读《证素辨证学》有感

余与文锋先生相知多年，每每论及岐黄之学日渐式微。莫不慨然而叹。 中医的经方、验方、杂方、偏方、自拟方等，都是医家和民间在长期临床经验基础上逐渐提炼升华而来，均有其一定的适应范围，熟练掌握其功能、主治，要靠辨证论治。辨证论治是中医之精华，是提高疗效的不二法门。     

关于社区健康促进项目评价设计的理论探讨

社区健康促进项目广泛开展,由于项目的复杂性,项目评价往往存在一些问题。结合社区项目评价实践,指出社区项目评价设计方面存在的主要问题以及解决思路,主要在项目评价设计时机、构建项目理论和抽样调查样本量计算等方面进行了理论探讨以及案例分析,以期对完善社区干预项目的评价设计提供参考。     

Highly religious participants recruit areas of social cognition in personal prayer

We used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to investigate how performing formalized and improvised forms of praying changed the evoked BOLD response in a group of Danish Christians. Distinct from formalized praying and secular controls, improvised praying activated a strong response in the temporopolar region, the medial prefrontal cortex, the temporo-parietal junction and precuneus. This finding supports our hypothesis that religious subjects, who consider their God to be ‘real’ and capable of reciprocating requests, recruit areas of social cognition when they pray. We argue that praying to God is an intersubjective experience comparable to ‘normal’ interpersonal interaction.     

Cognitive motor processes: The role of motor imagery in the study of motor representations

Motor imagery is viewed as a window to cognitive motor processes and particularly to motor control. Mental simulation theory [Jeannerod, M., 2001. Neural simulation of action: a unifying mechanism for motor cognition. NeuroImage 14, 103–109] stresses that cognitive motor processes such as motor imagery and action observation share the same representations as motor execution. This article presents an overview of motor imagery studies in cognitive psychology and neuroscience that support and extend predictions from mental simulation theory. In general, behavioral data as well as fMRI and TMS data demonstrate that motor areas in the brain play an important role in motor imagery. After discussing results on a close overlap between mental and actual performance durations, the review focuses specifically on studies reporting an activation of primary motor cortex during motor imagery. This focus is extended to studies on motor imagery in patients. Motor imagery is also analyzed in more applied fields such as mental training procedures in patients and athletes. These findings support the notion that mental training procedures can be applied as a therapeutic tool in rehabilitation and in applications for power training.     

良性小动脉性肾硬化分期的辨证论治

良性小动脉性肾硬化多由肝脾肾三脏脏气虚弱,功能失调所致。肝阳上亢,肝风内动是其发生的病理基础,脾虚失运,气血两亏是其发展的病理机制,脾肾衰败,浊毒内蕴为其恶化及转归的根本。治疗上应注重预防为主,早期诊断,分期辨证施治,以调理肝脾肾三脏功能为主。     

系统家庭动力学与个体心理行为障碍:家庭对子女的派遣偏异

本文论述了德国家庭动力学在我国的新发展以及笔者的认识。认为家庭的关系互动模式与家庭成员的心理障碍有密切的关系。派遣理论指出 ,由于父母与子女之间是一种无条件的忠诚和孝顺关系 ,家庭中存在着一种强大的派遣驱力 ,表现为子女受父母委托或鼓励去完成父母未能完成的愿望。由于这个派遣过程在我国发生了明显的偏异 ,因而成为当前青少年心理行为障碍的一个重要病因     

提高高校思想政治理论课实效性的必要性

当代大学生的思想政治教育工作倍受党中央、国务院的高度重视和社会各界的广泛关注。作为主渠道的思想政治理论课只有从教学观念、教学内容、教学方式、教学手段等四个方面加以改进和创新,才能不断增强授课的针对性和实效性。     

Cultural theory and risk: A review

Cultural theory has evolved over the past 20 years to become an important framework for understanding how groups in society interpret danger and build trust or distrust in institutions creating and regulating risk. This paper examines the theoretical roots of cultural theory, traces its passage in the risk literature, and explores its value in current risk management issues. It concludes that cultural theory continues to be of value, but that its role needs to be reassessed in the emerging age of deliberative science. Some examples of how cultural theory might be applied to health risk management and to the genetic modification of food debate are provided to illustrate the scope for further research.     

高分子液晶BOBCP的图论计算方法

随着分子中的原子数增加,高分子液晶(LCP)的Huckel分子轨道法变得冗繁及困难。本文根据图论提出一种新方法。用这种方法,将高分子液晶的复杂结构图简化成简单的结构图。具体计算了高分子液晶BOBCP的能级分布。     

Orem自理理论在内科脑出血患者整体护理中的应用

目的：探讨Orem自理理论在内科脑出血患者整体护理中的应用。方法：随机将患者分为2组，对照组110例患者为整体护理组，观察组110例在实施整体护理基础上应用Orem自理理论评估患者的自理能力，采用不同的护理系统及健康教育，让患者及家属共同参与护理。对两组的护理并发症及后遗症进行比较。结果：两组并发症与后遗症的发生率有显著差异性（P〈0．01）。结论：将Orem自理理论用于内科脑出血住院患者的整体护理中，可显著降低并发症和后遗症，提高生存质量。
