目的探讨母亲孕晚期铁元素(Fe)缺乏与婴儿缺铁性贫血的的关系。方法对2007年1月1日-2008年1月1日在秦皇岛市妇幼保健院出生的4个月婴儿进行静脉血常规检查及微量元素检查;孕晚期母亲进行微量元素检查及问卷调查,了解贫血的发生情况。结果母亲孕晚期Fe缺乏101例,4个月婴儿缺铁性贫血93例;母亲孕晚期Fe正常363例,4个月婴儿缺铁性贫血85例,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论孕晚期母亲Fe缺乏与婴儿缺铁性贫血有明显的相关性,重视孕晚期母亲Fe的补充可以预防婴儿缺铁性贫血。  相似文献

目的建立利用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)技术分离测定铁强化酱油中的铁营养强化剂乙二胺四乙酸铁钠(NaFeEDTA)的方法。方法在25kV电压下阳极端检测,采用含有30mmolL柠檬酸、20mmolL三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)、0.15mmolL十二烷基溴化铵(CTAB)和0.05mmolL十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的缓冲溶液作为分离介质,254nm紫外检测器检测,样品经稀释后进样分析。结果方法的线性范围广,精密度和准确度高,重复测定(n=6)的相对标准偏差RSD为2.15%,样品平均加标回收率为94.3%~101.2%。NaFeEDTA在铁强化酱油的最低检出限为4μgml(SN=3)。结论使用不同品牌的酱油作为载体对NaFeEDTA的测定没有影响,本方法具有直接、准确、快速、简便等优点。  相似文献

The association between vitamin D and hemoglobin has been suggested. Vitamin D can affect erythropoiesis by the induction of erythroid progenitor cell proliferation and enhance iron absorption by regulating the iron-hepcidin-ferroportin axis in monocytes. However, this relationship in pregnant women is scarce. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between plasma vitamin D levels with hemoglobin concentration in pregnant women considering each trimester and iron supplementation. The data were obtained from Zhoushan Pregnant Women Cohort, collected from 2011 to 2018. Plasma 25(OH)D was measured in each trimester using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Generalized estimating equations and multiple linear regressions were performed. Finally, 2962 pregnant women and 4419 observations in the first trimester were included in this study. Plasma 25(OH)D in first trimester (T1) (β = 0.06, p = 0.0177), second trimester (T2) (β = 0.15, p < 0.0001), and third trimester (T3) (β = 0.12, p = 0.0006) were positively associated with Hb. Association between plasma 25(OH)D levels in T1 and Hb concentration was positively associated with gestational age (β = 0.005, p = 0.0421). Pregnant women with VD deficiency in T1 (OR = 1.42, 95% CI: 1.07–1.88) or T2 (OR = 1.94, 95% CI: 1.30–2.89) presented an increased risk of anemia, compared with women without VD deficiency. Moreover, the significant relationship between VD and Hb was only observed among women with iron supplementation during pregnancy. Plasma 25(OH)D levels in each trimester were positively associated with Hb concentration. Iron supplementation might be an important factor affecting the relationship between VD and Hb.  相似文献

How to treat the iron tailings of mining solid waste with high value is an urgent problem on a global scale. In recent years, the application of iron tailings in the building materials industry has attracted the attention of many scholars. The conversion of iron tailings into green building materials helps achieve carbon neutrality and high-value utilization of solid waste, and promotes sustainable development. Although iron tailings have been extensively studied as supplementary cementitious materials, the performance of concrete is not ideal due to its low activity. In this study, the hybrid supplementary cementitious materials system was prepared by iron tailings, phosphorus slag, and steel slag, and the effects of supplementary cementitious materials type, iron tailings content, iron tailings grinding time, and supplementary cementitious materials content on concrete performance were studied. The compressive properties, iron tailings properties, pore structure, interfacial transition zone, and element distribution of hydration products of concrete were tested by compressive strength tests, X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Mercury Intrusion Porosimetry (MIP), Backscattering Electron Tests (BSE), and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The results show that further grinding improves the iron tailings activity. There is a synergistic mechanism between steel slag and phosphorus slag in the composite supplementary cementitious materials, which overcomes the low activity defect of iron tailings and produces concrete with a compressive strength exceeding 40 MPa. The composite supplementary cementitious materials can optimize the interfacial transition zone of the concrete interface and reduce the calcium–silicon ratio of the hydration products. However, it will deteriorate the pore structure of the concrete matrix, cause part of the concrete matrix to be damaged and lead to a loss of compressive strength, and the loss is acceptable. This work broadens the methods of comprehensive utilization of iron tailings and also provides a reference for a more detailed understanding of the properties of iron tailings-based concrete.  相似文献

