多种金属离子与单宁酸反应媒染微血管的对比研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的 镜下观察单宁酸与金属盐溶液中Ca2 + 、Au+ 、Ag+ 、Pb2 + 、Cu2 + 、Al3 + 、U6+ 、K+ 联用显示大脑微血管的效果。方法 用单宁酸媒染固定液灌流大鼠 ,取脑切片 ,入氯化钙、氯化金、硝酸银、硝酸铅、硫酸铜、硫酸铝钾、醋酸双氧铀、高锰酸钾和重铬酸钾等溶液中呈色。结果 单宁酸与Ca2 + 、Cu2 + 、Ag+ 、Al3 + 结合显示血管清晰 ,与Au+ 、U6+ 、Pb2 + 、K+ 联用媒染血管效果欠佳。结论 含Ca2 + 、Cu2 + 、Ag+ 、Al3 + 的金属盐类可替代氯化铁媒染微血管 ,氯化金、醋酸双氧铀、硝酸铅、重铬酸钾和高锰酸钾不宜与单宁酸联用来显示血管 相似文献

In an Epstein-Barr virus-transformed human B cell line we found an unusual immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement. Restriction mapping and sequencing analysis led us to conclude that VH-D and D-JH recombination took place in a single allele. Both VH-D and D-JH complexes still had their recombination signal sequences adjacent and the DNA sandwiched by these two complexes retained a germ line configuration, suggesting the potential for a secondary rearrangement resulting in a VH-D(-D)-JH formation. With this finding, we propose a novel pathway, in which the VH-D complex is an intermediate in the formation of a functional VH exon. 相似文献

Anterior pituitary cells of the GH line, which secrete prolactin spontaneously, showed spontaneous action potential activity. Thyrotrophin releasing factor, which increases secretion in these cells, caused a prompt increase of action potential frequency. Potassium, another secretagogue, depolarized the cells and sometimes initiated a burst of action potentials at the onset of this effect. The action potentials persisted in tetrodotoxin-containing and Na-free media, but were suppressed by the Ca-channel blocker, methoxyverapamil. Moreover, elevating the extracellular Ca2+ concentration increased the amplitude of the action potentials. These action potentials therefore have a prominent Ca component. This endows them with a particular interest since secretory activity of these cells is known to be dependent on extracellular Ca2+. Ba2+, which can substitute for Ca2+ in maintaining secretion, also substituted for Ca2+ in the maintenance of the action potentials. In addition, Ba2+ prolonged action potentials remarkably: tetraethylammonium was less effective in this regard.The several parallels between known secretory behaviour and electrical phenomena encourage the view that analysis of electrical activity in anterior pituitary cells may provide useful clues to events involved in stimulus-secretion coupling and in the secretory control exerted by the brain. 相似文献

This investigation examined the impact of a multistressor situation on salivary immunoglobulin A (sIgA) levels, and incidence of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) during the French commando training (3 weeks of training followed by a 5-day combat course). For the URTI, the types of symptoms were classified according to the anatomical location of the infection. Saliva samples were collected (8 a.m.) from 21 males [21 (2) years] before entry into the commando training, the morning following the 3 weeks of training, after the 5-day combat course, and after 1 week of recovery. sIgA, protein and cortisol concentrations were measured. Symptoms of URTI were recorded during the study from health logs and medical examinations. After the 3 weeks of training, the sIgA concentration was not changed, although it was reduced after the 5-day course [from 120 (14) mg l–1 to 71 (9) mg l–1, P<0.01]. It returned to pre-training levels within a week of recovery. The incidence of URTI increased during the trial (2=53.48; P<0.01), but was not related to sIgA. Among the 30 episodes of URTI reported, there were 12 rhino-pharyngitis, 6 bronchitis, 5 tonsillitis, 4 sinusitis and 3 otitis. Cortisol levels were raised after the 3-week training (P<0.01), dropping below baseline after the combat course (P<0.01). Stressful situations have an adverse effect on mucosal immunity and incidence of URTI. However, the relationship between sIgA and illness remained unclear. 目的 了解酒泉市戈壁设施种植的番茄、葫芦、黄瓜、辣椒、豆角中铅、砷、汞、镉的污染状况,评估人体摄入后的健康风险。方法 利用国家标准检验方法,在酒泉市总寨和东洞戈壁农业产业园区采集检测274份主栽蔬菜中铅、砷、汞、镉含量,结合单因子污染指数和内梅罗污染指数法对蔬菜受重金属污染的程度进行评价,利用靶标污染系数法对蔬菜中重金属对人体的健康风险进行评估。结果 274份蔬菜中铅、砷、汞和镉的含量范围分别为0~0.050 1 mg/kg、0~0.053 8 mg/kg、0~0.001 0 mg/kg和0~0.048 8 mg/kg,平均含量分别为0.010 3、0.010 3、0.000 2和0.008 7 mg/kg,均未超出国家标准规定的食品中污染物限量。5种蔬菜中4种重金属的污染指数均低于0.7,靶标危害系数均小于1。结论 酒泉市总寨和东洞戈壁农业产业园区主栽的5种蔬菜受铅、砷、汞、镉污染程度较轻,属于清洁水平,处于安全级别,膳食摄入风险较低。对比其它地区蔬菜,酒泉戈壁设施蔬菜中重金属含量总体不高,与有机设施蔬菜基地结果接近。 相似文献

