Creating a Swedish Top Ten List of Scientific Nursing Journals

In the present paper preferences for and utilisation of scientific nursing journals were studied. Leading Swedish nurse researchers and American deans of top ranked university schools of nursing were asked to rank their ten most valued journals. Further, all articles with a nurse as the primary author and published in Scandinavian Journal of Caring Sciences, 1989–1993, were analysed for references to nursing journals. Three top ten lists were made based on Swedish preferences, American preferences and the number of times journals appeared on reference lists. A fourth list was based on Swedish preferences and appearances on reference lists.     

Micelle-mediated extraction and cloud point preconcentration for the analysis of aesculin and aesculetin in Cortex fraxini by HPLC

In this paper, a micelle-mediated extraction and cloud point preconcentration method was developed for the determination of less hydrophobic compounds aesculin and aesculetin in Cortex fraxini by HPLC. Non-ionic surfactant oligoethylene glycol monoalkyl ether (Genapol X-080) was employed as the extraction solvent. Various experimental conditions were investigated to optimize the extraction process. Under optimum conditions, i.e. 5% Genapol X-080 (w/v), pH 1.0, liquid/solid ratio of 400:1 (ml/g), ultrasonic-assisted extraction for 30 min, the extraction yield reached the highest value. For the preconcentration of aesculin and aesculetin by cloud point extraction (CPE), the solution was incubated in a thermostatic water bath at 55 degrees C for 30 min, and 20% NaCl (w/v) was added to the solution to facilitate the phase separation and increase the preconcentration factor during the CPE process. Compared with methanol, which was used in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition) for the extraction of C. fraxini, the extraction efficiency of 5% Genapol X-080 reached higher value.     

Total mercury determination in different tissues of broiler chicken by using cloud point extraction and cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry

A cloud point extraction (CPE) method has been developed for the determination of total mercury (Hg) in different tissues of broiler chicken by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CVAAS). The broiler chicken tissues (leg, breast, liver and heart) were subjected to microwave assisted digestion in a mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide (2:1 ratio), prior to preconcentration by CPE. Various parameters such as the amount of ammonium O,O-diethyldithiophosphate (DDTP), concentrations of Triton X-114, equilibrium temperature, time and centrifugation have been studied in order to find the best conditions for the determination of mercury. For validation of proposed method a certified reference material, DORM-2 was used. No significant difference p > 0.05 was observed between the experimental results and the certified values of CRM (paired t-test). The limit of detection and quantitation obtained under the optimal conditions were 0.117 and 0.382 μg/kg, respectively. The accumulation of Hg in different tissues were found in the order of, liver > muscles > heart. The concentration of Hg in chicken tissues were found in the range of 1.57–2.75, 1.40–2.27, 1.55–4.22, and 1.39–2.61 μg/kg in leg, breast, liver and heart, respectively.

目的：探索在医院档案信息管理中应用云计算的可行性。方法介绍云计算的概念及特点。结果探索云计算在医院档案信息中应用的价值,提出了相应的应用方案。结论云计算将在医院档案信息管理中起重要作用。     

高校科技期刊的业务流程再造实践——以《中国有色金属学报》为例

【目的】 在媒体融合的背景下,探索高校科技期刊获得良性、可持续发展的业务流程再造方案。【方法】 通过问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对《中国有色金属学报》学术用户的实际需求进行诊断分析,并依据《中国有色金属学报》一年内的业务流程再造实践,总结和设计普适性较强的高校科技期刊业务流程再造方案。【结果】 《中国有色金属学报》在学术用户群体服务与管理、学术资源挖掘和利用、缩短出版周期和媒体融合等方面进行业务流程再造并取得了显著成效。【结论】 高校科技期刊要想谋求新的发展和突破,必须基于用户日益增长的学术需求进行业务拓展,同时基于技术和机制,与时俱进地进行业务流程再造。     

图书馆电子阅览室云桌面的建设及应用

概述了云桌面的相关概念及特点，介绍了中日友好医院图书馆云桌面建设的各个阶段及其目前在图书馆的应用情况和存在的不足，并提出了解决方案，以期为其他图书馆电子阅览室云桌面的建设提供借鉴和参考。     

疫情催生的“云馆配”与其他采访模式的比较与思考

以浙江省首届“云馆配”图书展示会为例，介绍了“云馆配”采访模式的具体实践，对“云馆配”与现场采访、征订目录采访、读者荐购、读者决策采购等不同采访模式进行了比较，指出了各种模式的优势与不足，提出了“云馆配”采访模式的优化发展策略。认为“云馆配”立足用户需求，不仅使图书馆（用户）、馆配商、出版社三方得到了及时、有效的沟通，还成为读者决策采购的一种新的积极尝试。“云馆配”采访模式已在疫情期间得到了较好应用，未来可辅助日常图书采访。
