心脏超声诊断数据挖掘尝试--粗糙集理论运用

本文的目的是要寻找心脏超声实测指标与心脏病变类型的关系,以建立模型,协助临床医生更科学更准确地进行诊断。但超声实测数据函数关系复杂,难以用传统的统计方法进行分析。因此本文采用粗糙集理论挖掘心脏超声实测指标与心脏病变类型的规则。结果把挖掘出的规则应用到心脏超声诊断上,取得了令人满意的效果。     

Multivariate Markov chain analysis of the probability of pregnancy in infertile couples undergoing assisted reproduction.

BACKGROUND: Estimating the probability of pregnancy leading to delivery and the influence of clinical factors on that probability is of fundamental importance in the treatment counselling of infertile couples. A variety of statistical techniques have been used to analyse fertility data, many borrowed from survival analysis. METHODS AND RESULTS: We propose an alternative method of analysis which is based on a discrete time Markov chain approach, with states 'pregnancy (leading to a delivery)', 'not pregnant', and 'censored' and in which the transition probabilities are dependent both on the clinical characteristics of the patient and the treatment given. CONCLUSIONS: We believe that the method of analysis presented here may be preferable to standard analyses in that it better reflects the clinical situation, it is a truly discrete time analysis applied to a discrete time situation, it explicitly models the censoring process (a process which in itself provides information of interest to the physician) and can be readily extended to a variety of clinical situations.     

体视化技术及其在医学图像中的应用

在 B超图片中由于存在较多的噪声干扰 ,同时手术治疗对于医用图像有较高的要求 ,而依据传统的面图形学等方法重建出来的三维图像 ,远远不能满足其要求。而体视化技术研究含有物体内部信息的体数据的表示、操作和显示等问题 ,体数据比表面包含的信息更丰富、更完整 ,因而必将在三维医学图像领域得到广泛的应用。     

A bioinformatics pipeline for high-throughput microbial multilocus sequence typing (MLST) analyses

Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) analysis for semi-routine applications is hindered by the downstream, manually intensive steps of processing the raw sequence data files. This report describes the development of an MLST pipeline that automates DNA sequence editing and analysis in order to significantly reduce the time required for processing data. Validation using a pneumococcal dataset revealed complete agreement between the results generated by manual and automated workflows. The MLST pipeline was developed for both double-strand and single-strand sequencing.     

我院基于XML异构数据集成的开发应用及研究

基于XML的数据集成，Web Services中间件能够较容易地实现对各数据源的描述以及数据源之间的数据转换，它在应用程序和数据库之间起着接口的作用．本文结合实际医院信息工作，运用VFP9 COM模型，作了有效性的研究及应用，并对标准数据集的二次开发进行了讨论。结果表明，该方法用于医院跨网络平台、跨应用系统、异构信息集成是有效的和易于操作的。     

SAGE遗传分析系统的功能及应用

SAGE是集多功能于一体的医学遗传学群体与家系资料计算机分析系统。本文概述SAGE系统的主要功能及应用环境。重点介绍了FCOR2和TDTEX两个功能模块的数学原理和使用方法。应用TDTEX模块 ,我们发现微卫星标记 85ca与小儿失神症存在连锁不平衡 ,提示在该位点附近存在小儿失神症的易感基因     

影像导航计算机辅助手术系统中的空间数据结构模型研究

影像导航计算机辅助手术系统（ICAS）是一种为术者提供术野周围重要解剖结构信息的辅助工具，可提高手术安全性和成功率。合理的空间数据结构模型是确保ICAS实现导航功能的关键因素之一。本研究提出了组合邻接表线索化八叉树模型（MALTO），并就基本操作的可实现性和实时性，分析比较了MALTO与4种常用模型的性能。研究结果表明：MALTO不但可以实现数据查找、搜索和计算等基本操作，且具有时间效率优势。因此，MALTO是适合于ICAS的空间数据结构模型。     

Immunology of DNA. II. The effect of size and structure of the antigen on the Farr assay.

The Farr assay for the detecton of antibodies to double stranded (ds) DNA is influenced by the DNA preparations used as antigen. To elucidate this the molecular weight of the antigen preparation, contamination with proteins and presence or absence of single stranded (ss) regions were studied with the following conclusions: 1) The degree of DNA binding by antibodies is linearly dependent on the molecular weight of the DNA, provided that this does not exceed 10 X 10(6). 2) Deproteinization of E. coli DNA by chromatography on methylated albumin-kieselguhr(MAK) columns results in lower binding by most sera. 3) ds DNA preparations sometimes contain ss regions which bind antibodies to ss DNA. The difference in behaviour of different ds DNA preparations may be ascribed entirely to these factors and not to differences in antigenic determinants. We have standardized the Farr assay and enhanced its specificity by the use of circular DNA isolated from bacteriophage PM2.     

Opioid activities of human β-casomorphins

Summary Opioid activities of human -casomorphin-4,-5,-7 and -8 and, for comparison, of the corresponding bovine -casomorphins were studied in the guinea-pig ileum preparation. Binding parameters, i.e. K _d -values and binding site concentrations, for the interaction of human and bovine -casomorphins with opioid receptors in rat brain homogenates were determined in inhibition experiments, using [³H]-(d-Ala², MePhe⁴, Gly-ol⁵)enkephalin, [³H]-(d-Ala², d-Leu⁵)enkephalin and [³H]ethylketazocin as -, - and -opioid receptor ligands. Analysis of binding data was performed using a non-linear curve fitting program. All -casomorphins examined displayed opioid activity. The affinity was highest for -receptors, less so for -receptors and lowest for -receptors. It is suggested that human -casomorphins might play a role as food hormones.     

Longitudinal studies of drug abuse in a fifteen-year-old population. 5. Prognostic factors

In an attempt to identify prognostic factors, non-drug users and abusers in the Gothenburg year cohort of 1953 were compared with reference to background data. Individuals with chronic abuse differed most from the "normal" group. Prognostic factors for drug abuse were: member of a multiproblem family, child psychiatric care, contact with the Social Welfare Administration at an early age, truancy, placement in special class, premature drop-out from school, admitted high-frequency drug use in a school questionnaire, for boys early registration for crimes and for girls nervous complaints. The results indicate the necessity of earlier and more effective prevention.