Implant wear and corrosion have been associated with adverse tissue reactions that can lead to implant failure. Wear and corrosion products are therefore of great clinical concern. For example, Co2+ and Cr3+ originating from CoCrMo‐based implants have been shown to induce a proinflammatory response in macrophages in vitro. Previous studies have also shown that the polarization of macrophages by some proinflammatory stimuli is associated with a hypoxia‐inducible factor‐1α (HIF‐1α)‐dependent metabolic shift from oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) towards glycolysis. However, the potential of Co2+ and Cr3+ to induce this metabolic shift, which plays a determining role in the proinflammatory response of macrophages, remains largely unexplored. We recently demonstrated that Co2+, but not Cr3+, increased oxidative stress and decreased OXPHOS in RAW 264.7 murine macrophages. In the present study, we analyzed the effects of Co2+ and Cr3+ on glycolytic flux and HIF‐1α stabilization in the same experimental model. Cells were exposed to 6 to 24 ppm Co2+ or 50 to 250 ppm Cr3+. Glycolytic flux was determined by analyzing extracellular flux and lactate production, while HIF‐1α stabilization was analyzed by immunoblotting. Results showed that Co2+, and to a lesser extent Cr3+, increased glycolytic flux; however, only Co2+ acted through HIF‐1α stabilization. Overall, these results, together with our previous results showing that Co2+ increases oxidative stress and decreases OXPHOS, suggest that Co2+ (but not Cr3+) can induce a HIF‐1α‐dependent metabolic shift from OXPHOS towards glycolysis in macrophages. BackgroundMetal-on-metal (MOM) surfaces in total hip arthroplasty (THA) have been used widely. Serum cobalt and chromium levels have been the standard investigation for follow-up examinations, but magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with metal artifact reducing sequences has shown good results in detecting pseudotumors. The aim of this study is to survey a significant correlation among MRI findings, serum metal levels, and clinical scores in patients with small-head MOM implants and if serum cobalt and chromium levels are sufficient in detecting patients with pseudotumors in the long-term follow-up.MethodsAt a minimum follow-up of 20 years, 26 patients (29 THAs) of the original 98 patients (105 THAs) included in this study between November 1992 and May 1994 were available for follow-up examination. Clinical scores, serum metal ion levels, and MRIs were obtained.ResultsWe found mean serum cobalt levels of 1.87 μg/L (±3.44) and chromium levels of 2.23 μg/L (±2.96) and very good clinical and functional results (mean Harris Hip Score 88.6) in the long-term follow-up. Pseudotumors were detected in MRIs of 21 hips. There were no significant differences between patients with or without pseudotumors regarding serum metal levels and the correlation for clinical outcome scores, demographic data, and cup inclination. The cumulative rate of survival was still at 91.4% at 22.8 years.ConclusionThis study presents the first published data on small-head MOM hips, comparing metal ion levels, pseudotumors, clinical, and radiological results in a follow-up period of more than 20 years and reveals that serum metal levels are not significantly higher in patients with pseudotumors.Level of EvidenceTherapeutic Level III 相似文献
