A Process Evaluation of a Website for Family Life Educators*

Effective professional development is critical to maintaining high‐quality family life education. Most professional development continues to be conducted through workshops, newsletters, and other traditional ways. The growth of information technology provides an important new teaching capacity for professional development. This article explores the development of a website for family life educators, examines procedures for obtaining formative evaluation data about websites, and considers the implications of this work for developing more effective professional development experiences for family life educators.     

军事医学科学院Web Mail应用程序设计、实现与部署的研究

目的：基于JavaMail技术，设计、实现并部署军事医学科学院Web Mail应用程序，实现全院电子邮件的Web化管理。方法：依据电子邮件相关协议(SMTP，POP3，IMAP)，使用JavaMail技术、XML文件检索技术等通过Web访问方式实现Web Mail应用程序，并解决邮件发送与接收的中文编码问题。结果与结论：军事医学科学院Web Mail应用程序以网络邮件方式帮助用户解决了邮件病毒与邮件网络访问的问题，具有一定的实用价值。     

A web application for moderation training: Initial results of a randomized clinical trial

Eighty-four heavy drinkers who responded to a newspaper recruitment advertisement were randomly assigned to receive either (a) training in a Moderate Drinking protocol via an Internet-based program (www.moderatedrinking.com) and use of the online resources of Moderation Management (MM; www.moderation.org) or (b) use of the online resources of MM alone. Follow-ups are being conducted at 3, 6, and 12 months. Results of the recently completed 3-month follow-up (86% follow-up) indicated both groups significantly reduced their drinking based on these variables: standard drinks per week, percent days abstinent, and mean estimated blood alcohol concentration (BAC) per drinking day. Both groups also significantly reduced their alcohol-related problems. Relative to the control group, the experimental group had better outcomes on percent days abstinent and log drinks per drinking day. These short-term outcome data provide evidence for the effectiveness of both the Moderate Drinking Web application and of the resources available online at MM in helping heavy drinkers reduce their drinking and alcohol-related problems.

以中山大学附属肿瘤医院利用大数据防范号贩子的实践为基础,从挂号异常、退号异常、异常抢号、异常用户绑定几方面分析技术型号贩子恶意占号的行为特征,制定对应的技术方案和应对措施,限制号贩子利用预约系统恶意挂号,确保医疗资源公平公正地分配到患者手中。     

孟德尔随机化法在因果推断中的应用

孟德尔随机化（Mendelian Randomization,MR）研究设计,遵循“亲代等位基因随机分配给子代”的孟德尔遗传规律,如果基因型决定表型,基因型通过表型而与疾病发生关联,因此可以使用基因型作为工具变量来推断表型与疾病之间的关联。近年来,MR的研究设计随着统计学方法、大样本GWAS数据、表观遗传学以及各种“组学”技术的不断发展,在探讨复杂暴露因素与疾病结局因果关联中应用日益广泛。本文对近年来出现的MR研究设计策略、可靠性评价及局限性进行介绍。
