氯化镉的体外毒性及锌的拮抗作用 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
目的观察镉与锌体外对中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(V79)增殖的影响,初步探讨镉毒性机制。方法采用MTT法及3H-TdR掺入法,研究不同浓度氯化镉(CdCl2)单独或与生理浓度氯化锌(ZnCl2,10 μmol/L)同时染毒对V79细胞增殖的影响,并采用等离子体光谱仪测定细胞内Cd2 、Zn2 含量。结果 CdCl2对于V79细胞的增殖有抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性.采用MTT法和3H-TdR掺入法所得CdCl2染毒24 h后50%抑制浓度(IC50)分别为13.73 μmol/L和13.60 μmol/L.随着CdCl2染毒浓度的增加,细胞内Cd2 含量也增加.而同时给予锌则对镉的增殖抑制效应在一定程度上具有明显的拮抗作用,锌可使细胞内Cd2 含量降低。结论在本实验条件下,CdCl2对V79细胞增殖具有抑制作用,锌对镉的毒性有拮抗作用。 相似文献

Multi-stage heat treatment is an important method to improve the mechanical properties of Al-Si-Cu-Mg aluminum alloys. In this paper, the multi-stage heat treatment was carried out for the Cd-free and Cd-containing alloys. The experimental results show that the addition of Cd promoted the precipitation of Q″ and θ″, which led to the formation of a large number of fine, dispersed precipitates and a higher yield strength (YS) and ultimate tensile strength (UTS) for the Cd-containing alloys. The addition of Cd also altered the optimal heat treatment parameters. For the Cd-free alloys, the Cu-rich phase fully dissolved after three-stage heat treatment, and the YS and UTS of the three-stage heat-treated alloys were higher than their two-stage heat-treated counterparts. For the Cd-containing alloys, the three-stage heat treatment led to the precipitation of Cd-rich low melting point phases, caused defects, and reduced the mechanical properties of the alloy. The size and volume fractions of the precipitates were significantly less than those of the alloys after two-stage heat treatment and the strength of the alloys decreased. Summary The distribution of Cd, Zn and Cu was analyzed in nuclear, mitochondrial and cytosol cellular fractions of renal tumours and normal surrounding kidney tissues by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The normal kidney tissues were separated into cortical and medullary parts. A significant decrease of the Cd-levels was found in all cellular fractions from normal kidney to tumour tissues (hypernephroma). The Zn values varied strongly. The factors which determine the deposition of cadmium (Cd) were investigated. While intravenously administered Cd2+ salts result in Cd2+ binding loosely to plasma proteins, and subsequently being deposited in the liver, Cd complexed with metallothionein remains tightly bound during glomerular filtration, and most of the dose of Cd is deposited in the kidney. 2 Different chemically crosslinked polymers of MT have been prepared. Cadmium bound to these polymers remains in circulation longer than any other known form of the metal, and the reticuloendothelial system plays a part in its clearance. Objective
The aim of this study was to compare the results of standard laparoscopic donor nephrectomy with vaginal extraction (SLDN-VE) and laparoendoscopic single-site donor nephrectomy with vaginal extraction (LESSDN-VE).Methods
We analyzed the data of 95 female donors who underwent SLDN-VE (group I; n = 87) and LESSDN-VE (group II; n = 8) in our center. Parameters regarding donor age, body mass index (BMI), length of hospitalization, duration of surgical procedure, amount of blood loss, warm and cold ischemia times, side of graft nephrectomy, number of renal arteries and veins, postoperative visual analog pain scores at 6th and 12th hours (VAS6, VAS12), peri-and postoperative complications of donors and recipients, and graft function at discharge and follow-up were compared between the 2 groups.Results
No significant difference regarding donor age, mean operative time, amount of blood loss, or warm ischemia time was observed between the 2 groups. However, BMI (P = .018) and pain scores (VAS6: P = .047; VAS12: P = .009) were lower and length of hospitalization (P = .005) shorter in group II. On the other hand, cold ischemia time (P = .047) was lower in group I. No peri- or postoperative complications occurred for donors and recipients in both groups. Graft function at discharge and during follow-up were similar in both groups.Conclusions
Because our first priority is to minimize the morbidity of donors, LESSDN-VE can be chosen in selected female donors for not only decreased pain and hospital stay, but also for better cosmetic outcomes. 相似文献78.

Background
The assessment of human chemical risks related to occupational or environmental exposure to pollutants requires the use of both accurate exposure indicators and reference values. The objective of this study was to evaluate the blood and urinary levels of various metals and metalloids in a sample of adults aged 20–59 years of the general population of Northern France, a formerly heavily industrialised area that retains some industrial activity.Methods
A cross-sectional study was conducted between 2008 and 2010, enrolling 2000 residents of Northern France. The quota method was used to guarantee the representativeness of the participants on a sex, age, social category and smoking status basis, according to the census done by the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies. The levels of 14 metals: aluminium (Al), antimony (Sb), total arsenic (As), beryllium (Be), cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), thallium (Tl), vanadium (V) and zinc (Zn) were quantified by ICP-MS in urine and blood samples.Results
A total of 982 men and 1018 women participated, allowing the analysis of 1992 blood and 1910 urine samples. Some metal(loid)s were detected in over 99% of the blood (Cd, Co, Mn, Ni, Pb) and urine (As, Co, Pb, Zn) samples and the remaining metals in 84–99% of the samples, with the exception of blood V (19%), blood Be (57%) and urine Be (58%). Mean blood levels of Pb and Zn were significantly higher in men, and Mn, Co and Cr in women. In urine, mean Pb, Tl and Sb concentrations were significantly higher in men, and Al and Co in women. Current smokers had significantly higher mean levels of blood Cd and Pb and lower blood Co, Mn and Hg. In urine (adjusted on urinary creatinine), the smokers had higher mean levels of Cd, Pb, V and Zn and lower mean levels of As, Co, and Hg. Overall, the mean urinary levels of most metal(loid)s found in the general population of Northern France were higher than those found in the French national survey for the same period except for urinary V. Mean blood lead level was markedly less than that of the French national population.Conclusion
This first biomonitoring survey of a large number of metal(loid)s in the general population of Northern France provides useful information on exposure levels to toxic elements and highlights the specificity of the regional environment.