目的探讨不同剂量的右旋糖酐铁对小鼠肝脏抗氧化水平和病理损伤的影响。方法将雌雄各半的昆明小鼠随机分为4组,以不同浓度的右旋糖酐铁隔日腹腔注射(IP),注射6周后,测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,并做肝脏病理组织学检查。结果与正常对照组相比,肝组织中MDA的含量较对照组明显升高(P〈0.001),SOD和GSH-PX的活性则明显下降(P〈0.001)。血清ALT、ANT活性较对照组明显升高(P〈0.001),且有剂量效应关系;而血清AKP、ACP活性较对照组则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。病理组织学检查,经铁染色后镜下可见低剂量组有少量铁均匀分布,中高剂量组则有大量铁存在。结论过量的铁可对肝脏造成严重的损害,且呈剂量依赖性,其机制可能与铁在肝脏内代谢释放出铁离子,游离的铁离子介导脂质过氧化而造成肝脏损害有关。  相似文献

Due to their properties, porous sliding bearings are considered to be maintenance-free, which means that no lubrication is required during operation. Their design enables operation at low rotational speeds with high load. Another effect of this bearing design is the lubrication continuity in the tribological pair. In this study, the selected tribological properties (such as load capacity and permeability) of new-generation iron porous bearings with boron nitride powder were experimentally investigated. Tests were carried out under various conditions, using unique test apparatus. The addition of 3% (weight) of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) significantly increased the load capacity of tested porous bearings in comparison to the same standard bearings containing 2.5% copper. The obtained pgr·v rating reached almost 7 MPa, which is a value almost three times higher than the requirements for this type of bearing. It is worth emphasizing that such a result was obtained despite a noticeable deterioration in the air and oil permeability of the bearing.  相似文献

Background:Higher alcohol consumption was reported in those who consumed more red meat. Both excessive alcohol and iron intake can cause damage to the liver. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota (L. casei) on iron metabolism and intestinal microflora in rats after alcohol and iron co-exposure.Methods:Sixty male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups for 12 weeks: the control group: treated with normal saline by gavage and normal diet; the model group: treated with alcohol (8-12 mL/kg/day) by gavage and iron (1500 mg/kg) in diet; the model group supplemented with L. casei (8 × 108 CFU/kg/day) as the L. casei group.Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of serum ferritin, hepcidin, the protein expressions of ferroportin 1 and divalent metal transporter 1 in the model group were significantly increased, while it was significantly decreased after L. casei supplement (P < .05). Compared with the control group, the amount of Lactobacillus of the model group was significantly decreased, while the amount of Bacteroides and Escherichia coli was significantly increased (P < .05). After the supplementation of L. casei, the amount of Lactobacillus increased significantly, while the amount of Bacteroides and E. coli decreased significantly (P < .05).Conclusion:L. casei could effectively improve iron metabolism and intestinal flora disorder induced by excessive alcohol and iron. The effective treatment of iron metabolism may be related to the changes of intestinal flora.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To establish a baseline of phase differences between tissues in a number of regions of the human brain as a means of detecting iron abnormalities using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). MATERIALS AND METHODS: A fully flow-compensated, three-dimensional (3D), high-resolution, gradient-echo (GRE) susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) sequence was used to collect magnitude and phase data at 1.5 T. The phase images were high-pass-filtered and processed region by region with hand-drawn areas. The regions evaluated included the motor cortex (MC), putamen (PUT), globus pallidus (GP), caudate nucleus (CN), substantia nigra (SN), and red nucleus (RN). A total of 75 subjects, ranging in age from 55 to 89 years, were analyzed. RESULTS: The phase was found to have a Gaussian-like distribution with a standard deviation (SD) of 0.046 radians on a pixel-by-pixel basis. Most regions of interest (ROIs) contained at least 100 pixels, giving a standard error of the mean (SEM) of 0.0046 radians or less. In the MC, phase differences were found to be roughly 0.273 radians between CSF and gray matter (GM), and 0.083 radians between CSF and white matter (WM). The difference between CSF and the GP was 0.201 radians, and between CSF and the CN (head) it was 0.213 radians. For CSF and the PUT (the lower outer part) the difference was 0.449 radians, and between CSF and the RN (third slice vascularized region) it was 0.353 radians. Finally, the phase difference between CSF and SN was 0.345 radians. CONCLUSION: The Gaussian-like distributions in phase make it possible to predict deviations from normal phase behavior for tissues in the brain. Using phase as an iron marker may be useful for studying absorption of iron in diseases such as Parkinson's, Huntington's, neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation (NBIA), Alzheimer's, and multiple sclerosis (MS), and other iron-related diseases. The phases quoted here will serve as a baseline for future studies that look for changes in iron content.  相似文献
