleckstrin-homology domain of phospholipase Cδ1 as a PIP2 binding probe. About 10% of the PIP2 in SPM was recovered in DRM. In contrast, over 40% recovery was observed for the membrane cholesterol and sphingomyelin, and about 30% recovery was observed for phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylserine in the DRM were detected using the thin-layer chromatography method. Since the recovery of proteins in DRM was about 10%, the result indicates that there occurs no enrichment of PIP2 in DRM prepared from SPM. 相似文献

Summary The whole cell lipid and sterol content of the drug resistant strains cyh1, cyh3 and cyh4 was compared with that of wild type by thin layer and gas liquid chromatography and by UV spectrophotometric analysis. The cyh3 and cyh4 strains had a decreased content of the unsaturated 18:1 fatty acid oleic acid, a decreased content of ergosterol and an increased content of 24,28 dehydroergosterol with respect to wild type. The cyh1 strain, however, only showed a decreased content of ergosterol and an increased content of 24,28 dehydro-ergosterol when compared to wild type. 相似文献

Effect of age and ambient temperature on n-pentane production in adult housefly, Musca domestica 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between lipid peroxidation and aging in the male housefly. Metabolic rate of flies is known to be higher and life span shorter at elevated ambient temperature. Evolution of n-pentane and level of thiobarbituric acid (TBA) reactive material were used as indicators of lipid peroxidation. n-Pentane accumulated by houseflies in vivo and by whole body homogenates of houseflies, in response to tert-butyl hydroperoxide (1 mM), increased with age. n-Pentane accumulation in vivo was markedly higher at higher ambient temperature. Furthermore, n-pentane generated by flies in vivo and by fly homogenates in vitro tended to be lower in flies raised at a lower ambient temperature. TBA-reactive material, elicited by tert-butyl hydroperoxide, was augmented in older flies, but no significant difference was found between flies aged at different ambient temperatures. Analysis of fatty acids in housefly homogenates indicated an age-associated increase in the ratio of polyunsaturated to saturated fatty acids. 相似文献

Congenital intraspinal lipomas are frequently responsible for progressive neurological deficits caused by distortion or compression of the nervous system. Since fat metabolism in these lesions has not been previously studied, the aim of this study was to determine whether intraspinal lipoma cells behave like lipomas or like normal adipocytes. In 11 patients, intraspinal lipoma cells were compared with normal adipocytes isolated from adjacent subcutaneous adipose tissue for the following parameters: lipoprotein lipase (LPL), lipogenesis from U14C glucose, ß-receptor number, adenylate cyclase activity, cyclic AMP production, and lipolysis in response to ß- and 2-adrenergic agonists. No significant difference between these two cell populations was found, suggesting that intraspinal lipomas are not lipomatous tumors, but hamartomatous lesions capable of growth and regression along with the changes in the rest of the fatty pool.
